Gene Lazo: A true pro camera shop. Employees have been there for years and are photographers themselves. New and used equipment for sale, they buy used for a fair price.
Dana Williamson: I ordered my camera and lens on-line and drove to Charlotte to pick up my order. I called and spoke to an associate over the phone to help make my decision on the camera that I needed before I purchased it, and the staff was wonderful at answering my questions! When I picked it up in the store Isaac was absolutely wonderful to work with! He helped to make sure I understood how to use my adapter to attach my new lens, as well as answered all my questions regarding what accessories I might need. Laura also helped me as well. Both were very kind and very knowledgeable! The excellent customer service made it worth the drive from Florence!

frankie henry: The service is non-existent for new customers. There is clear customer favoritism here. Another customer who was waiting was literally more helpful than the staff and he showed me around the store to helped me pick out what I needed. The employees mostly ignore you and one was just talking to a friend at the register for 20 minutes while they left others waiting. Not to mention overpriced

Chris Hoey: I've been here a few times, the staff were knowledgeable enough to hang with advanced to pro photographers, and generally patient enough to guide beginners and hobbyists. They stock a good selection for a pretty wide range of photographers, including good quality used/traded equipment which can help bring down the cost of being in the hobby.

David Hom: (Online Order) Shopping for a travel camera, I looked for the Insta360 GO 2 Action Camera High-Capacity Edition (64GB) online and it was sold out EVERYWHERE! B&H Photo, Amazon, etc. sold out/used/backordered. But after an email to Biggs Camera, and a quick reply, they confirmed they had it in stock. Purchased it and a few hours later they put in shipment to California. Great response time and quick turnaround on their online orders. I will definitely be purchasing from them again.
Indián Jackson: Terrible experience from the moment I walked in. 3 employees behind the counter, one was busy with a customer. The other 2 did not offer any service. So I walk around, looking for high quality drones, a high speed camera lens, and green screen. Still, not getting serviced, I walk over to the counter. A girl assists me, hardly. I have questions, but she’s more eager to get back behind the counter. Idk where the 2nd guy went. Anyway, not comfortable with the info (or lack there of) I received, I asked the lady for a green screen. She points me in the direction of them. I bring it to her, and ask “don’t I need a stand?”. She goes to the back & grabs a box. I pay & leave. Drive 2 hrs back home (no video equip stores near me), & the stand is broken out the box!! I won’t even waste my time to take it back. Best Buy had all that I needed and more. Helpful service & great insurance. The 1 star is for the actual green screen. It’s large and I will just work with the broken stand for now.

Shantese Hardee: I usually go to Walgreens to get my film develop from my disposable camera, I decided to use a camera shop because I hate the 2-3 week wait with Walgreens. I dropped my camera off at Biggs Camera on my lunch around 1pm, I received my scanned photos in my email by 3pm the same exact day!! The guy that helped me was super nice! Definitely coming here from now on to get all of my pictures develop. It saves me so much time and I don’t even have to download an app anymore to scan my photos to get them on my phone because they do it for me already and the price is way cheaper. 10 out of 10!!

liz conner: Ridiculously kind and helpful folks. Took two cameras in, which belonged to my grandmother (I know nothing about cameras yet), and received detailed help about the basics of them and what needed to be repaired without feeling condescended to at all. Will definitely be back as I get the hang of shooting with film. I didn’t catch the name of the man who helped me, so if you see this, thank you!

We badly needed cameras quickly for an upcoming wedding, and they were able to supply us with new cameras, tripods, batteries, attachments and even 35mm film.When I say they have everything I mean it. This will be my main camera shop I go to, It's an hour drive and it's well worth it!

Eric Walker: Waited 20 minutes after asking for assistance with NO line! The only other person had waited 10 minutes herself before I arrived. Then it took another 10 minutes to get my preordered cards. Ridiculous!

Dave Howell: Called photo center, electronic, employees for 10 minutes, noone answered...called pharmacy, they transferred me to customer service, phone rang about 10-12 times and then hung up. Piss poor customer service...not any better in store...will go back to Arboretum store, this store sucks....
Christina Janek: One staff working at the entire electronics department with seven people standing there waiting for assistance with various things. Despite the fact my order was already paid for and I was just picking it up, I waited there over 15 minutes while he addressed each task one by one, even if the other tasks were answering questions about if something was in stock or pick-up orders ready and waiting at the desk! Customer service was called several times, but they apparently were understaffed there too and were unable to send anyone the entire time.

Georgia Johnson: Love Our Heritage Studio. We have used them for children and grandchildren. Our daughters wedding photo. They know their business, know how to make babies smile and engage in their great photos. Use them, you won't be sorry.
Caleb Wilson: WORST EXPERIENCE EVER. I took my newborn in for photos at 5 days old and it is now 5 weeks later and still no birth announcements. We have continually called and left message after message and no one will call back. Erin just says that she will call back and no one does. As a business owner I know that things happen but regardless of the events communication is important. The worst thing you can do is not call someone back!
