The Worship Center (CHURCH ADMINISTRATOR): I have rented several times from this location and it was the easiest rental experience I have ever had. I was helped by a courteous staff and very professional. Each rental experience is awesome, better than we even expected. The next time you need a rental , I definitely urge you to rent from this location.

Alphonzo Faison: This rental agency is an life saver, especially when the CLT Airport was completely out of vehicles to rent for the weekend. The owner is an nice and so sweet woman who come out on her day off early in the morning to bless me with an vehicle to make it my destination. Because, I felt hopeless after the CLT Airport Car Rental Agency booked me an vehicle and gave it away then I was stuck without transportation. So, thanks for going the extra mile and coming to my rescue. I definitely appreciate you having this company and allowing consumers to use your vehicles.
David Harbison: I had a friend who needed a car to get home for family emergency. He had been to budget at the airport with their new major credit card rules we couldn’t serve him. Now keep in mind it’s 10pm. Budget told him they had a car for him and we get there and they turns him away. So what is he going to do? Now it’s 11:30pm on a Saturday night. I remembered the manager a Prestige Rental Car and I took a chance and text the manager at midnight and she did a special appointment at 6am Sunday morning to help him. Now thats great service and going above and beyond. Now this is the only place my family and I use ti assist us with our rental car needs. Thumbs up to Prestige Rental Car.
Lisa Phillips: Worst rental business in Charlotte! If I could give this place no stars I would. The owner is rude and unprofessional. The cars are worn down and OVER a hundred thousand miles. The outside of the establishment (if you really want to call it an establishment) is filled with cars that has busted windows. I attempted to return the car after only renting it for 30 minutes, and that was just to turn back around and the darn place closed EARLY with no notice they even tried to lie and say they were open until I had receipts. Tried to call the so call after hours phone line they claim they have but no one answered CALLED TWENTY TIMES!!!! There is no AFTER HOURS LINE. The owner then took a full day of my money and tried to take more. I am almost certain 99.9 percent of these so called reviews are fake or related to the owner. Take my advice and look at the bad ones!! It’s all true! Do not spend your money here, better off riding your bike!

Just Norahs: If I could describe this business I would simply say... the owner omera is very money hungry, rude, conniving, and clearly tasteless to say the most. The attitude that she displays is abruptly out of line and she runs her “business” through her personal emotions to say the least. I would never rent a car from here ever again and I advise you do the same. She will illegally keep your deposit just because she feels like it. She will add on fees for no reason too. Save your energy, time and money and go support someone else! If I could rate a negative 5 stars then I would in the blink of an eye. After going to six rental car companies, Leo was able to find me a super nice car and I continue to lease various cars while I’m in Charlotte. Nearly every other company in Charlotte deserves a bad review, but this one does not.
Neil Sickendick: I can’t repeat the whole story here, but the place is awful. Terrible customer service. Didn’t have my reservation. Tried to tell us we didn’t really need the two passenger vans and would be fine with large SUVs (guy had no clue what we needed). Waited hours to get 1 of the vans we needed, walked next door to Enterprise and they went out of their way to get us another one, no problem.This guy was rude, unapologetic, uninterested in actually helping. Believe the bad reviews. I read them before booking but thought “oh, it’s probably just a few bad experiences, we will be fine.” No. It’s a pattern of terrible behavior. The good reviews here certainly seem to be the exception. Beware.
Abbey Wilson: The worst customer service experience of a rental car company I’ve came across. This branch advertises for one way and round trip rentals and when booking through an Avis representative it still allowed them to view the inventory reported and book a rental reservation. When I showed up to this location the man behind the desk had one man asking a question and told me to wait before he could say anything. This man barely looked at my reservation before he said “no, we’re not doing that” told me to check his white board that he had written “No one Ways”.Made zero effort to help or apologize.Zero customer service, no wonder why there are very few vehicles in the parking lot.Do not recommend going here.

Phoebe Goldstein: I wish I could give this Avis more than 5 starts. I’ve been in a rental car for 6+ months thanks to an accident I was in back in March. Leo has been so wonderful to work with. He consistently helps me find the lowest rates, reminds me when it’s time renew to avoid late fees, and is always available to answer any questions I may have. He has made the process as painless as possible - I cannot recommend this location enough.

Lauren Wright: 0 stars-This was hands down the worst customer service experience I have ever had anywhere. I get there and the guy tells me to sit down. No big deal. There were other people waiting. About 20 minutes later, I ask about my rental, and he nonchalantly says, we don't have any cars. Immediately he is defensive. He said, Don't get mad at me. I don't do the reservations. I'm an independent contractor. I don't work for Avis. What?! He said, corporate has been overbooking for awhile. He points to customer service's number, and says, "I'm tired of calling them today. You ask them why there aren't any cars" I proceed to call corporate and it is one of those automated "Say [insert reason/option]". The guy came from behind the counter after telling me to call them, and the automated corporate number was like, "I don't understand" because he wouldn't stop interrupting to tell me that it isn't his fault. He finally says he has a car. Another lady was at the desk, and i was like, Do you understand my frustration? She said, i feel the same way he does...Of course you do. After printing the paperwork, the guy starts rushing me into signing it...give me a chance to read it over to ensure the price and options are correct...especially after the whole ordeal. After signing, the lady takes me to the car. I start to walk around the car to check it out...which is pretty standard, right?! The guy comes walking outside and said, "What's wrong?! We don't need to do the walk through since you have insurance. It doesn't matter what you do to it"...To sum things up...The "I don't work for Avis" therefore this isn't my fault attitude is crazy. You are handling the rental process. You represent them...even if you are contracted. Secondly, I get that you aren't the person in charge of online reservations. In any business, things are going to happen. Find a solution! Especially if, like you said, you have more people coming in that aren't going to have cars.
Marty Meadows: Ok, mixed review! 1st, Leo was incredible. We had a vehicle reserved for a 9-day road trip n they didn't have our vehicle. Leo worked really hard to get us through until we could get things worked out. He went above and beyond. Very wonderful customer service. The vehicle situation, well that could use a little work!

We arrived late on the day of pick up (just after closing time), but due to us having a reservation, we were well assisted and provided beyond fair treatment by Leo at the front desk.We received a nice upgrade to a mini SUV. The vehicle was in great condition and it made our trip way more comfortable. The return was seamless and quick with no hassles. I would rent here again!
Josh Pappas: STAY AWAY, worst AVIS location, be prepared for fraudulent charges. I booked travel via my company via concur (travel platform) I was asked to put a card on file even thought the car was paid in full already for a simple 1 day rental. A day later charged on my credit card for the rental car that was already paid for in full by my company. I have contacted AMEX, but please AVIS corporate shut this location down and if you have to rent a car here please monitor your credit card for suspicious activity.

Robert: This is obviously a backseat to the dealer and I get that, but it's still a service Audi provides and the dealer should make more of an effort to service customers in ANY way, not just at the front end to make the $$. Audi Charlotte was completely unresponsive until I reached out to silvercar(audi on demand) twice and they escalated it to management. How hard is to respond to someone? The lack of interest they take in this service, they should either drop it or Audi should take it away because they are giving the brand a bad image for 'after purchase' services.
Steve Miller: If Silvercar wants to rent cars, locations should be staffed. Waited nearly an hour for someone while the dealership kept paging for a Silvercar rep, then they finally told me she was "out on a delivery." Eventually someone from the dealership was able to assist to get me on the road, but I realized the car had damage on all four wheels, and I had no way to officially note this with Silvercar when "attesting that there was no damage." Ended up late to my meeting in Atlanta. Silvercar Charlotte was great at their old location and I used them often, but is understaffed to the point of useless now that it's been moved to Audi of Charlotte.
