Jeanine Lombard: Left in pain & Day Break didn’t care. Most of the massage was fine, it was a couples massage. Didn’t feel that connected to my partner, all they did was open a door between our tables. But when I was leaving I got the worst neck pain I have ever experienced. Barely able to move, sharp stabbing pains, and persisted for days. When I called to ask how to alleviate the pain, the woman at the front desk told me to find homeopathic cream and that is it. The worst pain I have ever been in and I am told to get a cream… I was disappointed with the level of support after trusting this employer with my body. I am too scared to return or even get a massage again because of how much pain I was left in and how little care this establishment showed me.

Erin Adams: My first massage was a neuromuscular massage with Kirsten. It was amazing! I have jaw pain that leads to headaches and I had relief for days after her focused attention on my head and neck. It was also one of the best all around massages I have had in a while.

It's been a little over six months since I started regular sessions with Kirsten and she's helped me tremendously. She gives the best medical massage and is extremely knowledgeable. His work has absolutely expedited my recover and I would recommend him if you're pursuing a massage for any reason whatsoever. Definitely my go to therapist in Charlotte moving forward!

I had Sam and he was excellent as well. I expressed a few areas of concern and it was like he could read the rest, knew exactly where to focus and I felt 100% better by the end of the hour.The environment was so calming and they even let us relax and have a drink in the waiting room after. A perfect Sunday, will definitely be back!
