Ko Ko: Have had a mix of experiences. One time everyone was very friendly, fitting room attendant was super helpful. Another time I tried to return something and was told because tags were off they would take an exchange. Came back a week later and was told they could not take an exchange because tags were off. Confusing.

Kasey Salfrank: A bit hard to find items. But none the less H&M has cute clothes. I went for office clothing and was able to find a few items and it didn’t break the bank. But definitely take your time in there because things are scattered all over the place and you have to search for items sometimes. I’m sure the employees try their best to keep it organized but people just place items wherever they want.
Skylar Williams: My Experience in this location came on 12-22-2022. My experience at H&M Northlake was that the staff was super friendly and very Helpful. I viewed a young man greeting all the customers and wanted to experience it myself. I then came back to this location on 12-24 and the store was sooo busy I was greeted by 4 staff members on different occasions and was assisted by employees Derrick and Aaron who went above and beyond to help me with my Christmas gifts for my Family. This is a one of a Kind location and I had to make this post to show others that great Customer service still exist!!!
She Lives In Purpose: My experience at H&M Northlake was Amazing!!! I found the ladies clothes to be at a great price and very fashionable. The Manager Derek was very helpful and also very polite. I will continue to go out of my way to shop at this location!!!

Iza Rivera: Worse customer service ever! I worked for Rainbow for several years, I know their return and/or exchange policies. This store does not follow them at all. $30 for a pair of shoes, used for less than 5 minutes and the shoe broke! Granted, their shoes are not good quality but can help for a last minute situation. Ericka refused to exchange or return my money because "I used the shoes"! Of course I did, walked half of a block, not even 5 minutes and the sole broke! That is very poor quality, the least they could've offer was an exchange. Never again will I buy anything at that store!

Shelby Howell: The products are great but if you have to return an item ordered online, you are screwed. Every time I return an item, I have to beg for a refund or store credit. It should not be this difficult, especially at the price customers pay for the clothing.

Tamara Lynn: I'm a big fan of Free People, but most likely will not be coming back here again and will just shop online moving forward. The employees were not very helpful, the store was not busy when I came in and no one welcomed or approached me. Paying premium prices for some regular clothes should at least be felt in customer service.
Nicole: Free People has the worst online customer service. I have tried to order the same dress 3 times, the first time my order was canceled by the fraud department, but the company could not give me a reason on why. The second time I purchased the same dress and it went through (size small), however this dress was too big. I tried to go back and order the same dress in a smaller size (size xs) and purchased express shipping to have it here on time for engagement pics, the fraud department canceled my order again. No one from the company contacted me, just sent a cancellation email. When I called customer service they still had no reason on why and would not honor my purchase or shipping. I am extremely disappointed in a company that charges $130 for a dress and does not stand behind what they advertise.

JOSEPHINE: My husband and I came to South End for lunch. I walked into Free People while he did his own thing. Some background, most of my closet is filled with Free People. I love that Bohemian look, Free spirit. I’m quite familiar that Anthropologie is a sister company etc.I feel as if there may be some ageism going on here. Can’t say for sure. The employees didn’t seem very interested in offering help. In fact they said a big hello to a young woman that came in right behind me. I know South End is a younger crowd but please! I did notice a few more Google reviews that complained about the lack of good customer service. I hope they read these reviews and make some positive changes.

Multiple times employees walked past me and never said a word, even as I let myself into a fitting room. On my way out someone said have a good night (the first interaction of the entire night) and before I could even say anything the girl yells back “NO? OK” wee Coming from someone who used to work in retail I will never be back.

Get to the store at 7:50pm and we are turned away as they are closing at 8:00pm. Told them that we only wanted to return a pair of boots and they told us that the registers were already turned off however there were still customers shopping inside. Honestly just poor customer service. We woulda been in and out before they closed.

Milan Lockhart: I’ve been a fan of H&M for years and loved the brand, but this store is horrifically managed and is not worth the visit. This might be the only store in the country where the fitting rooms are closed in February of 2023 due to COVID, and where clothes that were literally never worn (couldn’t try them on first to make sure they fit as no fitting room) can’t be exchanged due to “looking worn”. Great way to permanently lose a long time customer.

Tia Williams: I’ve never been in a more disgusting dressing room. There was trash and dust all over the floor and the curtains had huge stains all over them. Stains were also on the floor, It was very obvious it had not been cleaned in a very long time. When I got to the cashier my encounter with Dominic was the only good experience I had in the store, he was very knowledgeable and should be considered for management to get this store back organized.

I tried to get H&M to comp me with 20% off the purchase, but they said the best they can do is 10% off an online purchase. I said that that was a terrible deal since that solution would be me just spending more money, and doesn’t compensate for the past purchase. Then the customer service rep Emily hung up on me.
Peggy Moore: I made a special trip to the store in South park mall and had to wait for an hour for the store to open after calling the corporate office. This was the only store that I was planning to visit while in this mall so my time was really waisted. I love their selection of clothes but I will go to another store that's farther away before I visit here again.

Maxie Williams: Very disappointed that I had to basically beg to get in this Rainbow store this evening. I arrived (after calling to confirm closing time was 7pm) at this store located at 4728 South Blvd, Charlotte NC 28217 around 6:48pm but the door was locked. I knocked on the door but the staff just looked at me. I walked back to my car, looked the number up to call them and they still refused to let me in. All of this still before 7pm. She stated that the store was closed. At this point, still having about 5 or 6 mins before 7pm, I told the young lady, all I need to do is return something and either you can let me in or give me your Regional Manager’s number. She came quick then. I was very upset so I didn’t say anything to the staff as I didn’t want to be disrespectful but I did confirm with the short caucasian lady that processed my return that she was in fact the Store Manager! I see other reviews of this same complaint. Sad! Do better South Blvd store; embrace integrity and improve your customer service skills!

Gavin Mcmanus: This place is so great, I have only been to Belk a few times in the past, but this location makes me want to come back again asap!! It has four floors and is by far their biggest location, if you like shopping come here, if you don’t like shopping, still come here. They even have a restaurant on their bottom floor! There are so many good deals, like 50% off everything (except select items) most of their items were on doorbuster so I couldn’t use my coupon, I got a spinner suitcase that is normally $149.99 for only 49.99, I got a super cute decorative pillow that is normally $50 for only $12, I got a really nice Baja hoodie that is normally $160 for only $47, they also had a sale on beach towels, buy ONE get TWO free!! I definitely will be back!

Queen Amourr: The worker wouldn’t let be buy a clearance pair of pants because they didn’t have a tag . I told her that they didn’t have a tag but there was a pair of pants that were similar to the ones I wanted . She said because the pair I wanted didn’t have a price , it can’t be sold . Then don’t have clothes that don’t have tags in your store . Usually I don’t ever have issues with that as much as I’ve shopped at rainbows over the years .
