Kisses Kissed: Gave me the wrong bag (bought 3 bags), had to go back the next day, get there to return/ switch for correct bag and realized he never gave me the discount on the watch ( also bought watch and bracelet). So he charge me 200.00 for the watch when it was 100.00, gave me the 300.00 bag when I picked out the 199.00 bag. (They bring the bags from the back so you assume they bring out the correct bag in the packaging. Way to steal commission from a Old lady.

Visited the store this past weekend in search of a specific bag for my sister's birthday. 2 sales associates on the floor a man & a woman was never acknowledged in anyway. Walk up to the counter 2 women are back there. My niece ask a few questions to a blonde head older lady who was said to be the manager. She had no customer service personality she acted as if my niece asking her questions about what we was looking for was aggravating her. She was moving her eyes up in her head like an eye roll or like duh to 1 question my niece asked. She never came from behind the counter to show us any of the purses similar to what we was looking for. She never once asked a floor associate to help us. Very nasty individual and I hope this was definitely not a manager that is leading a sales team. This is retail and customer service is a strong part. Any time I've been in this store a purchase has been made. After the service received here I said I wouldn't ever make a purchase from here again. I walked myself right across from them to there competitor Coach and purchased a purse and a wallet. When I visit the outlet for accessories Coach will get my business. I'm spreading the word to my friends and family to do the same. Terrible service!!!!

Brenda Crawford: I was shipped the wrong item, when I went to the store location to get the bag I ordered online it was not there. And due to me buying the bag online at a black Friday sale nothing I wanted was equivalent in price! so all of the bags I wanted was too expensive and I would have to pay extra & I was basically forced to settle for a bag that was on a clearance special just so I would have something and I still ended up paying a little extra for that one as well. Days later the store manager found the bag at a store in Wisconsin and told me it would be shipped to me overnight free of charge an to look out for the email with the information and I never did get an email or the bag.I call customer service again DEC 6th an the representative told me that she can not help me an that she can't give me any type of assistance because I paid with after pay and that the store manager was not supposed to take the bag back from me that I was supposed to ship it back to the Waterhouse an get the bag I wanted. Told me MK online and MK store is not the same business an refuse to get me on with a supervisor.Nobody told me this and now I don't have the bag they shipped me because I left it at the fort mill store with Priscilla.I attached video to customerservice what I got in the mail to show it is not what I ordered.Someone should at least give me store credit or gift card to buy something else that I want at a later date just for the inconvenience.This is totally unfair and the company should take responsibility for shipping the wrong product. I wanted pink on pink .. Not white on pink. I'm really angry about it and won't shop this brand for a long time

She stuck with me from beginning to end to make sure I was satisfied. I appreciate her so much if only my small town in South Carolina had a Michael's kors store she would hands be my personal favorite associate.

Justin Burrier: Being the only two in the store me and my friend were greeted less than enthusiastically. The store was clean and well organized but that greeting was disinterested and turned me off. Guess I'm used to be treated way better at the outlets in Myrtle Beach 🤷‍♂️Between the "discount" prices and service I don't think I'll be going back to this store.

The manager in Northlake mall was very very rude and disrespectful to me when I simply went in to do the same thing Bailey did for me! He needs to be fired. He has the worst customer service ever. Bree Elizabeth: Kelcy was EXTREMELY rude and unprofessional to my aunt. We spend thousands of dollars in This store and she was trying to returning something that didn't fit and had spoken to another employee Jennifer who is super sweet verifying she could still do the return. It's all in writing via text. She had the messages to show and Kelcy REFUSED to even look at the messages. She belittled my aunt for wearing a mask as she was not wearing one for whatever reason saying things like "seems like you're having a bad day" "I can't tell if you're smiling under that thing but I think you're having a bad day" and getting hostile with my aunt who was completely calm. I have worked for Michael Kors in the past and currently work retail, and that is NOT how you treat clients at all. Especially ones who shell out a ton of money to you and especially not after a global pandemic that hit everyone hard. We both reported her to corporate. 10/10 do not recommend.

Abhi RC: Horrible store and the supervisor is equally horrible. Refused to accept return of my online purchase while the receipt clearly had a In-Store barcode that could be scanned for return. Extremely lazy people who are just good for nothing. I wonder how this store is still in business!

Against my better judgment, I decided to purchase one as a gift and found it was not what I really wanted so returned it the same day. I have been waiting over 7 days for my refund to hit my account and it still has not. My bank said MK has not sent the refund for them to post. I'm so frustrated and customer service claim their is nothing they can do.

RL R: I have decided I will no longer shop at this store. They are more concerned with theft than actually helping the customer. Hiding behind pillars and haunting the front door instead of being available. Hire a security guard so you can do your job. There is one male salesperson who is the rudest and seems to think he is a watchdog instead of a salesperson. He'll come up to you and make a snarky comment about needing any help. I've had a few encounters that I brushed off. My friend came in with me this last time and felt the same disrespect. No more. I will go to Coach or Kate Spade.

E Moye: I typically frequent this Michael Kors store and on 7/26/2022 I witnessed one employee being extremely rude to another employee. I don’t think it was appropriately handled as customer were shopping and could clearly hear. With the world being on high alert I immediately left the store, as I didn’t know the next actions and I didn’t want to be a witness. I feel like this store is becoming very child-like in behavior.

JessABell: What a great shopping experience I had this past Friday at this location. I was looking for a cross body bag and tried other stores in this mall first. I don't know why I just didn't come here first. What I really loved was the great sale they were having on a variety of styles for men and women. Plus this location's customer service is always top notch. I didn't feel rushed or forced to spend Crystal helped me find exactly what I was looking for that matched my busy day to day life with a 5 year old. I will definitely be back!

They say items already returned..which makes no sense.I purchased 3 bags on 5/22 in the same store and went to return all the 3 bags on 6/10 in-store at about 7pm EST."Managers" Angel & Portia Jones were rude and defensive rather than trying to help me with the return. Angel wouldn't even listen to what I had to say, she was disrespectful & cutting me off. I was asked to talk to the customer service/management to get my purchases returned.I didn't feel welcome in the store.
