I'm not a huge fan of online shopping and love to support small businesses as I'm an owner of a few myself. After visiting a few places, I finally found Windsor and Tracy(Birdie). Everything about my experiences has been great. Customer service is fantastic, they are incredibly knowledgeable, and they treat you just like a friend whether you purchase something or not. My first time there, a nice gentleman spent 10 mins helping me with my Tag connect that I didn’t even buy there! Just incredible, down-to-earth, really good people. With Tracy’s help, I have scratched a few watches off my wish list this year. If I’m lucky, I will add a few more to my collection before the year is up. I really can not say enough good things about this family business. I highly recommend that anyone shopping for themselves or that special someone stops in and gives them, and especially Tracy, a chance to win your business.

Westfall Shane: I went her to sell some gold that I had just laying around, 7 grams of 22k 4 grams of 14 k and 3 grams of 10k they offered me $100. What ever happened to a fair deal, I looked up the price for scrap gold and even at scrap price what I had would have added up to$600 or more, I understand that these places have to make money but not just out right give a customer almost nothing for valuable gold. If your selling gold do not go here you won't get a fair price or evenclose

Brennan Jontz Photography: I purchased a Maurice Lacroix Aikon 39mm from Ross in June 2019 with the leather strap so i could have the watch earlier. I was told i had to wait for around 8 weeks for the stainless steel bracelet to come in as a separate item which was okay with me. 8 weeks rolled around and still no bracelet. I inquired with Ross and he told me a few more weeks... After a few more weeks i messaged again and still kept getting pushed back. Then in October i messaged him again and he was no longer working with ECJ Luxe, something i was never made aware of. I'm pretty sure no one would have even contacted me about the bracelet if i didn't reach out. I was then referred to Chris and got a lot of the same pushback with no real information about the arrival of the bracelet. January rolled around already pretty frustrated I made contact with a regional sales manager for Maurice Lacroix and he made me aware that the bracelet was never sold as a separate item something after all of these months i was never made aware of this. No transparency whatsoever and I struggled to get responses from both Ross and Chris through this whole process. Well, now that it's almost February and the regional sales manager says they have no idea when i can expect them to be back in the US. I now have a watch without the bracelet that i actually bought it for and no way to get the bracelet. If i would have known this would happen i would have never bought the watch in the first place...Update 3/10/20: Finally received the bracelet, I wish the whole process had gone different but I'm happy they were able to provide me with a bracelet in the end. Raised my review to 3 stars.

Pricing competitive and reasonable. Customer service top notch, even though I’m not local. Trevor and Chris really deliver here.
Leading Edge Multimedia: Chris & Trevor are very knowledgeable and helpful. The great thing about this place is they have watches for 500.00 and 250,000.00 and they will let you put any of them on and they treat everyone the same no matter what you are wearing or your appearance. Sometimes people who can afford expensive things are the least suspecting. I've done many transactions with them and never been disappointed with the service. Total Pros!

Marc-Maarten Pedalstomper: My breitling was sent in after dropping off the arm of my couch and losing time. It was there for almost 5 months with zero feedback, I had to call and the answer was our watchmaker isn't responding for weeks at a time this went on, I get the watch back and realize it's keeping time so long as I'm active when I rest it stops, being that it has a 48 hour power reserve and I've had it for years prior to being worked on I sent it back, this time after two months it comes back and there's an issue with the date not rolling over. I then send it RELUCTANTLY a third time and it's been three months poor Chris is stuck in the middle so gives me the watchmakers number Mario, I have all the screenshots of our poor communication and the verifying that it's been done and quality controlled and then ... within 12 hours of having it on my wrist it stops keeping time by a matter of HOURSI reach out to Chris and he says Mario is t returning my call and I don't k ow what to tell you. Now Chris has not charged me for the work or lack thereof but I'm beyond livid that this clown outfit has had my watch worth 15k for 8-9 months of the last twelve to have it in the same shape I sent it in at April of 2017. I am at a complete loss as to how the company can be run and or mismanaged that bad. Trust me it took almost a year for me to get to the point of writing his review and I'm not one to complain easily. But this is a absolute unacceptable thing to hold ones possession for -9 months out of last year and have zero recourse or apology or even accountability for the person who sat on my possession for so long with no progress!!!!!! If I could insert the screenshots I would, look at yelp I believe I can post the screenshots to validate everything I'm stating as a fact.

Trevor Holmes: I've been to the store a handful of times to have some custom rings made. Every single time I've walked through those doors, the environment is so cozy and pleasant. The whole team is sweet, professional, and truly cares about your satisfaction. Even if you're not buying anything, and just getting an idea for the future, they still treat you with the highest level of compassion and respect. I cannot recommend them enough, especially for custom pieces! They'll do their absolute best to get you the best pricing without compromising quality in any way. I give my thanks to each of the wonderful people of this store for all the time they have given me, and I look forward to what I can work on with them next!
Rachel Moran: The best thing about Malak jewelers is even for little repairs which they don’t make any money off of you for, they couldn’t have a better more courteous, customer demeanor. I have the highest respect for their business practices for this reason.
Scott McFarland: Had watches serviced and not ready on time as they had scheduled. One of the watches, when returned had an issue with the band. One of them I was told doesn’t work with a new battery. No communication the whole time that there was a problem. No adjustment to the amount they had already collected. I wouldn’t recommend this jeweler, nor will I return.

But the owner’s son without hesitation new exactly what I was looking for. I said James Bond and he said which movie? My reply was anything with Daniel Craig or Pierce Bronson. Proud to say I walked out with a 18’ Omega Seamaster. I’m so happy with this watch and have them on the look out for the 007 version in blue. R L: They have previously done a great, efficient job with watch maintenance, but sadly they ruined a wedding cufflink surprise from my fiance. It took 2 months of nonstop texts and calls for updates which never came until less than 1 month prior to my wedding. They finally got an image of the cufflink done and then asked for double their quote! Asking if they could come down at all, they didn't even offer $1 despite it all. Less than a month till my wedding I sadly won't have the surprise cufflinks. Very disappointing to anyone who wants custom cufflinks/jewelry.
