Patryk Braun: Used to work at an Express 16 years ago.... Not sure what's up with Malls these days but the store seemed very understaffed. Men's section had clothes not folded everywhere and made it really hard to find anything.

SS Kang (Kangarang): I would give this express a zero star if I could. The store that was supposed to be open until 9:00pm on Friday evening was locked when I arrived at 7:00pm. No big deal if something happened and they were understaffed or something. What really got to me was the employee that taped this on the window in my face and basically gave me a “f” off attitude when I tried to ask a question. I wish she had a name tag so I could identify her. If Express corporate sees this review, it is August 19th, 2022 shortly after 7:00pm ET. Maybe you can see who was working and address this.

It may have been something that was already offered on top of my 50% off but it seemed really intentional & thoughtful. Don't let these two go ever, JCREW, & pay these men more please. They deserve it & work in a busy area where we all like our timeless styles. :)Clean store. Smaller & an outlet but perfect to grab something timeless on the go.

They thought it was easier to get rid of me instead of dealing with the real issues at hand. So if your looking for a job here, watch your back and keep your guard up.

However, I enjoy the location at South Park Mall area. Select items are must have. The team is courteous, warm, and friendly. Prices are super reasonable when on clearance. The guy in a plaid shirt, caramel cardigan and beard with mask took the box from me, scanned it asked for my email and said “your all set”. I went over to look for a blazer and to browse the new stuff and he never once acknowledged my existence. Now for the record EVERYTHING I was wearing was JCrew and yes I love the product! But despise the way I was received and treated. Assuming a key carrier or Manager of some kind that doesn’t realize that the reason he works and has the job is because of people like me purchasing. So in the future be a bit more friendly.

Your appearance is not already a bad look to the store; please try to make up for it with your customer service. AJ Shapiro: The once commendable quality of both service and products has now diminished to a level that simply fails to meet the mark. After being a loyal customer for more than three decades, I have decided to stop purchasing their offerings. The customer service has been lackluster, marked by indifference and a notable absence of friendliness. This decline in standards is not only disappointing, but also off-putting.
Michael Voltaire: I was blown away by the service I received from the Brook Brothers at the Charlotte Premium Outlets by the manager Lena G. I ran into a problem while traveling and I needed a few items to prepare for an important event. Lena confirmed my measurements and assembled a few options to help me. Very impressed! If I find myself in Charlotte and need some help, I know where to go.
Daniel Judah: Great store, even though the price is bit too pricey, even with discounts. The quality of the clothes are very good. The store is large, well lit, and clean. The staff is pretty friendly.

Since no one asks if we need help, I ask a lady if they had a specific color with her nonchalant response she said no. And start pointing in a direction for me to go check myself. Finally a sales representative comes out the back and ask if he could help us and of course we said yes because the tuxedo we had ordered online was the wrong color for our wedding day February 11. But ten minutes later he comes back to informed us that they want him to help another customer that has an emergency and someone else can help us. Like we didn’t have and emergency. The best thing for us to do is spend our money elsewhere so we left the store.

He gave us endless options that led us to invest in more than we planned on spending but we're extremely satisfied with our purchase!

They were patient and kind pulling a variety of styles and colors until we were sure we had just the right one.The timing of ordering the right size and getting it tailored went so smoothly. I wish we had just gone here in the first place!Thank you, thank you! We will definitely be back for our menswear needs.

Even under a quick timeline (and holiday weekend), we were provided excellent service and able to find the suit we needed along with tailoring services in time for our event. An employee named Jervario was very attentive and spent almost an hour assisting me with sizing and offered multiple options to ensure I was happy with my selection. I had to head back the next day for a quick exchange since the shirt had a tighter fit and was helped by two women who also provided excellent customer service.It was my first time shopping at Jos A. Bank, but I will definitely be back in a couple months to purchase a few things for work.I rate my experience 5/5 and would highly recommend this location.

John Cassese: One of the worst customer experiences I have ever had. I needed several items for a new job. Our salesperson was clueless on every level. He did not know the inventory and had no idea how to help me get what I needed. He left me in the dressing room after saying he would be back with more pants in my size. He never returned and I ended up finding the items for myself while he went off to wait on someone else. Horrible experience I will never return to that store again.
Mark Lawson: Renting tuxes for a wedding from this store was an absolute nightmare. Either they are completely incompetent or flat out liars. I reserved 5 black tuxes back in March. You would think this is a fairly standard order. My brother called me the next week when he went to get sized for his in Winston Salem, and that store said the tux was navy. I called the Colony Road store and asked them to confirm they were black tuxes. They said yes they are black. They told me my receipt says navy because "that's the style." Okay....Fast forward to a week ago, and people are going to pick up their tuxes. Sure enough they are all navy. I called Colony Road AGAIN, and told them what was going on and that they had told me months ago the tuxes would be black. They then went about rushing a replacement for all the navy tuxes to be switched to black. One of my groomsmen was coming from out of town and couldn't pick his tux up until the last minute, and what do you know, his navy tux was switched out FOR ANOTHER NAVY TUX. It couldn't be fixed in time for the wedding, so I had one guy in my wedding party with a navy tux and black vest.

jw 38: Always had good quality clothes from there. They're expensive obviously, so I only go when there's a sale and yesterday I got 3 pairs of shorts for a TOTAL of $15. Normally $50/ea. Just catch a sale day. This location is in a nice area of town and the shopping center around it is well maintained. Got these shoes for $49.99 and they're usually $165. (Ignore my texts with the picture. Lol)
