The cashier wasn’t paying attention to what she was doing and refunded to the original card. The. She thought she’d waste more of my time and sent me up to customer service to talk to the very rude Bridgette. They can’t fix it. There went my gift.More wasted time, lost gift and no apology!!Why are all the dressing rooms locked and no one around to let you in??????
AJH AJH: I love the Dillards experience. Grew up going to the store with my mom. I say that to say I am giving 3 stars based on an employee in the women dress area. She’s been there a while because I’ve seen her in action and yesterday she tried me. Bottom line is her energy is off, she’s aggressive, combative at the register with guest, and quiet frankly not the person you want to chat with when your about to spend hundreds of dollars. She’s an older women….Dillards I can’t be the first to say something, so you know who this is.

Lakeisha Hill (Kitty): So, my original plan was to go to Concord Mills Mall (Coach Outlet)but, I ended up going to South Park Mall( I love this mall) to look for a Coach bag. I decided to walk into Dillard's because I didn't have any luck in Macy's on what I was looking for. So, I was in between buying a Coach or Michael Kors bag. I searched Coach bags but I need something that was going to POP for Spring. 🙂 They had a markdown on their bag today which was awesome. So, the hot pink bag stood out for me because I love pink. Originally it was $168 but, the steal was $100. So, then I got a mini wallet with originally was $76 but, the steal was $46. I had an amazing day & ended it with a cinnamon & sugar pretzel w/ a lemonade from Auntie Annie's. 🙂 Ladies, there's some awesome deals if you need any ideas for Mother's Day, birthdays or just for retail therapy. Guadalupe Garcia: DO NOT GO TO THIS TARGET!!! I went to Target in Midtown today and had the worst retail experience I’ve ever had. I went to look for an outfit with my sister and my newborn baby. I was in line for a while in the fitting room, the lady seemed to be pretty nice to everyone. She assured the lady before me that she would put back her one item for her. As soon as I walk in she says “make sure you bring everything out with the tags attached.” I thought it was a bit odd since she did not say that to anyone else that went before me but whatever. I tried the stuff on, left the items I did not want on the return table, and took with me two things that I thought I might get. I ended up deciding against it so I put the items exactly where I got them from. She walked by, grabbed the item I just put back and mumbled something under her breath. I thought it was rude but I continued on with my shopping. I went back to try more stuff on and was in line behind two white women that were in their early twenties (all the people in line before me the first time were white as well). Those two women went into the handicapped/breast feeding room together. When it was my turn, I went into the same room with my sister and my baby. The associate, Helena, followed behind and opened the door. I asked if there was a problem. She said she needed to count my items because we could not have more than 8 at a time. I asked “are you checking with everyone else because this is the second time you say something to me, I was in line for a while and you did not say anything to any of the other women.” She proceeded to say “well I need to check the items because you two are in here” I told her “Oh since the other two women went in together, I didnt think it would be a problem” she said “well they were mother and daughter”… I’m not sure how she assumed that given that the girls literally looked the same age & she did not speak to them at all but ok. My sister then told her “we’re sisters” and she said “and both of you are trying stuff on?” we replied yes. I asked for her name and she closed the door. I started to try the stuff on and she literally opened the door again to tell me her name while I was changing. I told her “please don’t open the door without saying anything, I was taking my shirt off” she said “well there is a lock right there, you should be more careful,” i just said ok. We tried one thing on out of the six and decided to leave because we felt so discriminated against. The whole time were in there she kept making comments like “omg omg omg” and “just a few more hours.” We came out of the fitting room and put the stuff in the return counter and she said “you got my name right?” In a very condescending way. I asked for the manager and she said “I’ll bring her right here,” i told her no thank you and went to guest services. We were told there wasn’t a manager but brought us somebody that could help. I explained what happened and the associate very kindly apologized. My family & I go to this specific Target at least once a week but needless to say, we won’t be coming back. If I could give 0 reviews I would.

I usually shop at night, and it really is like the staff is intentionally are rude.I understand working in retail is exhausting, I used to work at a grocery store. If I didn't have my sleeping child in the car I would just come in and get it myself 10 minutes ago. While this is the worst a 5-10 minute wait isn't uncommon.

I work as a Night Manager at a Popular Uptown Marriott hotel. I did my shopping at Trader Joe's, and went to this Target for Cleaning supplies, and toiletries. I often refer guests to this Target.... but NEVER again!!! Sunday was my First time there, and My Last Time!!! Not one employee spoke to me or greeted me as I past by several of them. They were talking to each other which seemed to be their priority. I did my shopping, and got to the checkout...there was one cashier and the rest were all self checkouts!!! So this Target has employees that are not Customer Friendly, and They want you to ring up your own groceries and bag them..... ABSOLUTELY Not!!! I left my carriage with my groceries in it, and went to Publix. The Publix staff is always so Courteous ,and Customer Service Friendly!!! I work hard for my money, and where I spend my money matters. I will never spend it at this Target!!!

P L: So I made the mistake of going to the Kohls near rivergate. The cashier tried to get me to sign up for a kohl's credit card. After I repeatedly refused (6x) she tried to trick me into signing up by not clearing the screen where you have to put in information that would sign you up. She also gave me misleading information about this. I then informed her that stating misleading information to get someone to sign up for credit is fraud. Only then would she clear the screen to allow me to pay without signing up. The manager was watching all this so I'm assuming this is common practice. My real concern is I can see that an elderly or otherwise comprised person would be tricked into signing up. Beware!

Director of Administrations: Gift wrap department (representative Faye) has the ABSOLUTELY WORST customer service I have ever witnessed. I purchased two items for my mate and needed them gift wrapped. There was one gentleman sitting in the waiting area waiting for his items to be wrapped. I proceeded to the counter and immediately with much aggressiveness she looked at me, rolled her eyes and implied that it would be a thirty minute wait. No problem, I waited. When it was my turn she asked me which wrap did I want and walked away. I informed her of such when she came back as if I was holding her up and she replied that she may not have enough paper but she would try. Before I could choose another option she snatched my bags and said it would be $18.00 plus tax. She walked to the wrapping area, completely ignoring me preceding to wrap my items. I took a sit in the waiting area in hopes of management possibly walking through but no luck. Once Faye finished, she put my items on the counter, informed me of my amount with no eye contact and tried bagging my items up before I could see the finished work. Ladies and gentlemen, it looked horrible. I’m not sure if she was just ready to go or what but it looked and if she wrapped them with her eyes closed. I tried fixing at least the bow myself and she was like, it’s gonna get smashed anyway once I buy it in the bag ma’am so you can fix it once you take it out and then proceeded to ring me up. By now her patience and my patience are not where they need to be and before I say or do anything I know I shouldn’t, I payed for the items and left. She is a short African American lady with a short curly bad wig and eyebrows that are in need of much assistance and much customer service training. She certainly is making the gift wrapping department look horrible.

No clothes there… and he walks away (no apology nothing).. 1) That was absolutely embarrassing and I don’t feel comfortable coming here anymore. You shouldn’t make paying customers ever feel this way. He did this in front of everyone by the way, didn’t pull us to the side, nothing. Completely embarrassed.

c jones: I purchased a large utility shelf for storage in my storage unit in. This was a large item and required assistance when purchased and pretty heavy. Today when I took everything out the box to prepare for assembly I quickly realized the shelf was missing 4 important pieces that were necessary to properly set up. I placed a call immediately to this Target. I spoke with Evelyn who stated I would need to bring the item back for a refund. I explained to her that wasn’t possible because of the bulk of the shelf. Here are pictures for reference. I explained to her she continued to state, “that is the only way”. Now, why and how would I do all of that when the company sold a defective item that is missing parts. Not helpful at all.
Christy Skelton: The experience was great. Did a drive up order. Very pleasant workers! It was quick and easy through the app. No I didn't buy any clothing.
Holly Leifheit: I have never had a bad experience at this location. I had Herb help me one day, and he was so nice! I do with Target in general had just as much and cute boys clothes like they do for the girls (kids clothing). I do wish there was more fitting rooms as well, but this all is not this stores problem, they just do as they are told :).

Andrea Jeffries: New store layout is so confusing now. It takes a long time to locate anything. Aisles unable to fit carts going in opposite directions, prices not marked on many shelf items and none of the price checking scanners were operable on my last visit. There's usually way more guests checking out than there are cashiers. Target has really gone down in my opinion. I hope they can improve on their services.
Diane Claiborne: Love the Northlake store in Charlotte who is the midst of renovations. Greeted immediately upon my walk in.. staff is very accommodating to help me find items I need.

Denise Greene: Store is a chaotic mess. It’s hard to find anything because the signs don’t match the items on the rows because store appears to be undergoing renovations. The staff is zero help. They nearly run you over and look at you crazy as if you’re in their way and causing them the inconvenience when they’re stocking shelves. They won’t move out of the way so that customers can shop. A black female stocking on the water isle gave me the nastiest stare because I was shopping and she was trying to stock instead of her being patient and waiting on me to grab what I was shopping for.Pharmacy staff is disgustingly rude. I waited several minutes to be seen and told that I couldn’t wait on my prescription but would have to drop it off because they were heading to lunch. Then, I advised the black young lady that was assisting me that the doctor at the minute clinic advised me that if I show my insurance card that I could receive free at home Covid testing kits. She tells me “That will still take about 30 minutes because we’re behind.” How long does it take to grab a couple of testing kits!? I declined to wait.Get to the self check out line and several items were ringing up incorrectly. The white female attendant tells me that gum that showed in more than one area a visible price of $1.19 she tells me the sign is wrong and price should be the $2.99 that it’s ringing up as. I said no, you have to honor the price and change your signs. She told me she had been having that issue all day so why not change the signs. Then I had some medicine that was showing as one dollar more than the sign. She tells me “Well it’s ringing up at $11.29.” I said well the sign said a different price go check it for yourself. She tells me “I cannot leave from up here.” I said I want to see a manager. The manager politely came over and told her to change the problem without any issues. I spent way too much money in Target in general and used to frequent this location before moving away from this side of town. I will not be back. Target has fallen off and has not been providing the exemplary service that I have grown accustomed to. The quality and quantity is a disgrace. The staff and lack of customer service is a disgrace. If I wanted to be treated in such a manner, I’ll go shop at Walmart and save some coins.
Ashley Lannon: The store is currently being remodeled and is a disaster. Half of the parking lot of closed because of storage containers. Good luck trying to find anything in the store. This has been going on for about two months now.

Zachary Johnston: Worst Target to attempt to order pickup from. Their inventory is always wrong, don’t expect to have any popular items in stock when the app says they do.
Joseph Torok: 1 human cashier open for 20 people waiting. Self checkout has about 30 folks. One-half of a party got another associate to open a register and the associate invited everyone behind them to flood in. It's total dysfunction.
Kathryn: Clean, good directional signs. I pass my nearby target to go to the Superstore for the selection. Lots of unique items I love and a few favorites I can no longer find anywhere else.
