She’s been there a while because I’ve seen her in action and yesterday she tried me. Bottom line is her energy is off, she’s aggressive, combative at the register with guest, and quiet frankly not the person you want to chat with when your about to spend hundreds of dollars. She’s an older women….Dillards I can’t be the first to say something, so you know who this is.

Lakeisha Hill (Kitty): So, my original plan was to go to Concord Mills Mall (Coach Outlet)but, I ended up going to South Park Mall( I love this mall) to look for a Coach bag. I decided to walk into Dillard's because I didn't have any luck in Macy's on what I was looking for. So, I was in between buying a Coach or Michael Kors bag. I searched Coach bags but I need something that was going to POP for Spring. 🙂 They had a markdown on their bag today which was awesome. So, the hot pink bag stood out for me because I love pink. Originally it was $168 but, the steal was $100. So, then I got a mini wallet with originally was $76 but, the steal was $46. I had an amazing day & ended it with a cinnamon & sugar pretzel w/ a lemonade from Auntie Annie's. 🙂 Ladies, there's some awesome deals if you need any ideas for Mother's Day, birthdays or just for retail therapy. The guy in a plaid shirt, caramel cardigan and beard with mask took the box from me, scanned it asked for my email and said “your all set”. I went over to look for a blazer and to browse the new stuff and he never once acknowledged my existence. Now for the record EVERYTHING I was wearing was JCrew and yes I love the product! But despise the way I was received and treated. Assuming a key carrier or Manager of some kind that doesn’t realize that the reason he works and has the job is because of people like me purchasing. So in the future be a bit more friendly.

Your appearance is not already a bad look to the store; please try to make up for it with your customer service. I am sure the company you are working for expect business, and you are doing everything else but that. If anything, you are taking away business with your lack of work ethic. Karen Myers: Overall quality in the store is a bit iffy but I found what I was looking for. I was most impressed by the quality of their sales staff whom each delivered excellence in customer service...can't remember the last time I was actually helpfully assisted in a retail setting--and, this was by 3 of their workers suggesting good hiring and training practices. Very impressive.
Tripp Swank: Inventory is mislabeled, they wanted to charge me 70$ separately for a shoe bag that is included with the shoes. I know it’s included with the shoes because I contacted the brand. Returned and purchased shoes and shoe bag for 1/3 the price online.
Robert White: The kept making mistakes where my payments were going to my account. So I had you cash later day and ended up spending $700 but they could. I don't know something about my credit card. And when I made the payment. They didn't fly for applied to my card. But I got it straightened out today but now I. Got a letter I thought they gave me a $500 credit increase but I didn't say, and no, we're something I'm not exactly sure. I've been doing business with you all we've been satisfied very happy.
Ibn Yahud: There were some cool things available, but still a little pricey for the offerings.Most annoying part was watching cashiers continuously forgetting to remove security tags .My cashier forgot to remove security tags from the previous customer's purchase and interrupted my transaction to deal with it...I didn't think to check my purchases for security tags, especially after she JUST caught herself forgetting, but lo and behold one of the shirts I wanted to use had an unremoved security tag. This is now an inconvenience and waste of my time and money.

Director of Administrations: Gift wrap department (representative Faye) has the ABSOLUTELY WORST customer service I have ever witnessed. I purchased two items for my mate and needed them gift wrapped. There was one gentleman sitting in the waiting area waiting for his items to be wrapped. I proceeded to the counter and immediately with much aggressiveness she looked at me, rolled her eyes and implied that it would be a thirty minute wait. No problem, I waited. When it was my turn she asked me which wrap did I want and walked away. I informed her of such when she came back as if I was holding her up and she replied that she may not have enough paper but she would try. Before I could choose another option she snatched my bags and said it would be $18.00 plus tax. She walked to the wrapping area, completely ignoring me preceding to wrap my items. I took a sit in the waiting area in hopes of management possibly walking through but no luck. Once Faye finished, she put my items on the counter, informed me of my amount with no eye contact and tried bagging my items up before I could see the finished work. Ladies and gentlemen, it looked horrible. I’m not sure if she was just ready to go or what but it looked and if she wrapped them with her eyes closed. I tried fixing at least the bow myself and she was like, it’s gonna get smashed anyway once I buy it in the bag ma’am so you can fix it once you take it out and then proceeded to ring me up. By now her patience and my patience are not where they need to be and before I say or do anything I know I shouldn’t, I payed for the items and left. She is a short African American lady with a short curly bad wig and eyebrows that are in need of much assistance and much customer service training. She certainly is making the gift wrapping department look horrible.

T Campbell: This location treats their customers like prisoners and do not allow them to use the restroom anymore. After the cashier told me that I will not be able to use the restroom I left her standing there with my $326 transaction UNPAID FOR because that is ridiculous. I am not spending 326 where I cannot even use the restroom. Lost my business. I will not visit this location again.

Nayan Videos: I just love shopping in Burlington. We get everything in reasonable prices. Every including home and baby products. I just recommend must go place for shopping.
HxppyAlien: I rarely leave negative reviews but I must leave a review. It’s very apparent the people who work here hate their job, at least the night crew. The middle aged woman who wears a mask, with flat brown hair, was very disappointing to interact with. She was rude to my friend at the fitting room, short with me, and TALKED POORLY about a customer in line to me! I was SHOCKED. That is totally inappropriate behavior. They made the woman (customer) in line behind me feel very uncomfortable as they stereotyped her, and said she was talking too much (said to me). The short gentleman with glasses was a bit rude to that woman as well, I thought his tone was inappropriate for a work setting. I am a manager in customer service and have been for 4 years. This 100% appears to fall on the managers, they should keep a better eye on how their employees interact with customers and should make sure their employees have decent job satisfaction. That certainly would help better the customer service. I also paid in cash, our cashier kept speaking into her radio apologizing for taking cash. It was apparent that management told them to stop taking cash for the night. This was before close, so if you have cash, be prepared to be denied for trying to use it. My best friend and I had a great time, we shopped for 3 hours only to be disappointed at the end of the night. Do better Burlington.
Jae Jay: The store is typically clean. Maybe because the 5/6 staff working are all on the floor putting things back, and there’s often only one person on the register. Today I was in line for over 20 minutes. There was only 5 people ahead of me with one young lady on the register. This isn’t the only Burlington I’ve been to that had one person working the register with a line full of people. I’m not sure if it’s a new business model for them but I’ll be avoiding shopping at the store moving forward. Burlington used to be two steps ahead of Ross, but now it’s on the same level.

Katherine Floyd: No great selection of ladies clothes like other locations have. I was suprisingly dissappointed. A lot but appeared old and out-dated, like left overs from other stores. Store was well stocked and organized.
Linda Ross: The store looked so full. 😍 I was very surprised at how clean it was compared to the one I usually shop. It's a shame they don't have enough cashiers. It took my family and I 45 minutes to check out. They only had one cashier on the Saturday before Mothers Day!!!

Paso horas y horas dando vuelta a la tienda .en 2021 compré una cuna ahí y me falto una pieza soy clienta frecuente . Hoy gaste casi $200 dólares .los precios son buenos .necesito más variedad.tallas grandes zapatos 14+ no ponen .de hombre.las filas largas ...!!!

Pricilla Paulino: This place is so weird. There’s a guy that talks about being Christian and sharing the gospel but says comments like you are negative and states uncomfortable comments that are considered disrespectful. He pushes the manager to be behind you and stalk you. I think corporation should do a walk in and see how they treat their customers because I truly feel like they are running a corrupt atmosphere.
