Freedom Cycles: what do users think?
Steve Zissou: Not a trustworthy dealer. Don’t trade in your bike here
Your Local Guide: I don't like leaving bad reviews, but unfair low balling hard working people is not how you do business. Zero respect for customers.
Alex Living: Low balled me on my 2016 Honda Fury 600milee with NADA retail value of $7,200 with $4,000, dishonest dealer and salesman Angelo.
Vincent Celeste: Exceptional service, and a really cool spot. Definitely coming back!
Jamahri Gaines: If you are looking for fair and transparent pricing, please go see Louis! I am usually distrustful of salespeople, but this is a guy I will ALWAYS recommend. I searched for a motorcycle for several months and no one would be honest with me. Lois was so good that I was willing you drive all the way from Atlanta to do business with him. In the future, I do not think I can purchase a motorcycle from anyone else in the future because he set the bar so high.
nick m: I have gone to freedom cycles for several issues on my bike plus upgrades their technician Nick help me out hook me up couldn't ask for a better place to get your harley done right the 1st time.
Maurice Francis: Stopped by to get my tire/Inner tube changed during break and was in/out in no time. Will definitely be back when these wear out.
Chris Hoy: Really nice folks. They have a ton of really nice used Harleys.
Everett Smith: Brought my Harley in at the last minute on a Saturday with a flat tire.Louie and Nick did a good job getting me in-and-out at a very reasonable price.Highly recommend!👍🏿
Micheal Lopez: After saving for nearly 12 years to purchase a used Harley, I finally got a used one. But….. in need of tires. Shopped other places and the sticker shock made me want to put the Road King back up on the market from which I bought it. Called Freedom cycles and Louis was nothing but encouraging and insightful. Welcoming me to the world of H.D. He quoted a price for 2 tires installed that compared to only one tire installed at the other places. So I made the appointment. When I arrived he was just as pleasant and accommodating. Work was performed as promised. The tech also talked to me about my blind purchase and gave the Road King a clean bill of health. Will go back for all my motorcycle needs. Thank you Louis and Freedom Cycles.
Paul Lankes: Lorie provided excellent service and incredible overall knowledge. Mechanic (name unknown) came out and discussed work performed and answered questions which was great. Went the extra mile overall and earned a repeat customer for sure. Definitely Waaaaay better than the service I received at Harley for my last visit. Thanks fellas!
Gregory Vaughn: Great people to do business with. Will definitely be back if I want another Harley!
T Ledbetter: Great bike selection
Matthew Berti: Typical dealer by cheap sell high. Totally forget what market value is for your unit. Will tell you a price that will make it worth your time then beat it down for little cosmetic issues when you get there. They then will proceed to tell you that it will cost them thousands to fix 😂. Don’t waste your time here sell, trading or buying!
Richard Rivera: In there the other day... Walked out dFront looking at motorcycles. Walked showroom. Sales person's. To busy outside smoking to greet me... Always friendly in the past. Not sure what's changed
Leslie King: Nice bikes and most of the inventory is pre-owned. Pricing is fair and staff is more than willing to answer any questions you might have within reason. Pretty pleasant surprise.
Billy Akers: The staff is tops
Dan Boni: Listed a bike for $866 and tried to add almost $2000 worth of dealer fees. What a bait and scam situation
Sherry Bing: Drove down to look at one bike in particular and left with another that suited us even better. Everyone worked with us to make it a satisfying experience.
Tom “Big T” Ross: Good service, but unfair in their business dealings. Tried to sell me a trike with mechanical issues at basically full price and wouldn't give me anything trade in value for my 99 trike.
Russ Jeffries: No lock on the bathroom door really deters use. I certainly could not shop while needing to use facilities terribly.

RumbleON: what do users think?
Antonio Rosario: Got an offer for just about 40% of value for my motorcycle. RumbleON is a terrible company to support. They're a glorified consignment shop that takes most of your profits. Even the price point they sell their stock of motorcycles at is more than the bikes are worth. I can only imagine the lack of care when it comes to maintaining and servicing motorcycles before they sell them if their goal is to take advantage of others who might need to sell their motorcycles.
Frank Leo: Ridiculously low offer a third of what it’s worth. I understand they need to offer some thing below market but this is absurd and Iwish I didn’t waste my time even pursuing this company‘s offer.
christian suarez: This company is absolutely ridiculous. First they offered me only 11,500 for my 2018 Harley Breakout motorcycle which is already low but I need to sell the bike so I accepted that offer. I proceeded to enter all the information needed and photos of the bike. A lady by Tanisha emails me asking me for tire to tire side shots so I send them in. She lowers my offer to 10,400 due to rust(surface rust) on the forks and exhaust. So I inform her its just surface rust and can be cleaned through a proper detail. She tells me to have it detailed and resubmit photos. So i spent money and got it detailed and all the rust was eliminated so I re-submitted photos only for her to tell me theres still rust which there was absolutely no rust left on the bike. She tells me the offer for 10,400 still remains, would I like to proceed. I reply that there is absolutely no rust and to please tell me where she sees rust. Her reply, offer remains the same, would you like to proceed. If I could give this company zero stars I would in a heart beat. DO NOT TRY TO SELL ANYTHING WITH THIS COMPANY. YOU WILL JUMP THROUGH HOOPS ALL FOR NOTHING
Armando Lopez: If I could give 0 stars I would! I have an email and confirmation number with a payment that they can't find and all I keep getting is threatening call which I could care less of. That I call a stolen payment.... They are worthless.
Jordan Bennett: Worst bike buyer ever... Wildly disrespectful..
Michael Thorn: Offered me for $4800 for my bike in October. One month later same mileage same condition they offered me $3500 due to what they said is Off-season value? So since it’s offseason in the Northeast I guess it’s also offseason in Miami, Phoenix, Las Vegas? Lol what a joke.
zach tobergta: They offered me 6400 dollars for a 2013 streetglide with less then 20,000 miles clean title not even a scratch! this place is a joke, Definitely wouldn’t waste my time on these guys they’re definitely just trying to take advantage of people and there knowledge on values
Don Moxley: I was interested in listing my Polaris Slingshot on their site. From what I had read, this was a straight forward process. One of the conditions of the using their services was to receive an offer for the Slingshot each time I renew the listing. I had the choice to accept the offer or ignore it. I attempted to post the listing and quickly found out that the formatting of the description was altered making the entire description one large paragraph making it hard to read. I sent them an email asking about this and never heard back. Also, there were issues with posting pictures (could delete but not add at one point). Finally, I tried to delete a listing (a mistake was made) and repost. End result . . . it shows one post deleted and the other still in review . . . since October 29th, 2022 (11 days ago and counting). No emails as promised to acknowledge the completion of a review, however, I did receive an offer that was extremely low (from other reviews I expected that to happen). Not impressed in the least with their process and operation. Time to move on.
Thelonious Scalliwag: Classic bait and switch tactics. They will have you put in two to three hours jumping through hoops, then at the last minute lower their offer in the hopes that you're desperate enough to still take it. They will lie to you about issues with your bike in order to convince you to accept the lower price. Be careful if you're not mechanically inclined.
Joe: Will offer trash for your bike
Craig Soprano: Beat my expectations! This was easy and felt solid with many follow ups and the ultimate, I got a second offer which I accepted and was fair. Money wired and bike picked up.
John H: They made a offer I accepted, sent title, next day money. Just awaiting pick up. Went really smooth and I’m satisfied!
Rosalie Puglisi: Online business
Reaper Og: Dont waste your time with this company. First their website wouldnt accept the most basic of images. They just collect your data. bin, email, name, phone number. Im sure to make more money off selling it. Just to lowball if hoping you will accept their offer. I shouldve read all reviews before wasting my time. Lots are having problems with them even picking the bike up in time. They offer about 20% or less than what its worth. So try and sell elsewhere. This is just a phishing for info company.
Tony M: Everyone is complaining about prices but I think they are out of touch with how business works. Businesses offer services for a fee and hopefully they make a fair profit. I have sold RumbleOn 6 vehicles now. A Porsche 911, Golf R, Harley, Ducati and two RZRs with zero complaints. Fast, easy and simple process and I got paid FAST. Yes, I've had to wait a bit for the contracted shipping company, but it wasn't that big of a deal for me, I was paid within 2 days via wire transfer. The offers were fair enough considering I didn't get the tire kickers with no real money, or possible bad guys casing your property.I don't have time to field 30 requests for test drives/inspections.
Fred Saeed: Insulting offer & waste of time
John Sullivan: They offer “top dollar”… HA, The offer I received was insulting. $1700 for an anniversary edition in excellent condition with low mileage. Then after submitting the request I started getting the spam calls every two or three hours about my vehicle warranty expiring
Gary Pace: This place is a joke. Made a $1500 dollar offer on a bike with a $4800 dollar retail. I didn't expect a retail offer of course but if I wanted to give it away it would be too someone I actually know
Jim Sander: A week ago Rumbleon offered me $19,500.00 for my bike. I thought I would wait a week to see if they were legit. A week later I sent out the same info on my bike and the offer was 17,500.00. Rumbleon are scam artists. Dont deal with them because they screw over their fellow bikers.
Jerry Feagley: They sent me the offer over almost 2 months ago and still havnt picked up the bike.I wish I hadn’t signed with them. They won’t pay until after they pick up the bike
Lisa Baker: Gave me cash offer for bike within an hour.
