Eric Pfeifer: Not sure about the sales department, but the service department seems disorganized, confused, & perhaps overly complex. Lots of people running around but no one seems to know what's going on. You wait an hour in their lobby only to be told without apology that your scheduled appointment has not begun. Later, you go to pay only to be told to wait for your service rep - the guy sitting there can't ring you up. Not sure what his job is? Not the best experience I've ever had.
William C: I purchased a race trailer from these folks out of state and the entire transaction was top notch. Most notably Ashlyn, who handles the title work, made out of state title transfer and registration a breeze! She deserves 10 stars!

We made it known upfront of our intentions and that we would not be buying one on this visit but that did not make a difference to the sales staff. A Young Lady named Brooke showed us around and made some suggestions based on the info we had given her on the tow vehicle and family size. She was very knowledgeable, friendly, and no one there was pushy like a few of the other outdoor camping centers we had been to. I loved the atmosphere here and plan on purchasing here when we get ready. Thanks!

He’s not our service advisor but he has given us all of the information regarding the status of our warranty work and has always answered the phone every time we’ve called. Jeff needs a raise for being the best employee in the service department!
Scott Hamby: My experience has been super disappointing. I scheduled appointment to have my slide rubber replaced in November of 2022. I took camper down to be measured at appointment time I was given. I arrived at 9am per the appointment time and was told that my appointment did not exist. Was told they would squeeze me in. I was told I would have wait a little bit. I waited 3.5 hours and finally told them I was going to leave as I had other things to do. Measurement took all of 10 minutes.I was told that parts were a bit sluggish to get but would call once they arrived. In February I finally received a call as they were asking for the wrong person but was talking about my camper issue. Supposedly this was fixed on system and was told they would then call me once they could get my camper in shop.Late April I received another call calling me by the wrong name yet again but I could bring my camper in on May 8, 2023. Wendell then told me it would be a week or so to get back. I the informed him I would be returning home from a Las Vegas Trip on 5/17/23 would be earliest I could pick up. He replied that would be great that this would give shop plenty of time to get repaired.I returned home and had received no phone call about being ready. I waited several days and called and left message for Wendell. No return calls. I call again and ask to speak to Wendell someone told me he was busy but they could help me.I asked about my camper being ready on 5/28 was then informed that I was second in que. I questioned him then about how that was being my camper had been sitting down there for three weeks. No answer and was told it would take two more weeks.I called again on 6/16 at 8am in morning Wendell was busy but young lady spoke to looks info up on camper. Tells me it was not completed but she would check with tech and return my call shortly. At 4pm on 6/16/23 I called back and Wendell answered phone. Informs me that they had ordered wrong parts.I then told Wendell that he need not order parts again I would pickup my camper up. Not one apology nothing.I picked my camper up today to find rubber boots that was incorrect in floor of camper I returned item back to Wendell and ask for correct part numbers since rubber was gone. He give information and thanked me not one apology for wasted time and effort.To sum this up simply don’t waste your time. Appointments and finish dates mean absolutely nothing nor does customer satisfaction
Nelly Darty: My daughter and son-in law are shopping around and found a prospective new Class C motorhome. Asked for pricing ( as the website directed) and received a phone call stating that they must come in person (over an hour away) to actually get pricing. This is not what the web-site states. They have actually received quotes from other RV dealerships closer by. They are not going to drive the distance without knowing if the RV’s they are interested in are within their price range. They also asked for an email with any prospective Motorhomes meeting their specific criteria and have received no responses.

Amanda Moore: messaged on FB on tuesday....wasnt responded back to until thursday night came down friday to look at it. when we arrived and was told there was someone else coming as well. we had cash in hand and ready to buy and the other people showed up 10 mins after us and they sold it out from under us. never gave us any opportunity. its not first come first serve. this place is very unreliable. dont trust them. if they do customers this way they arent trustworthy. its a very inappropriate way to handle business. not to mention extremely rude in general.
Sue Anne Pilgreen: After searching and doing lots of homework, we found the perfect camper at RV Center of Gastonia. Johnathon responded to my online inquiry immediately, answered all of my many questions, and was willing to talk with us via the phone at 8:30 on a Friday night :-). We drove 4 hours to come and look at the camper, and we are now pulling it back home. This is our first camper purchase, and I was a bit nervous…but all of that was immediately alleviated. Johnathon is one of the nicest, most genuine, honest and transparent people I have ever dealt with, and he was willing to really take his time to ensure that all of our questions were answered. In doing our homework, we had priced countless options, but Johnathon surpassed what we had found with other dealers, and offered us a very fair price. He loves Jesus which was an added bonus for us! We hope to be in this camper for awhile, but if we are ever in the market for another one, Johnathon will be the first person we will call. He made it well-worth the 4 hour drive. Thank you!

Sandra O.: Almost a year. Saw a listing on RV trader. Road Warrior RW 427, Spoke to Johnathan by phone. I’m in California. and he gave me a video walk through. Extremely impressed, he even pointed out the flaws he knew about. Took a 5 day trip to get. There. Again good impression when meeting him. Everything with the sale went smooth. He even helped me adjust my hitch. When I got back to California I had a couple issues. I thought something was broken, He paid for a local Rv technician to come out. Turned out to be operator error, 1st time 5th wheel owner. A little embarrassed on my part. Overall I recommend Jonathan. Great service.

Wade Parker: My wife and I bought a camper from Johnathan back in November. We had an amazing experience! I would definitely recommend them for anyone to buy from. We were upgrading from a travel trailer to a 5th wheel toy hauler and looked quite a bit... and for months, so we had a chance to see a wide variety of sellers and dealers. I can tell you with confidence, RV Center was the best of all of our experiences. Here's why.During all of the looking, we grew tired of either no service or too much "sales" style service. Johnathan was neither. He was low pressure but yet right there when we had questions. He was very informative without being over bearing. You could tell Johnathan believed in what he was selling and stood by it. He was honest and it showed. He also went above and beyond in my opinion which I'm thankful for and commend him for excellent service. I had recently lost my wallet and didn't have I.D. We knew we wanted the camper but couldn't get the paperwork going that day due to the missing ID. We gave a deposit that day and I worked toward getting my license replaced, which wasn't fast by any means. Johnathan was very patient and super helpful in communicating with the lender while completing the process which took a few weeks by the time I got insurance set up too. To add, we also needed to upgrade our 2500 to a 3500 to be able to haul it. We had been shopping for the truck as the same time but the used car market was a train wreck and still is. Once we completed the lending process, Johnathan delivered the camper to my house :). Thanks again for that Johnathan! We ended up signing off on a new 3500 and it'll be here Feb. We're very thankful for your help hauling it over and for the great experience.
Megan Bland: December 3rd 2021, I contacted owner or owner son!Looking for buck hound travel train so the cash in head to purchase then! Set yo a meeting time for December 4th at 9am! Asking is 9am to early but no ensure be their them! I left my house at 8am to be their on time!Arriveling 10mins early and waiting with three kids!Called from my phone no answerHusband called from his phone and left voice mail …Plus we sent a text saying “We are here”! After waiting until 9:15/20 we left! Text message was read at 9:52am with no response! I understand emergency happen but poorly ran business!Beware of this when looking to purchase a camper

I showed up and he was there, we did a walk through on the trailer which had a fair price on it. I brought a friend back with me on 09/21/21 to do another walk through. We both had many questions which Johnathan answered and was very knowledgeable regarding the campers he was selling. We agreed to buy the trailer that I looked at, agreed to a down payment, and Johnathan also agreed to hold it for a week because I was leaving the next morning on vacation. We went and picked up the camper last night (09/29/21). Johnathan conducted a thorough walk through and helped hook up the camper to our truck. Best experience I've had with a non-pushy sales person. If you want to avoid the pushy, typical salesmen at big time dealers that will tell you anything to get you to buy overprices campers then this is the place you need to work with. Johnathan is a small family owned business with no BS. I bought a camper at a very good price and enjoyed the interaction with the owner.
