Elizabeth Mendoza: It was a good experience. But I did not find what I was looking for. However, one of their employees was very diligent and helped me a lot, she was kind and nice.
Jaquana Miles: Deb provided exceptional service at Morris Costumes. She helped me to find flesh tone ballet shoes, leotard, and convertible tights. Their prices were on target with the market, but the service was amazing. I highly recommend Morris Costumes for all of your dance needs.
Mary Bonaparte: Customer service was great. This however was a first. They didn't have what I was looking for.
Irene Corey: I went in there May 5th on my birthday, from out of town. I was looking for a particular wig, and the staff was really helpful. I've always gone to this place in the past many times when I use to live in Charlotte. It's been there for decades and is a Charlotte staple, past and present. If you're looking for something specific, this place has it! They're very nice here.

Robert LoCascio: Very large selection of costumes - both high end rental and cheap Halloween type. Friendly staff. Good selection of dance clothes and shoes , including capezio. (They can accept shoe returns if the shoe was not worn and in the original box, no damage) We visited during the holidays, and they also sell Christmas decorations. Lots of parking.
John Graham: One of my animated props fell and broke its staff. I absolutely was sick over this because I love the prop. I didn't know how to fix it. I contacted Morris Costumes' Customer Service Dept. and was in contact with Scott H. I explained the problem to him and he immediately put my mind at ease when he told me he would search his inventory for a replacement for the broken part. He kept me informed of his progress to locate the part; He told me not to worry as he wouldn't forget about my request and kept searching . Finally, he found the part sent it to me very quickly. Now my prop is back in business. I am so very happy about this as I am an old lady and Scott made my day. I very highly recommend Morris Costumes as their products are excellent and their Customer Service Dept. especially Scott H. is above Excellent. Thank you so much Scott and Morris Costumes. Shanice QC: I have been to this place before but never walked into the back. They have rentable outfits ranging for classics to space age. Check out the photos. The staff will help you out when you need assistance. They have children ballerina tights which surprised me.

They are a bad representation if that's the kinda of people they have servicing people I don't recommend no going to this location period. Tacky looking ghetto looking staff.

I had also bought some from Family dollar and they last almost a week. It's crazy to go to a place known for parties and pay a larger amount for them to be less than. Won't be buying again.

Scott Sizemore: This is the biggest of their stores that I have been to. They have a very nice selection and the staff are very nice.

Hawkeye in the house: They have FRIENDLY STAFF that are willing to be helpful. They have a pretty good selection of shoes for MEN and of course WOMEN but wasn't concerned with women's shoes. I was VERY DISAPPOINTED with Target on Albemarle Rd & Matthew's stores for men's casual shoes, Koles was better but still not GREAT and there wasn't anyone available to help me. I guess they are like a lot of businesses being short on HELP.

Judy Fuller: The first impression is the last impression. Took my purchase to the checkout to ask two questions... one asking about the size and the other about the return policy. Two people at the checkout, one a man the other, a lady on the phone. He appeared to be new, waiting on guidance from the person on the phone. After getting the answers. I decided to make the purchase. The first question asked was, what's my phone number? I looked puzzled and asked why do you need my phone number? He looks at the lady on the phone. She gets off the phone... not in a nice way.. "our system is down and this is how we're tracking the information to enter later. " My response, I will give you all 9s for my phone number. She didn't seem to like my answer. If my phone number is needed I won't make the purchase. Then they were not taking cash. Which I was okay with. Then things turned around for the better. The purchased was made. The first thing they should have explained is WHY you're needing a phone number. I still would have provided 9s and don't get upset if someone doesn't want to provide their phone number.
