She was able to help me choose the perfect bra which covered multiple purposes and I managed to find knickers to match that I never expected. I also looked T the perfume section and I was helped by Lindsey. She was also very lovely and positive. I would definitely come to this store again as opposed to my normal online shopping gala. Definitely the sweetest ladies to deal with in here!

The team of VS experts was very knowledgeable and I was able to find exactly what I needed quickly. And even at the very end of my experience in the store, Annette at the register was super sweet and helpful. Victoria's Secret appears to have a great team of staff working at this location !! Kudos !!

My husband went in to get a price adjustment (everyone and she spoke so strong with him and firm, I then called cause there was some confusion and I spoke to an associate before her and asked if I need tags for a price adjustment and that associate did not know the answer and instead of telling me she was getting we manager (Savannah) she just hands her the phone and she asked what I need, that frustrated me and having to explain it once again cause I was under the impression I was still speaking to the originally person who answered the phone, after explain I had a frustrated tone, she then explained what I need in a nasty way, and I told her to not be snarky, she then explained to me I was being snarky which was out of line on her end.If she is a manager can you imagine who else she is talking to like that. That’s no manager.

D Nieves: Great new selections of bras, just no matching underwear. Staff told me they are put out on the floor at later date, was disappointed in that. Sale prices were great along with the customer service!
