Upon seeing a leaking pipe in our crawl space and the valve for turning the water in our house off not working, we called Roto Rooter.The dispatcher I spoke with first was courteous and informative, and helpful explaining the time window for a plumber to arrive, it being short notice on a weekend.The technician, Aaron, was very respectful and answered my many questions. They came out fast and and didn't explain they don't do repairs so if you are in distress please take your time on who you get to do the work because it was a hassle trying to find someone to do the repairs the restoration. Their willingness to work with my home warranty provider was one of the reasons I was highly satisfied with their service. However, when I called to make an appointment this year, I explicitly mentioned that I would be utilizing my home warranty, and we proceeded to schedule the appointment without any issues.Towards the end of the call, as a courtesy reminder, I mentioned that the technician would need to speak to my home warranty provider. To my surprise, the assistant abruptly stated that they no longer work with home warranties, without offering any further explanation. Robert Burke: Our water line busted and the team at QCP took care of everything and very fast. Judd handled setting everything up including financing and it all went very quick and easy. Bill visited next day and gave me an estimate that day explaining everything required to make this project happen. Michael and two other helpers made the repair a couple of days later, as scheduled, on time, and with no change orders or problems. We were very satisfied with the whole process.

I had the privilege of working with Parker and Caleb and they did a phenomenal job! They found the problem quickly and was able to get everything corrected in a timely and efficient manner. I could not be happier with the result. In conversation I mentioned needing a gas line moved and they said they could also do that!
