Aleksandr Kozhukhar: These guys have very bad reviews. I ordered a 43x34 inch steel plate from them, they promised to cut it out in 3-5 working days. 5 working days after I called myself, they said that the machine on which this metal was cut had broken down. Today I called and they told me that my order would be ready today, when I came to pick me up the employee said that I misunderstood and they needed another 5-7 business days, after which I freaked out and threw my sunglasses on the ground and it served for them the reason for canceling my order. And on top of that, when I made another order with them, the manager indicated the wrong size of my order, and this increased my bill by about $ 200. Since earlier this order was considered for me for 734 dollars, and today I paid 935 dollars for it. Here is my review of this company.

Todd Montgomery: I called, told them what I needed (a 7" piece of 2'x2"x1/4" piece of aluminum tubing"), they treated me like I just bout $1000's of $$$ worth of metal. I arrived 20 minutes later after ordering it & paying for it, it was ready in minutes. Great customer service.

Eric Wingfield: I really wanted to like this place as a one stop shop, but my experience was seriously lacking.I placed my order with specific lengths, which took quite a while for the salesman to enter into the computer and then it was another hour before the cuts were made, then they had cut the wrong material on one part of the order because it had been entered into the computer incorrectly, so I had to go back to the front sales desk and have them fix the order on paper which took another 15 minutes.By the time I finally drove off with my order it had been 2 hours since I had first walked in the door.Now that's not the huge issue. The main issue comes when I get to the fab shop to start assembling the steel and then I discover that every single cut was wrong. Every single cut. Which meant that all the time I THOUGHT I was saving by having them cut the steel was fully wasted as I now had to re-cut every length.It would have been better to have just purchased the full lengths of the material I needed and cut it myself. Would have saved hours of labor and wasted waiting time.

Billy Bailey: Delivered to this location today! Was there by 10am. Did not make it into building until 2pm. It took almost 1 hour once in building to get unloaded. Lost a whole day from sitting 5 hours was not able to get a load today got to wait till morning to get a load.

Gábor Varga: I tried to deliver a load to them quickly. They are really kind but slow AF. I would say after the 1st hour of waiting they are busy. No they are not. After the 4th hour I realized they are super slow.Response for your answer:Yes I’m happy about your best practice, but I had my appointment for 9:00am.I was there for 7:51am and I’m finished at 11:51. I we just investigate the time from 9:00am that’s only 2 hours and 51 minutes unloading time however I got loaded in 47 minutes. Drivers paid by miles not for the hours unfortunately and most of us understand the loading/unloading takes time but this is more than that.

SAGG “GOKU” GG: To slow ...for local loads it is not good. receive until 2pm .. and then load and unloaded very slowly spend 2 day for local load.... no good .... the yard is not maintained very dirty when it rains
