Karen Rogich: Chandelier was gorgeous but not what I was told. We were told that the arms of the chandelier were adjustable. It worked out okay, but we were surprised. Customer service was poor. I had to follow up repeatedly to check on the arrival of the chandelier. When we picked up, we were pointed in the direction of the box, barely spoken to, waited, and then finally found a dolly and rolled the large box out to my SUV ourselves. We returned the dolly and went on our way, unnoticed.

JW: We drove to the store to locate a table spot lamp for evening reading. Several of the lamps on display were in states of disrepair and the salesperson ran around with a screwdriver trying to fix them. Loose pieces and wobbly lamp shades arms. I turned a lamp upside down and country of origin was China. I can only surmise that these were cheap imports from the quality I observed. Maybe they also had better stock available.Sorry I drove over there.
Sue Keene: I’m so pleased with my new fixtures. Andy did a wonderful job helping me select them and the installation team was amazing. They were very knowledgeable about my aluminum wiring and how to work with it. Andy stayed in touch during the installation which is so different from most sales/install teams. I highly recommend Lighting &Bulbs and I’m so glad I shopped locally.

Jonathan Gobble: This is a great lighting store for vintage chandeliers and lamps. They can also repair and completely rewire back to UL specifications old lighting including replacing the candle like sockets. I found the owners to be very knowledgeable about vintage lighting and accommodating and helpful. It's a good spot to look for that odd or eclectic light that the modern stores simply don't have.

We called Dilworth Antique Lighting on the off-chance they could help.A young man came out later in the day and made the repair.
