The new concierge (can’t think of his name) is truly the BEST and one of the top reasons I would renew my lease. I have never felt safer taking my dog out than when he’s there. Our first encounter, he saw me take my dog out (unbeknownst to me). There was a sketchy character that started following me. The concierge came outside, and just his presence was enough to deter the sketchy individual. This has now happened on several occurrences, and I’m truly SO grateful. THANK YOU for hiring someone as quality as he is. Please never let him leave

Me and my fiance have been here for almost a year now and we can say we genuinely enjoy the unit and location. The staff is friendly and the other tenants are nice. The events that they have weekly are fun and usually include free food or drinks, which are our favorite! I'd recommend this place to most people who enjoy a good time.

The amenities are great. Staff is very nice and understanding. They really go out the way to try to help you. They try to make sure that there is always something to do every month.

500 West Trade has been an amazing community to live in. It really is a beautiful property, the amenities are the best in Uptown! It is in a great location too.

The building is very beautiful, and it gives us many options to enjoy. I love the pool and the temperature is always at its peak and the gym, the Turkish and the sauna are the best.

Mgmt and staff is always so nice to us and I really enjoy Kyla’s events. So fun!!! We always look forward to those. Also, the heated pool on the rooftop on cold sunny days with a tottie is the best when we just want to chill.
