Lesley DeSessa: I had hands down the best experience ever shopping for jeans today. Wow! I was working wtih Citlalli T and she went above and beyond as far as customer service goes. I had a pair of jeans that I brought with me to use with the recycle program to get $20 off. The jeans I got from Madewell and they had a tear in the back. I had them for less than 6 months but I wasn't going to cause a stink about it. I was just going to do the recycle program and use it towards a new pair. She told me about the policy they have and gave me $ for what I paid originally for the damaged pair. I was able to use that towards a purchase of two new pair of jeans! She was so so patient and willing to help. She went above and beyond trying to help me find jeans that fit well and I feel so confident wearing my new jeans. I will 100% come back and work with her. THANK YOU!
Anika Bratt: Love having a madewell so close! Also my husband loves that he can shop there too. Been in twice during COVID and while they are taking proper precautions (limiting how many people can come in, enforcing masking)—some of the employees aren’t actually wearing their masks over their noses which makes all the other precautions pointless!
Thomas Blalock: Neat place. There were two people working, but I only caught the name of one. Jennifer, the one helping me for the most part, was super enthusiastic, and actually very knowledgeable about the selection, and trends. 10/10, would go back.

A Savage: Every time I come to this location they close early, it’s either 7 o’clock 730. It’s inconsistent. If you’re going to close early just close early every day I’m sure this is a violation of the contract that they have with this particular mall. They’re supposed to stay open until eight.

David Cruz: No assistance was provided in the fitting room. As the team just stood around being generally unhelpful and unproductive it seemed as if some patrons brought a Pacsun shopping bag into the dressing area and were possibly inserting unpaid merchandise there-in. There was a great selection of sizes and styles but the one item we wanted seemed to ring up at more than the ticketed price without any outlet discounts applied. Again the cashier was too unmotivated to offer to look into it so we passed on it. Better luck next door at Aeropostale where the team of two offered to take our items out of our hands and start a fitting room for us. They also helped us find sizes once we started trying things on. We walked out with 3 finds.

Mallory Wiederspiel: Unbelievably rude and stuck up
Tonya Reid: I visited the store today 4/17/23 looking to make a purchase and I am still not sure why I contine to go in this store! The staff NEVER GREETS YOU! At least not me! I have even sent an email with no response! Both employees looked me dead in my face and kept talking🤬as if I was invisible as DARK AS I AM! I’m pretty sure that the service values are NOT that in which these two employee displayed at your South Park location!Maybe more training on customer service would be helpful for these two young ladies…

Heather Dakes: Worst customer service I’ve ever received. I walked into the store today 9/8/22 at around 7:20pm, no one else was in there except two employees near the register chatting with each other. Never got a hello or how may I help you. I dug through different jeans looking for a style and fit. I was unsuccessful so I left without anyone saying a word to me. When I got to my car I realized I didn’t have my phone so I walked back to the store, was greeted this time and I let them know I thought I’d left my phone in the store. One of the employees said oh well no one has turned it in. I let her know I was only in a few moments ago and as she turns her back and walks away she says yeah and no one has turned anything in. I found my phone exactly where I thought I placed it down, no help from the ladies working there. One just walked away to the back while the other stayed behind the register. Unbelievably rude stuck up service I’ve ever received. My recommendation is do not shop here, I’d give a negative star rating if I could.

We felt like we were being "watched" while shopping and when I asked questions about the sale prices not reflecting, I was made to feel stupid that they weren't reflected yet. Eliana Rae AK: I have been shopping at this gap for 8 years. The last time I went there I had the most horrible shopping experience. The staff was rude and gave me an attitude when I asked them if they applied my buy one get 50% off which they haven’t applied and made me waste 25 additional minutes to return everything I bought and scan them again to apply the discount. When I asked one of the employees Kirsten if she applied the 50% she said yes in a hurry and left the check out desk as she wanted to leave for the day. I checked the invoice she put in my shopping bag and noticed that she did not apply the discount so I asked another employee Alex to help me out.Alex gave me an attitude and neither one of them apologized once for the mishap or mistake. They made me feel unwelcomed and I will not return again to this location.

Milan Lockhart: I’ve been a fan of H&M for years and loved the brand, but this store is horrifically managed and is not worth the visit. This might be the only store in the country where the fitting rooms are closed in February of 2023 due to COVID, and where clothes that were literally never worn (couldn’t try them on first to make sure they fit as no fitting room) can’t be exchanged due to “looking worn”. Great way to permanently lose a long time customer.

Tia Williams: I’ve never been in a more disgusting dressing room. There was trash and dust all over the floor and the curtains had huge stains all over them. Stains were also on the floor, It was very obvious it had not been cleaned in a very long time. When I got to the cashier my encounter with Dominic was the only good experience I had in the store, he was very knowledgeable and should be considered for management to get this store back organized.

Edmundo Obando: They left a tag on my jacket. Now I have to drive back to an HM store to get it off. I tried to get H&M to comp me with 20% off the purchase, but they said the best they can do is 10% off an online purchase. I said that that was a terrible deal since that solution would be me just spending more money, and doesn’t compensate for the past purchase. Then the customer service rep Emily hung up on me.
Peggy Moore: I made a special trip to the store in South park mall and had to wait for an hour for the store to open after calling the corporate office. This was the only store that I was planning to visit while in this mall so my time was really waisted. I love their selection of clothes but I will go to another store that's farther away before I visit here again.
