Melissa Toro: I came in the other night & was greeted by a warm face with Dominic (sp) & Ed who works the cashier & seems to be in a leadership position was also really helpful. I was even given a Spring discount on top of my purchase because Ed knew I was starting a new career. It may have been something that was already offered on top of my 50% off but it seemed really intentional & thoughtful. Don't let these two go ever, JCREW, & pay these men more please. They deserve it & work in a busy area where we all like our timeless styles. :)Clean store. Smaller & an outlet but perfect to grab something timeless on the go.

My experience with JCrewwas the lowest I have ever felt in my life. I was always bullied by one employee ,mocked by another, a L.P.superviser that would turn his back on the problem just because he didn't want to deal with the issues , and when I would say something about it, I could see the smirks on their faces. They thought it was easier to get rid of me instead of dealing with the real issues at hand. So if your looking for a job here, watch your back and keep your guard up.

ten dwilliams: J.Crew is a rare find store. For years, I overlooked because the marketing manican was so conservative which doesn't fit my personal flare and budget. However, I enjoy the location at South Park Mall area. Select items are must have. The team is courteous, warm, and friendly. Prices are super reasonable when on clearance. Thanks to the management team.

Chris Hickman: Went in to return a pair of shoes that just weren’t what I expected when I ordered. The guy in a plaid shirt, caramel cardigan and beard with mask took the box from me, scanned it asked for my email and said “your all set”. I went over to look for a blazer and to browse the new stuff and he never once acknowledged my existence. Now for the record EVERYTHING I was wearing was JCrew and yes I love the product! But despise the way I was received and treated. Assuming a key carrier or Manager of some kind that doesn’t realize that the reason he works and has the job is because of people like me purchasing. So in the future be a bit more friendly.

The lady (blonde, short and heavy) was in the middle of a conversation with her co-worker. I walked up to her & waited politely without saying anything, so I could let her finish the conversation. She "side-eyed" me and asked if she could help me with anything. I proceeded to show her the picture of what I was looking for, and she decided that they did not have the item in the store. The dismissive demeanor is unnecessary; then she added her "eyes roll" while I was walking away, signaling to her co-worker as if I am such a bother to her while she's at work.Lady, I am going to say this as kindly as possible. Your appearance is not already a bad look to the store; please try to make up for it with your customer service. If you want to engage in a conversation that is not bringing business to your employer, then have it outside of work on your own time. I am sure the company you are working for expect business, and you are doing everything else but that. If anything, you are taking away business with your lack of work ethic. Please excuse yourself; perhaps, the fast-food industry is more fitting for your standard.I wish you improvement in your career. .

Gavin Mcmanus: This place is so great, I have only been to Belk a few times in the past, but this location makes me want to come back again asap!! It has four floors and is by far their biggest location, if you like shopping come here, if you don’t like shopping, still come here. They even have a restaurant on their bottom floor! There are so many good deals, like 50% off everything (except select items) most of their items were on doorbuster so I couldn’t use my coupon, I got a spinner suitcase that is normally $149.99 for only 49.99, I got a super cute decorative pillow that is normally $50 for only $12, I got a really nice Baja hoodie that is normally $160 for only $47, they also had a sale on beach towels, buy ONE get TWO free!! I definitely will be back!

Brought it back in because i was told it would be exchanged as it had only been two days. When I arrived I was told it had to be shipped off for repair. Three weeks later and still no bracelet. Do not buy here or any Belks as they likely have same quality merchandise as well as service!!

She’s been there a while because I’ve seen her in action and yesterday she tried me. Bottom line is her energy is off, she’s aggressive, combative at the register with guest, and quiet frankly not the person you want to chat with when your about to spend hundreds of dollars. She’s an older women….Dillards I can’t be the first to say something, so you know who this is.

Lakeisha Hill (Kitty): So, my original plan was to go to Concord Mills Mall (Coach Outlet)but, I ended up going to South Park Mall( I love this mall) to look for a Coach bag. I decided to walk into Dillard's because I didn't have any luck in Macy's on what I was looking for. So, I was in between buying a Coach or Michael Kors bag. I searched Coach bags but I need something that was going to POP for Spring. 🙂 They had a markdown on their bag today which was awesome. So, the hot pink bag stood out for me because I love pink. Originally it was $168 but, the steal was $100. So, then I got a mini wallet with originally was $76 but, the steal was $46. I had an amazing day & ended it with a cinnamon & sugar pretzel w/ a lemonade from Auntie Annie's. 🙂 Ladies, there's some awesome deals if you need any ideas for Mother's Day, birthdays or just for retail therapy. Florie Leonard: The manager in this store is racist— I was in the store on Sunday night June 7th and I observed an obscene unfair treatment toward a family of 4 Hispanics being told they needed to leave the store when they had a buggy full of merchandise to purchase because the manager that was an American white colored lady said they looked suspicious .. if she only knew if it wasn’t for Hispanics shopping at that Ross she would not have a job.. then about 10 minutes later I seen 2 Hispanic gentleman also being told by the same manager to leave the store or they would get escorted out by the security guard.. this so unfair for customer that are minding their own business shopping to get treated in this form.. that’s why society is how it is.. I will be calling the news to do something about this as this is unnecessary actions from a MANAGER THAT IS MANAGING A STORE.. I will also call corporate for Ross and give this complaints so they will know how much money Ross is loosing because of this so call manager..

AJ Shapiro: The once commendable quality of both service and products has now diminished to a level that simply fails to meet the mark. After being a loyal customer for more than three decades, I have decided to stop purchasing their offerings. The customer service has been lackluster, marked by indifference and a notable absence of friendliness. This decline in standards is not only disappointing, but also off-putting.
Michael Voltaire: I was blown away by the service I received from the Brook Brothers at the Charlotte Premium Outlets by the manager Lena G. I ran into a problem while traveling and I needed a few items to prepare for an important event. Lena confirmed my measurements and assembled a few options to help me. Very impressed! If I find myself in Charlotte and need some help, I know where to go.
Daniel Judah: Great store, even though the price is bit too pricey, even with discounts. The quality of the clothes are very good. The store is large, well lit, and clean. The staff is pretty friendly.
Leonardo Cruz: Wonderful experience from this store. Timin helped size me up and helped me get shipping coordinated for my size that wasn’t in stock. He explained the promos and reviewed the coupon for other brands that could be applied. Definitely recommend service at this location.

They measure and suggest the worst size for you.Reputed brand cheating public like this.

David Matteo: I picked up a few things at Belk's at North Lake Mall, and then I couldn't find anyone to check me out. There was a woman upstairs who was ringing out an off-the-clock employee, who apparently had no idea what to do because the woman being rung out had to keep telling her what to do. Then I found two young men at the register near the furniture with no customers but they told me they couldn't help me. They can only ring out furniture. There only seemed to be three employees upstairs who were on the clock but two of them are being paid to lean against a register and converse. Downstairs, I found one woman at a register but she was taking a return and had a long line. I left my intended purchases on a table and went to Dillard's. I didn't have a problem checking out there. Belk's used to be a good store. I'm very disappointed.
Erika Anderson: Clean and organized. Belk has come a long way! The renovation and restructuring is viewable
GSA2013: Very clean and well stocked. Staffing was a bit light but we were able to hunt someone down in about 10 minutes when we needed to pay.
Saundra Porter Thomas: Belk is having a great sale right now in the Women's department. I found several items that will mix and match well with my current wardrobe. The store is bright, easy to see items. Customer service was very helpful and polite. Great experience all around 😊

Courtland Kunz: Long line for fitting room. Other fitting room was closed. Cashier had limited knowledge on sales or coupons. Not very friendly.
