Mia Mamone: An employee came up to my nephew and ridiculed him for sitting around the front of the store while he was waiting for us to leave. As a child, my nephew could not observe that this person was an employee, and isn't an adult, so expecting him to act like an adult is ridiculous. He wasn't out of line either, just sitting about. The employee continued to ridicule my nephew after he told the employee to leave him alone.After my nephew came and found my family, the employee came to us and gave my nephew lip in front of all 5 of my family members, including myself. The employee spoke like he was doing my nephew a favor by threatening to throw him out of the store because he talked back when a seemingly random stranger was talking to him.The employee walked away and continued to talk about my nephew to his co-workers who all laughed at him and were insulting him. We could hear it. My sister, my nephew's mom, came to confront that obvious disrespect and they refused accountability and even continued to speak disrespectfully to my sister. She left and I let the employees standing there laughing know that they weren't cute for mocking a child, one replied that she didn't care and I reminded her that she's the adult in the situation and she should just do her job.I was going to buy a couple things there and will never be going back. Don't give these people your money. I'm anticipating a stupid, attitude filled reply for the excuse of a manager that runs this place.

Casey Clark: I went to value village to donate clothing about a week ago 3 bags! I did that and came back a week later to see the pricing on my items! You guys priced my clothes for more then what I bought them for new on sale! You’re suppose to be a store that helps people not rips people off! Honestly you guys should be ashamed I have three more bins of things to donate and I’ll be taking them somewhere else because I won’t be enabling you over pricing to families in need these are used DONATED items stop trying to profit on the poor

Whitney Sweat: It was a decent thrift store. Huge selection, and I got some good finds! Reasonable prices, too. My only complaints were that it wasn't the cleanest, and the "dressing rooms" were two stalls with doors that had a gap, and only covered from my shoulders to my knees. It was very uncomfortable, don't recommend trying on in-store.

Carson Melvin: You can't beat Value Village prices... you can find some really quality clothing if you're willing to spend some time sifting through the racks. The sizes were all over the place, but other than that it was well organized, clean, and well priced.

That said, there were some brand new shirts and pants on the racks and I found a floors steamer and book shelf too that was in really good condition. Happy shopping!

Todays excuse is they are too short staffed other days they’ll tell you nobody is there to check prices. No refunds on untested electronics with out power cords

Michael Glazer: Awful. The entire store smells horrible and parts of the store even smell like cat urine. On top of that, a majority of their products are totally destroyed and belong in the trash. The prices are high, and the way they price items is totally random ( a designer Ralph Lauren shirt is 3.50 but a dirty, Hanes T shirt is $6.50?) They have almost no furniture, but I found a chair that I liked. It had no price, so I approached the older, black Manager on duty and asked what he wanted to charge. He said "I don't feel comfortable giving out prices, that's not my job. Come back tomorrow" when in reality, I could see that he clearly wanted the chair for himself and didn't want to sell it.Please save yourself the trouble and avoid this place. Bad staff, bad items, bad pricing and a very bad stench.

Hannah Eckard: Don’t expect to find any furniture, vintage items or jewelry here anymore. Apparently the manager has decided they don’t have enough room for it and now half the store is expired food and cleaning supplies. I don’t know why they want to turn this place into a family dollar when there’s already one directly next door.

Jessica Mayer: I used to go here all the time and I loved it. Now they keep all the quality donations to resell somewhere else and leave the junk for in store shoppers. In fact they now buy cheap merchandise so they can fill their shelves. Pretty soon there will not be any unique or cool or decent things at all in there. Not a place for treasure hunting.

Past few times I've been here it's been an older gentleman at the door about 30 minutes to close saying "you ain't gotta Alot of time we close at 7pm" well then as soon as you get in the doors the fellow with one eye is calling people out "lady in the back gentlemen in the middle" constantly repeating "everyone needs to be making your way to the front of the store and make your purchases" while a younger woman responds each time he says the same thing "naw they need to be up here at the checkout now" the most uncomfortable and irritating experience ever like a constant barrage of stupidity consuming the whole shopping experience while old man who tried to talk you outta even going in guards the entrance. I don't think they get the whole customer experience thing. The worst.
