Kamara Rackley: HORRIBLE! I would not recommend for any of my friends that are nail techs. They have no good customer service, no manners, no nothing!!! If I could give them ZERO stars I would. Everything is crowded that should be a safety hazard. I won’t be going back and will be telling all of my friends not too as well!

As soon as I walked in the staff asked me if I was looking for anything in particular. halfway through shopping I noticed I dint have my wallet with me and I told the staff and they immediately started looking for it, I ended up finding it in my car and one of the ladies said she was soo happy that I found my wallet. They have AMAZING selection from kiara sky to Mia’s secret. amazing nail brushes and everything is high quality at great prices. I always go during the weekdays and I’ve never been asked for a license
Zakira Sansberry: I love it here lol! Take all my money!! I just know i was getting in their nerves asking where certain stuff was but they stayed patient with me & showed me where each product i was looking for was. Only nail supply near me that ive been too that has MULTIPLE different brands including kiara sky..They also have tons of different charms, rhinestones, etc to choose from. Definitely my fav Nail supply..i just hate that they are closed on saturday’s :( Anywho follow my nail page on insta @nailedbykyoo !

Cherrelle Moore: This is probably the worst nail supply store in Charlotte only because of their customer service! I didn’t feel welcomed in the store, and when I asked for help the associate referred the most expensive items to try to get me to leave. I will not be returning.

Ayonna (Yonna): Worker stared, and followed us around the store as if we were going to steal. Made us very uncomfortable. Store also smelled like smoke.
Regina Allison: They smoke inside the store. The smoke was so strong I could barely breathe. They stare at you and stare at you like you’re gonna steal something. It made us feel so uncomfortable that we left.
