The Manager and Her staff are awesome and always friendly, attentive and Kenyatta and Chelsea always smile and greet as customers walk in. I’m a manager and great service is a must in my field. I give them an A plus plus. I’m always looking for that type service with any business I deal with. Keeps me coming back. 😊

Khaos by Key: I went in here to get a gift for my friends birthday and the experience left me so disgusted that I will never shop here again. The first time I went I I was not greeted and looked up and down just to be ignored although there were other "customers". I went to the Fragrance Outlet which was unfortunately closed on Sunday's, so in a pinch of time I ended up having to return to this establishment. The second time I went in there was no customers and there was still no greeting. The associate Kenyatta who I ultimately purchased "Versace Yellow Diamond" from was in the store both times and overlooked me continuing her conversation with her coworker until the associate/manager had to ask her to assist me. She displayed a lackluster attitude and very little customer interaction. I felt like I was buying cigarettes instead of a fine fragrance and the ONLY REASON I decide to purchase any way besides being last minute was to flex on these #03$. The price was good but I would've rather spent the additional $20 for someone to actually act like they worked at a fragrance store. I'm so mad I'm writing this review from the parking lot.

Phillip Cox: One employee great. The other, greedy. Would have bought the $150 bottle of cologne but the other person stepped in and wanted to upsell me for the same bottle for $375 because they claimed it wasn't made anymore. I laughed. I was trying to buy locally but Amazon got my sale of $150. Just received today from Amazon to authentication and now I'm going to buy two more. Don't be afraid to price shop online with a reputable company.

I wanted to test a product that I have wanted for a little while he sprayed it on a piece of paper and when I smelt it I immediately knew it was fake. Don’t buy from here he also told me to get out of the store when I confronted him

Scott D.: Big selection. But when I tried to call to find out where in the mall they were closest to (I'm handicapped) the phone was busy for several minutes. So I got to the mall parked, got out, went in, found them, and the guy was still on the phone. He finally noticed me and kept talking on the phone for another minute or so before saying hello. Then when I asked a question his interest level was extremely low. I went to Belks were I bought the cologne I was looking for as a gift, perfume for my girl, and 2 colognes for myself. Altogether this guy lost out on around $420 in sales today.

It seems that the sizes and variation of strengths are the areas where they prove themselves to not be a bargain.If you need a lower end fragrance, this store can offer somewhat similar pricing with competitors, but the better quality fragrances compared to even Belk, are high.

He let me smell a sample to make sure that was it. When I opened the sealed box this morning I noticed the bottle looked a little different but then I put some on and I knew right away that wasn’t the right perfume. They let me sample the real one and sold me the bottle with the fake perfume in it. DO NOT BUY FROM HERE EVER!!!!!!!
