    Maddy Shea: Parked for lunch and when I came back a car was stuck at the exit so I walked over to pay at the pay station. The pay station gave me an error for all three cards I entered (including one I had just used at lunch) so I called the help number and they told me they’d have to give me a “no payment ticket” to get out despite the issue being with their machine. I said it was their machine and they said they “hadn’t had any issues” despite another car being also trapped at the exit. So I tried to pay at the exit station and that was also broken. Went back to call for help again and they told me I’d have to wait at the exit station to even get the no payment ticket. They then told me they needed my ticket even though their machine wouldn’t take it (was broken). When I tried to exit they told me someone would be out to help and they never came. So I called again and finally was let out after 45 minutes. Please fix your pay centers so this does not continue to happen.
    msxsherry: Plenty of parking spaces and clean. However, the rates on the sign did not accurate portray what they charged me. It was supposed to be $4 per half hour. I was there for 18 min and they charged me $7. You can't leave without paying whatever price they tell you to so sounds like it could be a great opportunity to exploit this.

I called the hotel and asked for a receipt but was told yo call a different phone number because parking is not part of the hotel. That is really deceiving in my opinion. I have been calling this number for the past 3 days and no one had answered yet. This company is ripping people off and making millions of not billions off people. I wish I was informed by the hotel that parking is not a part of us from the onset.

    Jacob Cross: Do not park here if you can help it. I parked at 130am after a long day of travel and left at 11am that same morning, my fee was $31. Their "day" resets at 3am so I was billed the max rate for 1 day plus an entry fee, plus hourly rate.
    Jen Campbell Boles: Horrible experience - stayed the night at Ritz Sunday night before holiday, could have parked valet with Ritz for $38. Saw that the max daily rate here said $21, so we decided to walk 2 blocks to save money even though my husband had just had hip surgery. Well, in super small writing at bottom of sign, it says rate starts over at 3am, so we were charged 2x$21, $42. The best part is that there was a $10 “special event” sign when we entered the garage, but we were still charged $42 even though garage was completely empty and we parked in one of the first couple of spaces on the first floor. Then, I contacted them to inquire about this and the fact that they charged my card $42 TWICE, but they were not sympathetic at all, although several weeks later, they finally sent me a refund for the double charge. Complete rip off!

    Donnie Brasco: I tailgated with friends for the Falcons vs Panthers game. Parking was $40, but we were only a couple blocks from Bank of America Stadium & across the street from BB&T Ball Park. Nice clean lot.
    John Reyes (Nascarican): Location was convenient to get to the game, but the parking structure needs some work.
    Naomi Tucker: All Preferred Parking lots have great parking, good rates and they are everywhere!!! So, stop burning all of your gas looking for somewhere to park just look for Preferred Parking signs and if you are with me, you won't have to spend a Dine!!! Lol!
    JF B: Used the lot for 4 months in 2015. A pleasant half mile walk to work on Tryon St, past the Knights Stadium and a park. The lot was always clean and they stood by their word and provided closer alternative parking when it was full once or twice. Yes, they did raise the monthly rate without notice, so that wasn't pleasant, hence 3 stars, but 5.
    Michael Wetherell: A bunch of JERKS! Customer Service means nothing to these people. They make thousands every day with people parking and will not work with you at all. They raise their monthly rates without warning. Stay away!!
