Christin Wolf: They have some nice pieces but I was there 15 minutes trying to ask the price on one item and two employees saw me standing there and kept walking past me without glancing at me, much less welcoming me in or asking how they could help. It was very odd. I finally asked one my question as she was making price tags and would not stop to look up and help and she was short in her reply and not helpful at all. Very awful customer service so I will not return.

We said we were interested in learning about their consignment services. without hesitation or asking any questions, were told they were not interested and immediately hang up. Todd Short: This place has absolutely no parking.The owner responded to this post so I will give it one more star from a 1-star to a 2-star rating. The owner stated that there is parking across the street from their building which is not correct there are other businesses across the street and the parking is very very limited. Show again while all the merchandise on the inside maybe a good quality there is absolutely no place to park. There are two parking places in front of the building and no street parking available so we wasted our time going down there and could not find a place to park after driving around for 10 minutes. Beware of this problem, we really wanted to shop here --- simply a bad location.

Just walk around, and let the pieces speak to you. There is so much! Oh and Martha and the other lady were so sweet and helpful! L L: The manager of this store has treated me rudely every time I’ve seen her. On top of extremely poor customer service, the store’s policy is to not pay out commissions in a timely fashion (potentially more then 60 days after your item was purchased) and charging consignees a $25 replacement check if you don’t receive your payment after waiting an additional 45 days after the check was supposedly cut. In fairness, those policies are in the fine print of the agreement but coupled with the poor way consignees are treated, they are just more salt in the wound. I would have been happier donating my items to Goodwill for nothing - and will do so in the future - rather than deal with these rude, grasping people.

This store gets me in trouble😄😄 sometimes. I’m going to miss the ladies they are so nice, when I come to charolette to visit again I surely drop by there.

Katherine Nelson: Donna and her team are so easy to work with. I trust them implicitly. Their guidelines give a consignor several options when leaving items for consignment. They are as flexible as they can be if necessary. They are easy going and cheerful at all times.

Rachel Teague: One of my favorite places to shop for our home and for unique gifts! The owners, Donna and Richard, love what they do and are people people. That being said, here’s a tip: This is a business with a lot of moving parts—literally! If you are greeted upon entering, consider it a bonus, but don’t expect employees to give you a “Chick-Fil-A” greeting as they are in the midst of moving new pieces into the store, moving items out of the store and into customers’ vehicles, or answering customers’ questions and completing sales. This has never bothered me, understanding the nature of the business. It’s not a restaurant! I have ALWAYS been greeted pleasantly at some point, while browsing, and they don’t follow you around, pressuring a sale.All items are thoughtfully and tastefully arranged, enabling customers to easily picture the various items in their own intended spaces. Prices are fair, and are even reduced after certain, labeled dates on the tag. If you wish you to consign items, Donna keeps busy arranging all of that, and does a wonderful job! You can get information how to consign on their website or Facebook page, as well as their hours, etc.Every time I have visited, I always get the impression the owners and employees have a good working relationship and there is a “family” type of atmosphere. It makes your shopping experience all the more pleasant! Oftentimes, I have gone there just for an “escape” for awhile and end up leaving with a truck full. Other times, I have gone hoping to find a particular, “perfect” piece and the timing may not be right. If you do see a piece you love, you better get it because items move quickly, here! I’m hesitant to post this review because I’d love to keep this as one of my fave (secret!) finds!

LEXINGTON SC: Entered the store there were two employees standing in the front talking to each other. Neither one of them greeted us or asked could they assist us. Other lady was helping someone else, when she finished with them she walked away and went to another part of the store. Saw a few nice things but I will spend my money at a place that appreciates customers. As we walked out no one bothered to say anything. Wouldn't recommend.
