Karol: My Roommate bought im PlayStation 4 on Facebook MarketPlace. The console came without games and he looked for a game store and found this one. Last week he bought a Resident EV game and it didn't work, he thought it might be the CD went back and replaced it with another one that didn't work again. It was there that for the second time he returned to the place to return the product, he was very well attended and had his money back. I was present on that second return.

John Sorensen (MR SidiouS): Love this one tucked out of the way cleaner and more organized than 60% of most games stops if you like Funko Pop LLC collectors great collection 3 shelves full and not out of reach most game stops people hide Pops they want all over like an Easter egg hunt . All items neatly are in order and separated if you like Star Wars black series easy-to-use center stand also marvel action figures center stand video games on the walls. Organized by type. I got a series 1 red light saber series Funko Pop for 20.00 normally 32.00 . I'll show quick photos of some I bought summer sale on pops. Closed earlier 6pm and I had a issues with it just economy is forced more to do it. Sincerely sid ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
Shelice Richey-Sorensen: My husband and I went into this gamestop on a ehim, and to our surprise and delight found several funko pops that caught our attention that'd we'd otherwise overlooked elsewhere! Was extremely pleased with my Red Series Darth Maul GITD to add to our collection of "pops" (which finding Darth Maul is a hard enough task in itself!) The gentleman Derek, was extremely friendly, kind, and even tho the store closed at 7pm he did NOT rush us, nor was rude or shoved us out the door, and I thank him for that!! Clean and upbeat store, and will return again for another "funko pop" hunt!!! Again, thanks Derek for your help and kindness!!!

Last time we were there, we had to trade in my son's Xbox controller because it messed up on him. They didn't have any my son wanted I don't think. The person helping us ordered another one & was able to have it shipped to us. It was a Minecraft one I believe. He liked it. This is my favorite store of the few I've been to around Charlotte.

Nelson Bentez: Went to browse games since I haven’t been in awhile. I haven’t been playing much lately but noticed a game that I did want to try. When I went to go pay I was told that they had a special going on with used games. When I asked her what other games to try out she gave me about 4 different options that were very interesting. I asked about each game and she explain and even showed me gameplay on one of them. She pretty much sold me the game which I had heard of but never had a chance to look up. Great customer service and very friendly. I definitely recommend going here the staff was fantastic!!!!

Jake lall: I’m 36 years old and I’ve never had an employee literally shut the gates in my face two hours after opening. This is the worst store in that strip mall. I wouldn’t advise this GameStop to my worse enemy. DO NOT SHOP HERE FIND ANOTHER STORE

A paper sign was outside saying “on break will be back soon.” I saw a employee who claimed “we’ll be open in 20-25 minutes” after waiting about 20 minutes while the store was meant to be open despite him closing it down to take a “break” during open hours, he refused to help me when I got inside. Very disappointing.
Thomas Desmond: Just stopped by Game Stop and was told by the one employee there to come back in 20-30 minutes because he was on break. The store is supposed to be open from noon to 5:00 pm, but he said: “Sorry boss, I’m on break. Come back in 30 minutes.” Game Stop, you have lost my business forever.

C. B: I was in this store 10 minutes looking at games, not once was I offered help. Bad enough I didn’t get greeted, but for two employees to act like I wasn’t there. The black male employee came over to help a customer that was there before me, all he had to say was “ I’ll be back to help you after I finish with this customer “ but nope I got nothing. The white employee didn’t say anything either, not even as I walked out of the door. Definitely won’t be back EVER!!!

Pilgrim: This visit was not an employee error but he came through it like a pro.the computer system failed just as he completed my sale he held his self together quit well and assisted everyone in the store as best as he could

juan perez: This is my second time having a problem with one of the managers and how she talks to customers including myself her aggressive behavior and manner when speaking to customers and employees is awful. The first time it happened I completely ignored it and went about my business. this time coming into the store I was not allowing this manager to talk to me anyway she wants to. it is her job at all times to keep a composure and assist any customer no matter what the customer wants, with 100% customer service. I felt like her Choice of words and how she respond was out of line. I don't know the manager's name but I do know she's African American she has dreads on one side of her head.
brandon dierker: Find Lea and promote to CEO. Best experience hands down. Extremely helpful. Knows a lot about the games and platforms. Helpful even in savings me some money. I'm going to go out of my way in the future just to go to this location.

I was on my way home and received a call from my son (the recipient) that the store called him and asked that I return due to the error. I returned to the store to correct the error, and was told they had come outside the store "...and you were gone..." as if to suggest I did something wrong. Not a thank you ma'am, we made an error. Nothing. I found out from my son that I paid for a lesser price gaming system, and they accidentally gave me the higher priced one. I had no problem correcting the wrong, but I believe a thank you was in order.
raven nesbit: I just left this store. I took my 10 year old in to purchase a game. The Female store lead Lea was so RUDE!! My son asked for assistance with downloading a game she gave him short answers and made us so uncomfortable. I will never go back to this store!! We’re spending our hard earned money.

Heavenly Casey: Looked all over charlotte for several days trying to find specific games. Brandy helped us today find both games at the same store. We were lucky today.

American Spirit: Hamburger was lukewarm. Several years ago my hamburgers were always hot and served in a timely fashion. I believe it's just their operating procedures. Five Guys has always been one of my favorite hamburger places. They just need to make sure the hamburgers are served hot not lukewarm oh, my visit before that the hamburger was cold.
Abraham Jacques: Some staff (I believe the manager, I don't remember her name), has been pretty rude here, but other staff has been friendly. I try to avoid coming in here when I can. As far as selection goes, it's the same maybe slightly smaller than other gamestops.

Called first, no answer. Okay cool drove up their and immediately said no. But the guy who worked there with glasses was lying threw his teeth. Nervous and couldn't even look me the eyes. Didn't say nothing bad to him, just walked away and he started following me to my car outside. (Creep) Next day they today 8/7/21 it was not in their system. Nothing but a lie and every unprofessional. Rubbish! Absolute Rubbish! Zero stars by the way.

ShadowChaser000: Do not shop here. Do not work here. Management is toxic. If you have been a regular this past year you will notice the entire staff has been cycled out. There is a reason for that. I am not saying don't shop at GameStop. Just not this one. It is not worth it.
