Andri Massey: I have a 04 GSXR 1000, I was having a problem where my bike was shaking really bad on the highway only at acceleration. I talked to the technician at Royal Motorcycle Shop in Charlotte North Carolina. They quickly diagnosed my problem into two intervals, one being the rear tire out of alignment or broken belt the 2nd was the drive chain being bad. The 2 issues were fixed, no more shaking. Thank You Royal Motorcycle Shop for your great work and customer service.

M.B.A. Hustler: Ricardo has to be the absolute worst bike mechanic I have ever experienced. Paid him $6000 and he had my bike three years and basically I am going to have to total the bike after he just threw it back together. I would never recommend him to anyone makes zero senses for him to do this to a paying customer.

Lees did an excellent job making sure it was done right even though it had to come back a couple times. It ended up being way more work than expected but Jonathan made it right and shot me straight and was very fair. Highly recommend Lees for any bike work

Brandon Charlotte: Spent over $1600 to get my motorcycle serviced. Upon picking up my bike I had scratches on multiple carb covers, saddlebag ext. The buffoon they had washing bikes used a pressure washer up close which ripped my exhaust wrap to shreds and completely deformed my windshield bag, not to mention I had water dripping out of my fairing and armor all on my seat. The manager said he would order parts to fix my bike and have the scratches repaired as best as possible. It has been over 3 months. The texts back and forth with the manager claiming he has ordered parts was nothing but lies to make me wait until their store was bought and closed. Now he no longer responds. Beware he is going to go to work for Team Powersports now. Do not this this man (Reggie Griffin) screw you over!

Cody Anderson: Purchased a drz400 from them last year. My credit was bad and I was taken advantage of. Their advertized price was 6200 dollars and I had a 1000 dollar down payment. They apparently pocketed my down payment and outsourced financing for 8000 dollars.2800 dollar profit on a bike is downright shameful.I should have been a better consumer and asked more questions when signing paperwork. Don’t assume these guys will take care of you.That’s not the end of it. The tracking module they installed on my bike for the leasing company was mounted with 3m tape. After a couple days of riding I smelled something burning. You guessed it; the tracking device had completely fused to my exhaust.Love my bike. Hate what I paid for it. Haggle with cash or private financing. Don’t get raked over the coals like I did. I’m not complaining about my interest rate. That’s my credits fault. The financed price is a downright lie.
