Saam Mateen: Be it cowboy or work boots,jeans or sneakers for comfort they've got you covered!
Scott Sizemore: This is the biggest of their stores that I have been to. They have a very nice selection and the staff are very nice.
Robert Wilcher: Over priced
Christen Hobaugh: I ordered from their website. I wanted a particular size Brumate that wasn't on Brumate's own website any longer. Lebo's had the item I was looking for. The shipping was fast especially as I ordered over the holiday weekend. Highly recommend.

Edward Jacoby: I would highly recommend this lebo's. The staff was very helpful when I came in. I was greeted immediately. The store manager Evan was very knowledgeable about what shoes I needed and the proper fit. I will come back to this location for all my footwear needs.

Hawkeye in the house: They have FRIENDLY STAFF that are willing to be helpful. They have a pretty good selection of shoes for MEN and of course WOMEN but wasn't concerned with women's shoes. I was VERY DISAPPOINTED with Target on Albemarle Rd & Matthew's stores for men's casual shoes, Koles was better but still not GREAT and there wasn't anyone available to help me. I guess they are like a lot of businesses being short on HELP.

Explained to us how the boots should fit, and feel. We were a a full size and half off too big when we tried to order on our own. My husband got a pair that he loves!! Lebo's has so many styles and price ranges! Very happy with the purchase and the service!

John Kelley: Terrible. I ask for a shoe size on Display today Dec 27,2019. The associate behind the desk says we dont have the size in the back only 9 and 10. I actually had one size that I requested in my hand (size 11) and the other size 12 was on a separate sales rack. So I asked " you just didn't want to look for the size or you not trying to sale me the shoe. He said, Nah I wasnt trying to go look for the shoe or sale them so I walk off. Lol so I was cool we good I will keep my money .

Lauren: Jay the store manager provided me excellent customer service from the moment I walked in the door, in fact the best customer service I've ever received at any shoe department and any retail clothing store in general. Even better customer service than when I went gown shopping for my wedding dress.As soon as I walked in Jay greeted me and asked me what I needed assistance with. I brought it 2 shoes that I got from Rack Room that I needed to exchange. Jay did not waste any time and called the closest store that had my size and looked online to find my sizes too. He seamlessly fixed all my problems within a few minutes and I left a very satisfied customer. Thanks Jay! You deserve a raise.
