Kellie Mears: I offer hesitate to come to Old Navy because I know of their representation but personally experience, but my son loves this store. I did not have any trouble this time. They might be getting better.
Andy Mor: The employees seem to be incompetent. Two employees could not explain a simple return, or why the items could not be returned. The items were past the 30 day return policy so they offered store credit which i accepted. after scanning my ID, they said the return could not be processed but couldn't explain why and just stared at me—I was told to call a number on the receipt to find out why. They looked as dumbfounded as I was. It was the strangest experience I have ever had in a store.

Melanie Wall: I am an avid shopper at Gap, BR, Old Navy & Athleta and will continue to shop there.HOWEVER, my word was questioned and disregarded when I returned an item that I had NOT worn in the SouthPark store. A gentleman (that I will call corporate with his register login to formally complain) took the item and removed the tags from the packet because I thought I’d be wearing them and that prompted me to confirm they had not been worn due to size but I pulled the tags. He opened them and found “stains” on the pants and I repeated that I had not worn them so even more of a reason to return. He then educated me on their return policy “unworn and unwashed”. I was quite offended and have been shopping the brand for over 10 years. At this point, I repeated my simple statement again and made it clear that I was very disappointed in his actions.I have worked in retail many times and even familiar with the generosity of their sister store, Athleta, that allows for wearing and ability to return (which I’ve never had to utilize) but it tells me that the brand is very customer friendly. This man was not.

I was even given a Spring discount on top of my purchase because Ed knew I was starting a new career. It may have been something that was already offered on top of my 50% off but it seemed really intentional & thoughtful. Don't let these two go ever, JCREW, & pay these men more please. They deserve it & work in a busy area where we all like our timeless styles. :)Clean store. Smaller & an outlet but perfect to grab something timeless on the go.

My experience with JCrewwas the lowest I have ever felt in my life. I was always bullied by one employee ,mocked by another, a L.P.superviser that would turn his back on the problem just because he didn't want to deal with the issues , and when I would say something about it, I could see the smirks on their faces. They thought it was easier to get rid of me instead of dealing with the real issues at hand. So if your looking for a job here, watch your back and keep your guard up.

ten dwilliams: J.Crew is a rare find store. For years, I overlooked because the marketing manican was so conservative which doesn't fit my personal flare and budget. However, I enjoy the location at South Park Mall area. Select items are must have. The team is courteous, warm, and friendly. Prices are super reasonable when on clearance. Thanks to the management team.
Chris Hickman: Went in to return a pair of shoes that just weren’t what I expected when I ordered. The guy in a plaid shirt, caramel cardigan and beard with mask took the box from me, scanned it asked for my email and said “your all set”. I went over to look for a blazer and to browse the new stuff and he never once acknowledged my existence. Now for the record EVERYTHING I was wearing was JCrew and yes I love the product! But despise the way I was received and treated. Assuming a key carrier or Manager of some kind that doesn’t realize that the reason he works and has the job is because of people like me purchasing. So in the future be a bit more friendly.

The lady (blonde, short and heavy) was in the middle of a conversation with her co-worker. I walked up to her & waited politely without saying anything, so I could let her finish the conversation. She "side-eyed" me and asked if she could help me with anything. I proceeded to show her the picture of what I was looking for, and she decided that they did not have the item in the store. The dismissive demeanor is unnecessary; then she added her "eyes roll" while I was walking away, signaling to her co-worker as if I am such a bother to her while she's at work.Lady, I am going to say this as kindly as possible. Your appearance is not already a bad look to the store; please try to make up for it with your customer service. If you want to engage in a conversation that is not bringing business to your employer, then have it outside of work on your own time. I am sure the company you are working for expect business, and you are doing everything else but that. If anything, you are taking away business with your lack of work ethic. Please excuse yourself; perhaps, the fast-food industry is more fitting for your standard.I wish you improvement in your career. .

Milan Lockhart: I’ve been a fan of H&M for years and loved the brand, but this store is horrifically managed and is not worth the visit. This might be the only store in the country where the fitting rooms are closed in February of 2023 due to COVID, and where clothes that were literally never worn (couldn’t try them on first to make sure they fit as no fitting room) can’t be exchanged due to “looking worn”. Great way to permanently lose a long time customer.

Tia Williams: I’ve never been in a more disgusting dressing room. There was trash and dust all over the floor and the curtains had huge stains all over them. Stains were also on the floor, It was very obvious it had not been cleaned in a very long time. When I got to the cashier my encounter with Dominic was the only good experience I had in the store, he was very knowledgeable and should be considered for management to get this store back organized.

Edmundo Obando: They left a tag on my jacket. Now I have to drive back to an HM store to get it off. I tried to get H&M to comp me with 20% off the purchase, but they said the best they can do is 10% off an online purchase. I said that that was a terrible deal since that solution would be me just spending more money, and doesn’t compensate for the past purchase. Then the customer service rep Emily hung up on me.
Peggy Moore: I made a special trip to the store in South park mall and had to wait for an hour for the store to open after calling the corporate office. This was the only store that I was planning to visit while in this mall so my time was really waisted. I love their selection of clothes but I will go to another store that's farther away before I visit here again.

Gavin Mcmanus: This place is so great, I have only been to Belk a few times in the past, but this location makes me want to come back again asap!! It has four floors and is by far their biggest location, if you like shopping come here, if you don’t like shopping, still come here. They even have a restaurant on their bottom floor! There are so many good deals, like 50% off everything (except select items) most of their items were on doorbuster so I couldn’t use my coupon, I got a spinner suitcase that is normally $149.99 for only 49.99, I got a super cute decorative pillow that is normally $50 for only $12, I got a really nice Baja hoodie that is normally $160 for only $47, they also had a sale on beach towels, buy ONE get TWO free!! I definitely will be back!

Do not buy here or any Belks as they likely have same quality merchandise as well as service!!

Steve Walden: They didn't really have anything in my size, I'm 6'2" and 250 bls. I noticed that all the pictures of models, wearing the cloths, were in their 20's. I need a store where the pictures of models on the wall are middle-aged men like me, and the cloths are made for us. I mean, I think we have more disposable income than the 20 something year olds. kay: Worker forgot to put in a pair of pants i purchased. I called and the person I spoke with said that they would hold it for me. I told them I live far away and it would take a couple of weeks for me to pick it up. They said that was not a problem and to give my name when I arrived. When I got there they did not have it and could not pull up my records of purchase even with my phone number on file. Missed out on a pair of pants I was charged for and never received.

Dana Y: Spent 400 on clothing for grand kids on Friday but noticed Saturday one item was not in the bag. Called the store and spoke to the manager name Oscar. Oscar was very rude and came off very racist. I told him I had my receipt and what had happened. He asked for the trans number and what time I purchased my stuff. He then asked what color was I and what did I have on that day. He said he would have to look at the camera to see if I was telling the truth and would give me a call back later. Remind you I had my receipt and only wanted one item missing. The whole time the item was left up front with a note the night I had left it and he should have known that.

We felt like we were being "watched" while shopping and when I asked questions about the sale prices not reflecting, I was made to feel stupid that they weren't reflected yet. The staff was rude and gave me an attitude when I asked them if they applied my buy one get 50% off which they haven’t applied and made me waste 25 additional minutes to return everything I bought and scan them again to apply the discount. When I asked one of the employees Kirsten if she applied the 50% she said yes in a hurry and left the check out desk as she wanted to leave for the day. I checked the invoice she put in my shopping bag and noticed that she did not apply the discount so I asked another employee Alex to help me out.Alex gave me an attitude and neither one of them apologized once for the mishap or mistake. They made me feel unwelcomed and I will not return again to this location.

Ashley L.: One of the staff here, Abby, was AMAZING in helping me find a specific pair of sandals for my daughter. She searched the store, even the mannequins, to see if they had what I was looking for in the size we needed. We had no luck, but she searched other stores to see if they had it. She found one store that did & so off I went to that store and literally found the last pair hanging up! I was soooo happy to finally buy what I needed and it was all because of Abby's help! Thanks again girlie, you were awesome! Also, the store (Northlake location) was very clean & organized. I didn't need to use the restroom or changing rooms so I can't tell how those were at the time.

I was doing a return (that was denied to me at the South Blvd location). This location were able to help me get my full refund on items I paid full price for after they went on sale, something the South Blvd location was no good for. I had both my receipt and items with tags on it and South Blvd location didn’t even try to help, however the manager at this location Manoela ( I don’t know if that’s how it was spelled) was super helpful and gave me what I paid for ON MY RECEIPT. Definitely coming back to this location! Also all the girls working there always had a smile on their face and great customer service. Thank you for the great customer service !!

THEY ARE SENDING A NEW CARD WHEN WE ASKED THEM NOT TO AND WOULD NOT ALLOW US TO FILE A FORMAL COMPLAINT ON THE MANAGER OR THE CASHIER WHO FAILED TO FOLLOW PROTOCOL. HER CREDIT SCORE WILL BE HIT. THIS IS BAD BUSINESS AND GOOGLE AND THE BBB WILL KNOW ABOUT IT. NO ACCOUNTABILITY WHATSOEVER.
