Bruce Elliott: This was my first visit, and from the moment I walked trough the door, Stephanie made me feel very comfortable. She made it easy for me to have a real conversation with, yet she was always courteous and sincere. Her knowledge of hair and styles was quickly evident, and as I explained what I was looking for, she told me how this could happen, then went about doing what she said she would. Her scalp massage was I believe the best I have had in 20 years. My time allotted by the price scale was 45 minutes, but she actually served me for 70 minutes. Azam Khan: Been going here since last 6 months. I usually get a disconnected/tapered haircut. Been to many salons but they sometimes mess up. I have thick hair and not everyone can make a good fade with a taper. Unlike these Sportclip guys (10mins haircuts), Sarah takes her time getting that fade right. Hector Gonzalez: Do not come here if you are expecting a great hair cut. I was really disappointed with the service I received here for several reasons:1. I was given a hard time because I wouldn't take off my mask as they stated "it is not possible to give a hair cut with a mask on." I went against my better judgment and decided to give them a shot anyway despite the reluctance the hairdresser had to actually put on a mask in exchange for taking mine off.2. The hair cut itself was very rushed and was paid no attention. I said not to cut it too short twice, showed a picture of exactly how I wanted it, and it still was cut really short...3. This place doesn't feel welcoming or friendly so that combined with the issues above shouldn't warrant the price they charged. I have had better experiences at cheap franchises at half the cost.All in all, it was a really poor experience and I really have a hard time finding any positives.

After calling to speak with owner about solutions, she had no sympathy or care to find a solution. Casey Kelly: Made an appointment 2 months ago for a straight razor shave and cut for the groom of a wedding. Switched it to just a straight razor a month out. They call me DAY OF and tell me the provider can’t do the shave. That was the whole point. They tried to say it was a miscommunication which was just…laughable. (Every time on the phone I made sure to say straight razor shave) Now I’m scrambling for another place for him. In conclusion don’t rely on this place.

Michael Trivette: Similar to the most recent review, I also showed up at the scheduled appointment only to find a sign on the door that indicated Mr. Kasper was out on leave. Before arriving, I received text message updates reminding me of my appointment just the day before the scheduled time. At no point was I ever contacted to reschedule the appointment. Additionally, I texted the number provided on the sign/website to inquire about rescheduling and I never heard back. Even a week later, I still haven't received any type of message or notification from Mr. Kasper.While we all realize unexpected events/emergencies can occur, it's standard practice to contact your prospective clients within a reasonable timeframe to reschedule. This is poor customer service.
Nathan Schoen: I can't speak to the quality of the services as I was unable to have anything performed. I had to book my haircut 3 months out in advance and the day of, I drove 30 minutes out of Charlotte to get my hair cut. I arrived to a sign on the door stating that Mr. Kasper was temporarily relocating and that he would be in touch via text. I texted the number and received no response. I waited for approximately 30 minutes with absolutely no communication from Mr. Kasper's side until I eventually got fed up and left. As of leaving this review, I still have had no response from my texts. I would recommend that if you are accepting bookings for appointments that you are unable to provide, that you should communicate that beforehand. I understand that emergencies happen but please communicate that out to any appointments that you have for the day.
Oles Grinchak: Mike does an amazing job every time! I leave looking great and feeling great about my hair. I enjoy taking a little extra time to get the hot towel treatment and really have a relaxing time with my cut. I usually get my hair cut every four to six months, so it’s always a refreshing experience here. Highly recommend for someone looking to get a quality haircut with quality service.
