Catherine Byrd: If I could give zero stars, I would. I have 3 young children and had hoped to enjoy some fall shopping today, without them in tow. I was prepared to spend as they all need fall clothes but the women working in the shop continually hassled me about my drink. I am an adult very capable of handling my drink and would gladly replace anything should I spill it or happily help clean it. Completely unprofessional and rude, especially to someone trying to support your small business. I left in tears.

Megan L.: Adorable little shop that saved the day when we were in town for my brother-in-law's wedding. We had forgotten the pants for one of the ring bearers. We called, and they were so friendly, and had a very nice pair of slacks that looked better than the pair we had originally bought. So both ring bearers ended up wearing pants from this store on the big day! Not to mention the staff on the phone and in the person were so patient and kind (I was in a bit of a frenzy, as you can imagine). I would definitely go back if we lived in town!

I can always find something beautiful for my granddaughter and grandson who are becoming picky about their clothes. The gifts are wrapped so beautifully and it's like visiting a friend and picking up something neat at the same time!

Ashleigh Twedt: Please be sure of your purchase! I purchased an expensive bonnet from here and no one said a word about their return policy. I found a bonnet that I liked better at a local children's boutique, Katie Baby, and went to return the one from Fancy Pants. You have to have your receipt and only get store credit and have to return within 14 days. (I did have my receipt and went within the 14 days.) Once arriving and finding out that it was store credit only, I thought no problem, I can bring my daughter back and get her some shoes......I was then told that you can not use the store credit for the shoe store that is INSIDE Fancy Pants. That it is separate even though you walk in one front door for both. I was not happy! They pointed out that the return policy was posted and pointed to it at the cash register. That's great if you check out in that spot. We checked out to the side and so we wouldn't have seen the policy from where we were. They asked if I needed some bows.....not $60+ worth. They told me time and again that the credit doesn't expire, that would be nice if the shop was convenient to us but it is not. It's over 30 minutes from our home. I ended up having to pick some things out just to use up the credit when I would have rather had my money to spend on things she actually needed. I will not be shopping here again and the customer service could definitely use some help! The price of the bonnet may not be a big deal to their normal clientele but it was to this mommy. We will be keeping our fancy pants out of there!

Elizabeth Mendoza: Carter's is a store that always has something good for babies and toddlers. Unfortunately the store in Costwold closed long ago and the stores are a little bit far from my area. However, online shopping is available and they are very accurate with the orders.

Love: Great selection of babies and kids clothing. They were on sale when we went there. They also have a lot of choices in the clearance section. I was able to buy 9 items mixed of pants, leggings, shorts and a dress for around $50 only.

Gunja Gupta: Had a great time shopping yesterday for my son’s birthday dress. But i came home to see that online the same dress was costing 15$ less. I ordered immediately because he needs to wear it on Friday and scheduled a store pick up at this store. Now this morning they canceled the order and raised the online price🤷🏻‍♀️🤷🏻‍♀️🤷🏻‍♀️I mean what the hell? Overnight you change prices? And prices in store and online anyways don’t match. I am so done with Carter’s now… never going to shop with them again and will return the dress I bought yesterday… even if my son has to wear old clothes on his birthday

J P: If i could give zero i would. I understand we are in difficult times with staffing, but communication has nothing to do with that. We ordered item for same day pickup at 7am, by noon i was surprised no email that was ready. Tried calling store multiple times with no answer. At 3pm chatted company asking if store open, what is going on? They responded that ordered would be filled and we would get an email. At 7:15pm emailed the company, again generic response. Emailed again to find out store is closed for a few days. Asked for refund, nope can't do that either cause order is "processing" at store that is closed and they don't know when it will open again. How hard is it to have a voice mail at store that says store is closed? How hard is it for corporate to know/confirm store is closed, how hard is it to issue refund? Apparently for Carters its all to difficult. They are happy to take you money with a single click though...

So recommend that shopping be done after Thanksgiving and Christmas at these stores and save at least 70%. And the jackets shrink a little so better to buy at least 1size bigger than the required size

Melanie Wall: I am an avid shopper at Gap, BR, Old Navy & Athleta and will continue to shop there.HOWEVER, my word was questioned and disregarded when I returned an item that I had NOT worn in the SouthPark store. A gentleman (that I will call corporate with his register login to formally complain) took the item and removed the tags from the packet because I thought I’d be wearing them and that prompted me to confirm they had not been worn due to size but I pulled the tags. He opened them and found “stains” on the pants and I repeated that I had not worn them so even more of a reason to return. He then educated me on their return policy “unworn and unwashed”. I was quite offended and have been shopping the brand for over 10 years. At this point, I repeated my simple statement again and made it clear that I was very disappointed in his actions.I have worked in retail many times and even familiar with the generosity of their sister store, Athleta, that allows for wearing and ability to return (which I’ve never had to utilize) but it tells me that the brand is very customer friendly. This man was not.
