Michelle Broome: If I could rate one star I would. I purchased a pair of shoes online and accidentally had wrong address for shipping when order was placed. As soon as I realized my mistake I called to try and change the address. It was only about 10 hours after placing my order and it was still being processed however I was told they can not change my address or cancel my order at this point! So I am just out $90 because my package is going to another address and they told me there is nothing they can do. I’ve never been more displeased with a company.
Shereen: Lisa is one of the most helpful, knowledgeable and friendly employees I’ve ever met. She spent a lot of time trying to find the right shoe in stock for me as if I was the only one in the store. And she actually seems to enjoy her job, a rarity these days.

Sharon Roach: I watched the manager stand and stare at my daughter as she shopped. I watched her give signals to another white employee to watch another black woman. This was blatant racial profiling and its awful! We put our shoes back and left the store immediately.

Arlise Robinson: My cousin ordered some shoes online that were sent from a DSW store in Massachusetts. The shoes had a white bottom; however, bottoms of both shoes were dirty as if someone had worn the shoes and returned them.We returned the shoes to the store, and Emily at the customer service counter assisted us. My cousin told her the reason that she was returning the shoes was because the bottom of the shoes looked like someone had worn them based on how dirty they were. Emily responded and said "it's because our floors are dirty and the shoes get dirty from people walking around." It was a nice try at the answer, but nah man. Them shoes didn't even come from that store, so it's a no for that excuse. Second, we walked around that store for a few mins looking at shoes that had white soles, and none of the shoes at that store had that much dirt on the bottom. Third, whatever store sent the shoes, they put the clearance sticker on the bottom of the shoes on top of the dirt.Between the dirty floors, silly customer service answers, and the selling of dirty shoes, it's a no for shopping at DSW going forward. As for this location, y'all may want to call the company that cleans the carpet at Nordstrom Rack next door since Emily said the floors are dirty, which led to loss and business.Be safe!
Jason Ung: Bought 2 Reef sandals from DSW but they not true to size. I let it in closet too long so they reject refund or exchange to a bigger size because it pass 90 days. Nothing wrong with sandals, still in box but still reject. Customer satisfaction is not what they aim for I guess. Will stay away from DSW

Emanuel Ramos: The shoe selection is fine and plentiful but my gripe is the checkout area. The dread of all shopping experiences.They make you do a reverse loop to then exit. You'll see it when you go and you'll wonder the same thing...just why?I assume to create a longer area for a line of people to stand but this forces your customers to walk into each other repeatedly to enter and exit the lone. That experience alone makes me realize the management doesn't care about the customer.

I usually shop here for sandals because they usually have a good selection of all styles. My last purchase was cute flat sandals to wear with my swim suit to the pool while on vacation. They were so cute that I bought another pair online while on vacation then the 3rd color when I got back. They were on sale and I had a fee rewards for being a vip member and it was my birthday month.

Even better customer service than when I went gown shopping for my wedding dress.As soon as I walked in Jay greeted me and asked me what I needed assistance with. I brought it 2 shoes that I got from Rack Room that I needed to exchange. Jay did not waste any time and called the closest store that had my size and looked online to find my sizes too. He seamlessly fixed all my problems within a few minutes and I left a very satisfied customer. Thanks Jay! You deserve a raise.

S P: The store manager is disrepectful and says mean things when you try to return shoes. Instead of explaining the company policy, she was saying mean things and comment badly on the prices. Company returns policy on the discount items is convoluted and i felt is unfair. if you buy 2 high price and 2 low price items on buy one get second one on 50 percent discount, they apply discount on low price items. when you return the two low price items they charge full price on the high price items instead of applying the 50% discount on the second high price shoes. i thing she can very well do it.. but intentionally she was not willing saying that you need to bring all your shoes back when i have the receipt in hand.

Elevation Enterprise: I was immediately ignored upon walking into the store. An older gentleman looked at me and continued to vacuum the store. The older gentleman shut off the vacuum, gave a head nod to the staff that sat behind the register with a tablet signaling him to greet me and my spouse. He proceeded to walk to the back of the store without saying a word. This interaction made my spouse uncomfortable. She wanted to leave the store after two minutes of browsing not wanting to support the brand after being treated throughout the entire interaction.

He was the only guy in there working but he stopped everything he was doing to give me exceptional service. Hopefully he gets noticed for it. Great customer service.
