Heather Roode: I downloaded the adiClub app and have shopped using it for over a year, only to be told today, Thursday, July 6th, 2023 by my local store (#6230 - Charlotte Premium Outlets) that they have decided to no longer accept the rewards or vouchers from the app.The store manager, Uri, first stated that the vouchers can’t be used because everything in the store was already on sale. When I told him one of the items I was purchasing stated it was “excluded from the store promotion” so that item should be eligible for the voucher, he went to check the item on the shelf. After returning he stated that that item was excluded from the store promotion but was still not eligible for the voucher because they stopped accepting adiClub vouchers or coupons recently.They would not even try to put my voucher code into the computer even though an item I was purchasing was excluded from any store promotion.No signage stating this new policy, instead the front window has an advertisement to join the adiClub. They changed this policy with no warning or grace period to use your existing rewards.This is bad business, terrible customer service, and the store manager, Uri, couldn’t seem to care less. I will not be shopping at this store again.

At first when entering the store we were greeted kindly but then for his appointment we were handed off to another associate. Travis’s body language and customer service were not present for us. He did not make eye contact, it was like he was avoiding it. He kept giving short and quick answers. He pointed to where the suits were at instead of walking with us to see it. He was not engaged in even trying to sell us anything. We felt so uncomfortable that we didn’t even want to buy from here anymore. My fiancé never even got any measurements or fitting done. He gave my fiancé a suit to try on and that was it. I thought maybe he was just having a bad day, but Travis ended up having other customers and was giving them wayyy better service. It honestly felt like a racial thing to me. We decided to leave the store and take our business else where and I’m so glad we did. We were able to get great deals on suits for all 7 groomsmen and the groom with amazing and exceptional customer service at NY B&G. We were in such better moods afterwards. I will not shop or even suggest Men’s Warehouse to anyone.

Walked into the store and the guy assisting me had a poor attitude, along with the female working with him. He did a poor job measuring and the tux was also sent to the wrong location in a different city where I requested it to go to. I was worried that the suit was going to have all the wrong measurements, and to no surprise, when I picked it up, the jacket, pants, and dress shirt were all wrong and had to be reordered overnight.

For a price point above $125, I would hope the quality would be slightly less comparable to a shirt from Eton, similarly for a price point above $200, I would assume the shirt to be slightly less comparable to Canali or Zegna. The shirts supplied by Bruce Julian are from my estimations 20-30% more expensive than purchasing a similar item from well-known brand; however, you do get the convenience and experience by shopping here.After Diana had spent so much time, I was on the fence on purchasing a shirt from Bruce Julian or if I should spend a little more cash on something a little better, this was for my childhood best friend of 25+ years wedding, and it was a very important event for myself.We were finally able to pick a shirt from the catalogue, but it appeared that the store did not have the shirt stocked in my size. Diana notified Bruce and Bruce picked up the phone, called his distributor, and purchased 2 shirts from the distributor, so that they could sell me one and keep another one in the store.I was being charged around $110-120 for a shirt that realistically for the material and amount of threading should cost $40-80 (Charles Tyrwhitt, Bonobos, Polo Ralph Lauren)It didn't take too long for me to realize that the product I was about to purchase was going to be a lesser quality product, and shortly after I had mentioned to Diana, that I was looking for a product that was comparable to Eton, she understood and asked me my expected price range, which I did quote $200-$300 for a dress shirt, and then proceeded to politely comment that I would want to revert my attention to their higher quality products in the catalogue; although, the problem was that the higher quality products were textured, and that was not the aesthetic that I was looking for. Just wanted a plain white shirt (I did buy one from Luigi Borrelli, highly recommend)It felt like this was one of those scenarios where we almost made it work, but the buyer (me) changed their mind last-minute before any transactions.Bruce was totally enraged. I have never seen a grown-man throw a tantrum, but it was actually crazy and inspiring if I ever want to throw my own. This guy literally said, "Are you kidding me?" "I did all that work for nothing?" "You mean I'm going to have to pick up the phone and call xxx back to cancel those shirts?"I do understand the frustrations and the problems that I produced as the shopper. I was not aware that if I changed my mind about the purchase, that this attitude would have been portrayed. I felt so bad for Diana because you could tell that she felt embarrassed that Bruce was acting in this manner, but after reading other Low Bruce Julian reviews, it's so funny that this is the way this guy just acts. Like seriously? You picked up a phone to call a distributor and order a sized shirt that took less than 3-5 minutes.Normally when you come to a Clothier you expect quality. You get mid tier quality at most at a 20-30% marked up price here at Bruce Julian. I didn't leave a poor review for the price, it was the disrespect from Bruce. Diana deserves better including a better man.

Those minutes when I thought the technology would work were super frustrating because other people were being helped and no one asked if I needed anything. The kiosk seems like a good idea but the staff needs to use it otherwise you have a bad experience. That or lose the kiosk altogether so you’re not setting up a false expectation.

The employees we’ve encountered in the apparel section were helpful, the selection is good, and we have gotten what we needed.But today I went in prepared to spend $$$ on adjustable weights and home gym equipment which I had been planning to purchase this month. I was shopping online originally but decided to come in to a store and look so I could see the different options in person and handle them to see which were most comfortable for me. There was not a single employee who could help me, demonstrate how the items I was interested in worked, or offer comparisons. The only employee in the section knew nothing about any of the equipment (not his fault, he clearly wasn’t trained in this section) and was super unhelpful. I waited 20-30 minutes for someone else who never came. Also the gym equipment section physically looks scavenged over- display items are damaged and things have lots of missing pieces. The employee told me everything was ‘on the floor’ so apparently they only thing they have to sell for the high end stuff is semi-damaged floor models? It’s a pretty hard sell to expect someone to shell out $450+ for a scuffed up unpackaged floor model which may or may not work properly. That is the impression I was left with.It is what it is I guess! Happy with the shoes I bought but will look elsewhere for gym equipment.

The lady at the shoe department was just talking to this customer the whole time. When we needed help for shoe size she kept saying she will be right there. Neek H: Customer service is trash. Came in 20 mins after they opened, 3 employees working and no one attempted to help us. We were the only customers in the store and still had to find help
