Hope Baker: Went about 3 day's ago, got two front tires. Left and my steering wheel was shaking badly. I brought it back next day and asked him to balance. He said he did. The next day my car was driving like the tires was about to come off and was shaking horrible. So I take it to another place, they tell me the two fron tires was completely off balance and they wasn't put on correctly. So I spent $70 on two used tires from here, then had to turn around and spend another $34 at another place because he did not balance my tires. He uses an old school thing that is clearly broken. Bad business.

The person working never acknowledged me as a customer as I stood and waited my turn. The gentleman said this lady is waiting and he fanned his hand as if I didn't matter. I guess I didn't because after talking care of the gentleman the person working hid from me and started peeping at me. When I made him aware that I see him. He then asked me what I wanted as if I was a bother to him. This place is a joke. Even funnier than it looks. Worst customer service experience ever!

And of course we came right before closing time and he still did his best to try and find the tire we needed. To no avail, but I am pleased with the service and felt he went above and beyond to locate the size we needed. The tuckaseegee location was closed as they are short staffed but they have a note on the door explaining this and it gives directions to the other location on rozzelles ferry which is less than 5 minutes down the road. Will be back!

charles gale: went to get a new rubber tire and a rim. guy said I didn't need a new rim so he fixed it. So I went to leave the place was completely full. so I slowy drove out of the place and the only option is to drvive over his old metal lift so a I did as slowly as I could and it popped my tires because the thing was broken apparently and they refused to give me knew ones. The whole thing could of been prevented with cones. JUST go to DISCOUNT TIRE the cheapest tires they have are $40 and brand new much less hassle.
Parker: Visited the Rozzelles Ferry location who told me they could not change a 22 inch tire but the Tuckasegee store could. I called the tuck store and was told that the Rozzelles location lied to me???? Very rude and and unprofessional tone by the associate as if I irritated him by saying the Rozzelles location told me they could do it. The lady who answered the phone was really nice and apologized for the young man’s rude treatment. That’s why it’s hard to support some small businesses...

JT Miller: These guys were great. I had a 20x12” wheel that nobody in Charlotte wanted to mess with but these guys had it done in 30 minutes. Great people with great service.
Nate Howitt: They didn’t have two of the exact same tires I needed to replace my two back tires. They told me I could use two tires with two different widths as long as the other measurements are the same. Didn’t work. Now I’m stuck on the side of the road hoping the new damage that it caused isn’t going to cost me a fortune. I don’t know if it was a blatant lie or if they really don’t know what they are doing but I guess it doesn’t matter.

He change the oil and filter for $40, I was happy to save me some money. After the oil change, he proceeded to check the tire pressure on my car. Add some air, and good to go. Cramer Ward-Collings: I have been buying “used” tires for over a decade and this shop is the worst experience I have ever had.They started off by putting the wrong size tires on my front wheels. After fixing that the two tires they put on the back were in very bad shape. Honestly worse than the ones that came off. These are not lightly used tires. These are trash tires with 1/32 tread left and chunks missing. One had a nail in it.All my wheels shake on the highway because they do not use a balancing machine. They also hit my wheels with a hammer a lot, idk why. I had some damage to the wheels and it’s definitely much worse now.The next morning one of my tires was flat. I brought it back to the shop and they tried to blame it on my “wheels being old”. Which is untrue.Two days later and both of my back tires were flat.One week later my other front tire was flat.I have been buying “used” tires for over a decade and this shop is the worst experience I have ever had.I requested a refund from the shop owner and was denied. My tires are worse now than when I went in and I’m stuck having to buy a new set after spending hundreds at this shop and spending over 4h there.I wish I had never come here, will not be returning.

Let me rewind you back a secondMy fiancé and I were instructed to pick up one of our cars from his mother which was located DIRECTLY BESIDE this tire shop. Coincidentally, the car also needed two new tires. We thought it would be beneficial to purchase two tires from the shop since we were within 5 feet of the business. When we arrived to the business, my fiancé and I were harassed with questioning by a heavy set black guy about whether or not the car belonged to us although we have the title in hand. After proving ownership, the man also told us that we needed to have the car towed from the location it is currently sitting in, to his shop which again (is within 5 feet of the business) by this time..... We walked away, (5 feet that is) to the car and returned to the guy to ask him if we could at least borrow his lug-nut wrench to remove the tires and bring them to him, since it would be too much of a hassle for him to come around (5 Feet) LITERALLY to the back of the building CONNECTED TO HIS TIRE SHOP!!! We sat and waited for the tow truck to remove our car to have it serviced elsewhere! DO NOT! I REPEAT DO NOT USE THIS TIRE PLACE AT ALL! Very rude business owner very disrespectful ( the tall heavy set guy) the smaller dark-skinned frail-looking tire helper guy was pretty much silent and obedient to his disrespectful master (the heavy set guy)Don’t understand it….
