J R: Mr. Nash fixed a laptop I was legitimately worried was unfixable. I had taken it before to a nearby competitor and both of the guys that worked on it couldn’t do anything about it.Mr. Nash was attentive, communicative, and best of all, extremely knowledgeable. This laptop (which had cost me over $2000) was so important to me. I am so glad I have it back to normal!

Roston Shore: Bad BusinessI messaged with Alex over a Facebook marketplace posting for a PC I was selling. We agreed to meet at his store and that he didn't need me to share any diagnostics nor benchmarks prior to resetting the windows install. I drove over 30 minutes to get to his store on our planned day. He wasn't there, completely forgot we had planned on that day, and I waited for over an hour between the time I got there to when I was finally paid and able to leave. I had to wait for the store manager to get a hold of him, set up windows and run a benchmark, and listen to him try to talk about "how to do business" and the importance of "agreements" when I asked for an additional $50 (which put the PC at my original listing price) for having to wait so long for windows setup and benchmarking that I could have easily done prior, and for him not showing up. He also claimed that I was rude to the manager while I was there, after I had already told her I was grateful for her time while we were waiting for him, and told me I was rude over messenger because he misunderstood my reference to his store as a "legit store" when compared to my simple Facebook listing. If I wasn't already making money off of him buying it, I would have saved myself the time and walked out. Its unfortunate that people think they can speak to customers how I was spoken to today.

They found the exact part I needed in minutes. I am very happy and would do business with them again..
Trick Novalight (Trick): I'd rather go to a place where they stake their business on the outcome of the results they provide. Prices are very reasonable, a lot of effort is made to fix the issue and they don't have some corporate overlord trying to push bloatware on your computer that you don't need. If you want real techs helping you buy a new PC or fix something on yours, come to Computer World

He is HONEST and honesty is a quality that most bosses don't have anymore. All they want is to sell and not care about their guests' intentions. Alex helped when I was at his shop till I took the product home. I had a few question about the computer and he did not hesitate to help me (fix the problem, btw), and answered in a timely manner (since, he is the boss). I came in there telling him that I did not want to pay an arm and a leg for a computer that I will only check emails on. He met that standards and walked me thru his shop and check out all his products. Alex was not just friendly, so was the people that was working with him as well. ..... I will be back and keep y'all updated on my product. I doubt there would be anything wrong. But, like I introduced myself, I am an honest person. :) Again, THANK YOU ALEX AND HIS CREW for helping me find my ALL IN ONE.

My Chrome book died recently and I purchase a refurbished laptop from PC Paramedics. They installed everything I needed on it- and then some...so I didn't have to do it when I got home. I even returned twice to ask more questions (lol I am not a great techie) and William was SO patient, resourceful, and helpful to me. They offered to stay after 5:00 closing if I needed them. The owner Tony was also wonderful! My only regret is that I did not know about this place until recently. You guys are AWESOME!!!

Diana C: PC Paramedics saved the day for me! I'm from out of town and my laptop is crucial for work purposes. I opened it to find the keyboard wasn't working. I attempted to fix it myself but could not. I took it to them the next day and they identified a 'bug' even though I have Norton. William quoted me a price and was able to work with me when he saw the stress on my face. I left it and was called a few hours later to say it was done. It works better than it has in the last few years!Of note, they also mount TV's, cameras and have other services. I met a few other employees including the owner, all super nice. Highly recommend!

They also did work in the electrical closet to get the ethernet jacks in the house working, and to clean up some loose wires that were a fire hazard. They also did custom work to organize and hide the wires and some of the hardware. This was the 2nd time I've worked with them. The first time, several years ago, they helped me get my new printer set up onto my network. Both times I was very happy with the service. The price was reasonable, especially considering the level of service.

Harry Redd: I bought a nice Dell Inspiron 5000 back in 2019 and after a few months began to have trouble with the space bar and keys not working correctly. I was still under Dell warranty and had them dispatch a repairman to fix it. What I learned later is that there was a labor intensive repair that was necessary to resolve my issue. Dell didn't equip their tech with the right part and they tried a software fix that didn't work.After a couple more tries with other technicians I called PC Paramedic. I described the issue to Anthony and he offered to come pick up my laptop and diagnose it. I was amazed that Mike called me back later that afternoon and clearly explained the issue, and a breakdown of parts and labor cost. Getting the parts took longer than expected but as soon as the part arrived Mike completed the repair and tested it. Anthony delivered my laptop to my door. My laptop is now as good as new. The Red Carpet service alone was an amazing timesaver and super value. I truly appreciate the professionalism and great service that Anthony and his team provided. I am really glad that I was able to connect with you.

My customers information is being seen and now I have to let them know. So I spoke to a manager named mark he advised me that they will send out a tech under the warranty that comes with the $210.00 purchase but if it takes him longer than the hour and a half alotted time I will be charged agaimakong no since so. Y'all mess up my computer and try and recharge me to fix it. Give me my money back. I will go buy a laptop and none of my workers or clients will use this service what a terrible way they practice business here. Stay away

Randy E: I became aware of Moore Computer Services in late 2012 when a dentist who was using them for his practice IT recommended their services. For small business to personal/residential, it is difficult to find a company to provide technology services without extremely high prices. I have used Moore Computer Services for my home business and residential networking and computer services and these guys, Derek and David Moore, are outstanding. More importantly, they are very fast, very responsive and they don’t bust your budget. Here are two examples. In 2020, I needed to replace a 1TB SATA hard drive with a 2TB SATA hard drive which involved a data transfer. They ordered the drive, picked up my computer midday on a Wednesday, took out the old drive, installed the new 2TB drive, did the data transfer, installed the erased old drive into an external USB housing so I could use as a 1TB backup or storage drive, delivered the computer and back up drive midday the next day and the entire bill was $180.00. In August 2022, after years of using Dell computers, I decided to replace my business computer and Derek Moore recommended their Europa 523 computer which is a beast of productivity. In addition, I needed to upgrade the drive in my wife’s Dell all-in-one because it was terribly slow. David picked up both my wife’s computer and my main business computer which was an Alienware Aurora R-4. Two days later, both Derek and David arrived with my wife’s all-in-one sporting a new solid state drive – SU760 256GB SATA, and Derek installed the new Europa 523 computer for my business. Total tab, $1,144. I can’t say enough good things about Derek and David so if you are in need of small business and/or residential technology services and computers in the Charlotte area, Moore Computer needs to be your go to outfit.
Martha Hadaway: On two separate occasions I contacted Derek for his assistance. On each occasion I was so impressed with his patience and knowledge. I am so delighted a neighbor recommended him to me. In the future I am sure I will have technology issues and will not hesitate to contact Derek.

D Walthall: I had specified a high-end PC for editing 4K60p video using a professional level, computer resource intensive, software application. Derek presented several build options and worked with me to finalize component selections that will meet my needs. The finished PC is quite an impressive, high performance machine that in early trials has performed extremely well with this application. Derek has also provided technical support to help me make a direct connection (over 10Gbe) between my NAS and this PC. I would recommend Moore Computer Services for anyone needing a custom build computer, setup/configuration help, or general computer help.
