SS Kang (Kangarang): I would give this express a zero star if I could. The store that was supposed to be open until 9:00pm on Friday evening was locked when I arrived at 7:00pm. No big deal if something happened and they were understaffed or something. What really got to me was the employee that taped this on the window in my face and basically gave me a “f” off attitude when I tried to ask a question. I wish she had a name tag so I could identify her. If Express corporate sees this review, it is August 19th, 2022 shortly after 7:00pm ET. Maybe you can see who was working and address this.

It may have been something that was already offered on top of my 50% off but it seemed really intentional & thoughtful. Don't let these two go ever, JCREW, & pay these men more please. They deserve it & work in a busy area where we all like our timeless styles. :)Clean store. Smaller & an outlet but perfect to grab something timeless on the go.

They thought it was easier to get rid of me instead of dealing with the real issues at hand. So if your looking for a job here, watch your back and keep your guard up.

However, I enjoy the location at South Park Mall area. Select items are must have. The team is courteous, warm, and friendly. Prices are super reasonable when on clearance. Thanks to the management team.

The guy in a plaid shirt, caramel cardigan and beard with mask took the box from me, scanned it asked for my email and said “your all set”. I went over to look for a blazer and to browse the new stuff and he never once acknowledged my existence. Now for the record EVERYTHING I was wearing was JCrew and yes I love the product! But despise the way I was received and treated. Assuming a key carrier or Manager of some kind that doesn’t realize that the reason he works and has the job is because of people like me purchasing. So in the future be a bit more friendly.

The dismissive demeanor is unnecessary; then she added her "eyes roll" while I was walking away, signaling to her co-worker as if I am such a bother to her while she's at work.Lady, I am going to say this as kindly as possible. Your appearance is not already a bad look to the store; please try to make up for it with your customer service. If you want to engage in a conversation that is not bringing business to your employer, then have it outside of work on your own time. I am sure the company you are working for expect business, and you are doing everything else but that. If anything, you are taking away business with your lack of work ethic. I responded by letting her know there was several of the items out and she said she will retrieve them from the floor. I don’t understand how you wouldn’t want to sale a item you would donate. I can not help but wonder if I was a different color would she have handle the situation differently. I was with by daughter and newborn son so I politely wished her a good weekend and went on my way. Customer Service gets 0.

The Zedd Hotel: Great store but terrible customer service except for the fabulous lady with the red hair, they followed us around and watched us like hawks as if we were shoplifting. Completely unprofessional and unacceptable. There is a need for better policy preventing that kind of customer abuse from happening. One of the employees almost took our cart and pretended to pick up a shirt after we said something. Retrain your freaking staff like are you freaking serious right now? I'm not impressed. We still bought from your store but I'll definitely be hitting up corporate over this. Like ok, we look rough, we work night shifts and we're tired. SMH

After being a loyal customer for more than three decades, I have decided to stop purchasing their offerings. The customer service has been lackluster, marked by indifference and a notable absence of friendliness. This decline in standards is not only disappointing, but also off-putting.
Michael Voltaire: I was blown away by the service I received from the Brook Brothers at the Charlotte Premium Outlets by the manager Lena G. I ran into a problem while traveling and I needed a few items to prepare for an important event. Lena confirmed my measurements and assembled a few options to help me. Very impressed! If I find myself in Charlotte and need some help, I know where to go.

Milan Lockhart: I’ve been a fan of H&M for years and loved the brand, but this store is horrifically managed and is not worth the visit. This might be the only store in the country where the fitting rooms are closed in February of 2023 due to COVID, and where clothes that were literally never worn (couldn’t try them on first to make sure they fit as no fitting room) can’t be exchanged due to “looking worn”. Great way to permanently lose a long time customer.

Tia Williams: I’ve never been in a more disgusting dressing room. There was trash and dust all over the floor and the curtains had huge stains all over them. Stains were also on the floor, It was very obvious it had not been cleaned in a very long time. When I got to the cashier my encounter with Dominic was the only good experience I had in the store, he was very knowledgeable and should be considered for management to get this store back organized.

Jeremy Clayton: Very helpful and well kept store.
Ryan Langley: Love their clothes but customer service is very poor. I called and checked google and it says store hours open at 10am. When I talked to an associate she informed me it is really 11am. Fair enough. I understand mistakes and she can't control what the the phone recording says, but she was rude and hung up. She came across as feeling inconvenienced when I was the one to drive 45 minutes to try to shop and found out I'm an hour early. This isn't the way we should be doing business.

Heather Park: I had gone to the cashier to check out and had a couple items I wanted her to find online for me since they didn’t have my size in store and she seemed extremely bothered like it wasn’t worth her time to do so (This wasn't close to closing time either). So I’m waiting for my online order to come in that she put in for me at the store and then I noticed on my emai confirmation that she PUT IN THE WRONG ADDRESS!!! I paid money in store for the items and will never receive my items. This is absolutely unacceptable!

Brandon Winkler: employees will walk right past you, look at you, and not even greet you. Then when you go out of your way to ask them for help they only do just as much as I need to until you leave them alone. 3 employees did this before I put down $500 of merchandise and walked out. Your loss.
