    Michele Hutchens: Thought they were there in my best interest when I called, but after not getting the exact wording for a breathing pickle for my Dad, including talking and getting prescription from doctor, they said my insurance wouldn’t cover it. Said my fax may take 30 minutes to receive it, they wanted to close and me come back the next day. One of the ladies said that they needed to leave, maybe I should just go to the ER! Really! No compassion at all, couldn’t believe the lady said that to me. If it were her father, I wonder if she would have still been so incredibly insensitive. Had the feeling when I walked in, the woman really just wanted me to pay cash for the over priced item and go so she wouldn’t be bothered right before closing.

    Lana Krupka: More than a month and still can not get my mom’s wheelchair and walker. I contacted medical provider and medicaid office, and both informed me that they responded to the inquiry couple times already and both times very fast, almost within 24 hrs from receiving request from this store. But this store takes months not weeks to process. Also I have being calling them every day trying to get someone on the phone and in almost two months was lucky to get them on the phone just two times: very first day and about a week ago. The rest of the times phone sounds like disconnected or no one is answering. Also this store was closed couple times during their operation hours which is very sad and inconvenient, when you take time to drive there and it’s closed. The lady who works there sounds pleasant and nice, when she is actually there and working, but that is not enough. I will avoid this store next time because it is unacceptable to wait for simple foldable wheelchair and walker for months when you need it today and now for almost immobile person to avoid complete immobility.UPDATE: after almost two months of hassle they called me and said: “we don’t know when we gonna have wheelchair and walker, so you better come and take prescriptions back”
