Well, first off they are curbside pick up only when every other store is open at limited capacity. Went online and it says curbside pick up is available. Upon arrival the manager stopped us rudely at the door and told us we were not allowed to come in and shop because it says curbside pick up only online which is clearly not communicated well. He rudely stated multiple times online curbside pick up only which after showing and telling him that’s not the case he said how about you follow us on social media to find that out which I shouldn’t have to. Customer service means everything nowadays so maybe you should Select your managers more carefully. Especially during these hard times and wanting to support small you lost a big sale that could’ve happened today.

Sumner Corrigall III: This place should definitely get more then 5 stars. I work in a customer service driven business so i know the difference between good customer service and people just doing their job. The group of guys that work here gave me one of the best experiences i have ever had when shopping. Henry, Malcolm, Perry and Josh are the BEST! It all started when i bought my tux for my wedding back in February and there was some mix up with the linen suit later on down the road when my groomsman started to get sized for theirs. I went in there just to see what the deal was and they took care of it instantly. There was no black lash or anything. In a time of preparing for the wedding, having a problem with the tux’s was the last thing i had envisioned. But i have been going to this location for a while now and i knew i was in good hands! I 100% will recommend everyone should use this location and the gentlemen that work here need to be rewarded for their great work!!

Mel M: Worst experience everrrr. I am the bride and I went to the “fitting” with my fiancé. This was supposed to be a fun and exciting experience for the soon to be bride and groom. At first when entering the store we were greeted kindly but then for his appointment we were handed off to another associate. Travis’s body language and customer service were not present for us. He did not make eye contact, it was like he was avoiding it. He kept giving short and quick answers. He pointed to where the suits were at instead of walking with us to see it. He was not engaged in even trying to sell us anything. We felt so uncomfortable that we didn’t even want to buy from here anymore. My fiancé never even got any measurements or fitting done. He gave my fiancé a suit to try on and that was it. I thought maybe he was just having a bad day, but Travis ended up having other customers and was giving them wayyy better service. It honestly felt like a racial thing to me. We decided to leave the store and take our business else where and I’m so glad we did. We were able to get great deals on suits for all 7 groomsmen and the groom with amazing and exceptional customer service at NY B&G. We were in such better moods afterwards. I will not shop or even suggest Men’s Warehouse to anyone.

As I enter an associate passes me I ask where would I find Big and Tall wear. He explains its all mixed in. As I walk around no one else attempts to assist or help direct me any further. I am a female shopping for my Grandfather. I have his sizes for suit, shirt, tie, shoes and everything. Mens sizes are NOTHING like women's! I searched found a couple pair of pants and was done. I inform the cashier I'm surprised they aren't more helpful this close to Father's day, he responds with a confused face " I spoke to you when you entered the store." Well that's great thank you for not ignoring me 100% (heavy sarcasm here). Anyway it's just annoying

Walked into the store and the guy assisting me had a poor attitude, along with the female working with him. He did a poor job measuring and the tux was also sent to the wrong location in a different city where I requested it to go to. I was worried that the suit was going to have all the wrong measurements, and to no surprise, when I picked it up, the jacket, pants, and dress shirt were all wrong and had to be reordered overnight.

While I appreciate not being bombarded with offers of help upon arrival, it wouldn’t be too much to offer a friendly “hello,” would it?

And I definitely don’t look like I shop at J crew but have been trying to find simple staples for my wardrobe at a decent price. Tried a few things on but wasn’t a great fit for my body type as I am curvy. The dressing rooms were dirty. And nobody assisted me (asked if I wanted different sizes, made suggestions, or even attempt to upsell) The girl working the register looked at me like I just called her mother a b*&$h. I mean I could almost tangibly feel her disdain. If your looking for somewhere to shop in Park Road shopping center I would definitely suggest the boutiques. Everyone was so nice at the other two shops I went to.

The guy in a plaid shirt, caramel cardigan and beard with mask took the box from me, scanned it asked for my email and said “your all set”. Your appearance is not already a bad look to the store; please try to make up for it with your customer service. If you want to engage in a conversation that is not bringing business to your employer, then have it outside of work on your own time. I am sure the company you are working for expect business, and you are doing everything else but that. If anything, you are taking away business with your lack of work ethic. anne: My husband and i have recently had great customer service from Ashley and Joanne. He bought a number of clothing items which needed tailoring and then found out he needed the clothes earlier than he had expected. When I called Ashley to see if that was possible, her reply was to say: YES, her job to make sure that was possible! Also, he needed a tux rental and we needed to get it from Charlotte to San Diego. Joanne helped us work that out..and then Ashley told me that she had ordered two sizes of tux shirts for him, since he was not able to try anything on before we left for CA. Thanks for all, Paul Simon team!
Will Daniel: My partner and I used Paul Simon to rent tuxes for our wedding party. The service provided by Tom and his colleagues was a *DREAM*. From the initial measurements to checking in with us before the event, we had constant support and service. This was especially important to us, as we live abroad and were trying to coordinate almost everything remotely! When it came time to come pick up the suits, Tom *refused* to let us leave without making a number of adjustments that he thought were needed for the suits. He even drove almost an hour from the store to drop off some last-minute alterations for one of our wedding party members at our rehearsal dinner. The quality of the service that we received was unparalleled. We looked great, our guys looked great, and we had an amazing weekend. Thanks to Paul Simon!

After being a loyal customer for more than three decades, I have decided to stop purchasing their offerings. The customer service has been lackluster, marked by indifference and a notable absence of friendliness. This decline in standards is not only disappointing, but also off-putting.
Michael Voltaire: I was blown away by the service I received from the Brook Brothers at the Charlotte Premium Outlets by the manager Lena G. I ran into a problem while traveling and I needed a few items to prepare for an important event. Lena confirmed my measurements and assembled a few options to help me. Very impressed! If I find myself in Charlotte and need some help, I know where to go.

Anastasia Giannatos: The worst experience we had by the manager of the store .that cost him about 6-7 hundred dollars for his terrible attitude toward my husband and I.we didn’t ask for anything .everyone at the store were taking care of them .we don’t have high expectations.my husband was looking for his size to buy pants and he came to tell us not to look the buttons was different style just the top .we told him that we are looking both .we decided to leave .we go to concord mills which the manager there is always great and helpful

Arun Durasiamy: One of worst service on return items.They have any reduced price/clearance items, that are not returnable.They won’t let you trail those shirts and pants.All those pants and shirts are real garbage. Don’t ever try those; nothing will fit and they will not allow to exchange as well.Very poor policy on those. Never get cheated.**Trail shirts vs actual shirts never match. They measure and suggest the worst size for you.Reputed brand cheating public like this.

Isaac Spears: My entire shopping experience was AMAZING! Lawrence and his coworker spent almost 45 minutes helping me pick out a suit jacket and pants until I was completely satisfied with the fit and finish. I would never look elsewhere to find a suit, as their size selection is plentiful and the customer service is second to none!
