And people are quitting there cause the managers there take advantage of the employees!!!! Some of the managers have a file of complaints and yet she still works there!! Go elsewhere!!!!!

The cashier wasn’t paying attention to what she was doing and refunded to the original card. The. She thought she’d waste more of my time and sent me up to customer service to talk to the very rude Bridgette. They can’t fix it. There went my gift.More wasted time, lost gift and no apology!!Why are all the dressing rooms locked and no one around to let you in??????
AJH AJH: I love the Dillards experience. Grew up going to the store with my mom. I say that to say I am giving 3 stars based on an employee in the women dress area. She’s been there a while because I’ve seen her in action and yesterday she tried me. Bottom line is her energy is off, she’s aggressive, combative at the register with guest, and quiet frankly not the person you want to chat with when your about to spend hundreds of dollars. She’s an older women….Dillards I can’t be the first to say something, so you know who this is.

Lakeisha Hill (Kitty): So, my original plan was to go to Concord Mills Mall (Coach Outlet)but, I ended up going to South Park Mall( I love this mall) to look for a Coach bag. I decided to walk into Dillard's because I didn't have any luck in Macy's on what I was looking for. So, I was in between buying a Coach or Michael Kors bag. I searched Coach bags but I need something that was going to POP for Spring. 🙂 They had a markdown on their bag today which was awesome. So, the hot pink bag stood out for me because I love pink. Originally it was $168 but, the steal was $100. So, then I got a mini wallet with originally was $76 but, the steal was $46. I had an amazing day & ended it with a cinnamon & sugar pretzel w/ a lemonade from Auntie Annie's. 🙂 Ladies, there's some awesome deals if you need any ideas for Mother's Day, birthdays or just for retail therapy. Happy Wednesday!

Quickwire Communications: Horrible Management. She was rude and disrespectful. She refused to return new dresses that have tags on them. She also refused to give me my receipt back and I had four items total on the receipt. She told me I can leave and take the dresses back where I got them from. She tried to say they a spot on it and it was dark green and no spots plus the tag was on it. We never took it out of the bag. I can not return the other dresses because the manager kept my receipt.

Jaime Blocker: A few months ago we purchased my daughters prom dress from Windsor. Yesterday I was trying to get the wrinkles out and I ended up melting the dress 3 hours before my daughter needed to leave for prom. FULL ON PANIC MODE. I jumped in the car to see if they still had the dress. They had it but not in her size. Ty immediately felt my sadness, guilt and desperation. She immediately started going around the store finding every possible dress in my daughters size. All while reassuring me that we would leave with a dress and everything would be okay. Ty certainly went out of her way to help, calm and resolve my situation. My daughter ended up leaving there with a gorgeous gown, shoes and jewelry, all thanks to Ty! Thank you so much for being my savior. It really meant a lot!

Needed an accessory after leaving the Concord Store that closed early and arrived to the NL store at 2 min before closing. Cory Lambert: This was my first - and last - experience with NM at Southpark Mall. I’ve been a native of Charlotte my entire life, and am well-aware that Southpark has always catered towards a financially-affluent consumer audience. Now in my adulthood, and with expendable income, I ventured into NM last week to purchase a Chanticalle foundation that I saw online. This is the only store in the area that sells it in-store and I needed to be color matched before spending $130 on makeup. The Chanticalle makeup counter consultant was pleasant and respectful. She even upsold me a $120 sunscreen/primer. I want to note that I told her I was apprehensive of the formula, as I have very oily skin and she assured me it would work and be light-weight enough for daily wear and to “just give it a try”. At no point did she mention a return policy or that I couldn’t bring it back to exchange it for store credit if her color-match was off (given they have fluorescent lighting in the store and it turned out to be much too orange in natural light). I tried it for two days and it was awful; I looked like an oil slick. I decided to return it, as I obviously cannot use it and do not want it. However, upon my entrance into the store today, I was met with looks of “she’s too poor to be here” - because I wasn’t wearing any up-scale brands like LV, etc. I was in tasteful (and expensive) black leggings and a t-shirt. I went directly to the Chanticalle counter and waited to be greeted by THREE different female consultants - all of whom made eye contact with me, acknowledging my presence, and literally walked off to avoid me. I finally was able to get someone at the Chanel counter to help, but she said that she needed to find the woman who completed the sale because “they can’t take makeup returns and it’s on her to handle it.” So rude, to both me and her coworker. I then had to walk to the other end of the cosmetics department to find this specific consultant, who greeted me with nothing but a cold “what do you want?” stare. She acted like she hadn’t just been told by her coworker that I needed to make a return with her. She then sighed in my face, and walked me to the register, and asked if I’d used the product. Well duh … it’s makeup. How can I know if it works for me if I don’t use it? She said their store policy is that can’t take back any item that “isn’t in re-sellable condition” (which is ridiculous, considering the inherent nature of cosmetics …) She then said that she would “do it this one time but in the future, they can’t do any more favors like this.” I was flabbergasted! Then she couldn’t even get the register to process my return for three tries. At the end, she literally just handed me my return receipt and walked off. Never in my life have I been treated with such prejudice at a store that I’M PAYING TO BE IN. I will never again come to NM, as it’s obvious they are cheap (because who in the world is re-selling used, returned “luxury” items??) and do not have the competency to train their staff that any customer has the capacity to be a sale - not just the ones that “look” rich.

There was a sales associate at the very front display folding clothes as I entered who looked me directly in my face & did not part her mouth to acknowledge me or present any form of pleasantries. Ok.. i continued to see if there was anything interesting to buy. I picked 4 pair of pants & 2 shirts to try on. I had question re: ordering an item if the store didn't have my size.....so, i found 2 sale associates folding jeans , i walked up to them & said excuse me; no response.. they continued with their in depth conversation. At that point, i just left the clothes & walked out. GOT TO DO BETTER LOFT AT SOUTH PARK... will never visit that location again.

Paige Jackson: As a former employee at Loft, I was extremely shocked and disappointed in the customer service from associates AND the manager of this location. The manager rolled her eyes and used a condescending tone with me on two separate occasions. An associate displayed extremely poor customer service and common sense when dealing with a simple, question regarding an order processing request. I have never had such awful experiences at Loft before. I will never shop at this location again. I’d rather take my business to a store location where there are helpful, knowledgeable associates or simply order online.

I could hear one of the managers coaching the staff which was very positive. It was just about how to be more exceptional. I have not walked in an Ann Taylor in 10 years. Was like a lost puppy originally when I walked in, but I know I need to go to the Petite section because I’m only 5ft tall. I was looking for professional clothes because well, I have to work back in the office now, and I don’t have any cute stuff pre-pandemic. KeKe was SO helpful with identifying 3 blazer+pants combo outfits. I kept running her back and forth to the dressing room helping me but I found the “In Curvy” style pants work best for me. My problem is I’m short, very short, and I have wide hips+large buttocks+ TINY waist. It’s so hard for me to find ANYTHING that fits but KeKe was my good luck charm! She helped me find the right items providing the BEST customer service (which is so hard to come by these days honestly…) then I go to checkout and Taylor (I think she’s a manager maybe) was super nice and offered to order me a pair of pants that were out of stock in my size in the store. She was seriously the icing on the cake to a great shopping experience in barely over an hour right up until closing time. These ladies need to be praised, because I truly loved my experience shopping due to them. Will definitely come back to try and find that last pair of pants I need. Overall a great experience! Super excited to wear my new outfits to work!! Thank you KeKe and Taylor ❤️

My room was caked in dust; the wall sconce, baseboards, and edges of the floor had a layer of dust and lint. It felt grimy and really gross. If I noticed it right away, there's no way the store associates haven't noticed. Please clean your fitting rooms.

Asked the gentlemen associate if i can just walk in the fitting room to try on the clothes, he responded by nodding his head 🤔😶.. i ended up not allowing the discomfort to deter my day of shopping in Ann Taylor. Decided to make purchase: 2 pants, 2 shirts & 1 blazer... only good thing is the checking out: very young lady who checked me out was friendly .. come on Ann Taylor gotta do better...

You have the option of ordering items, but that won't help if you need something within a few days. Depending on who's working, you may receive good service or no service at all.

Nargee 123: Please diversify your employee base in an effort to notice EVERY race. As a phenomenal client of Chicos, I have always been greeted upon entering the boutique. The elderly Caucasian women that are employed at this location looked right through me each time I tried to make eye contact. No fitting room offered. No personality for "my type". Quite jovial and accommodating to their kind. I have been a Chicos client for over 20-years....do better REA Road Location. My money is green as well.UPDATE:I received a sincere follow-up from the representative of this boutique. They were very apologetic and assured me that the issue would be addressed in an expedient manner. They expressed that noone should be made to feel the way I felt at this boutique. Thank you for your attention to this matter. Apology accepted and truly appreciated

I will NEVER shop here again....they have lost a customer for life.I attempted to shop at this store today mask free and was immediately met at the front door by Melinda, who blatantly informed me I could not come in without a mask. I calmly explained to her I have underlying medical conditions prohibiting me from wearing a mask. She still refused to allow me entrance. I explained I have in my possession a “medical exempt” card allowing me to freely shop without a mask. I was still denied. This is discrimination.... plain and simple.I have filed a complaint with the DOJ and will be filing a civil lawsuit against Melinda!Thank you!

Patti Price: Very disappointed in the customer service. I was never acknowledged at any time. I had to ask for a dressing room. When checking out, the associate Terry was very rude. She did not speak to me at all. Instead, she chose to greet and speak to another customer. I really like the clothing but am very disappointed in the treatment I received.

It was passed return date which was MY fault, but didn't try to help me out with why did I want to return then, or what could they do to make me happy! Just said can't do anything about it and moved on. Tall woman at Stonecrest was asst mgr. Not happy with them and I am sure they won't care losing a customer. But this past year I have spent hundreds of dollars there. Very unhappy with Chico's

Cheems 1858: I went into Chico’s with my mother to find some outfits for our family vacation and the customer service was awful. No one at all asked if there was anything my mother needed. It maybe because My mother skin completion is not the same as theirs. The sales lady asked everyone else if they are trying to find a particular item except us. Chico’s please find works that love their job and love to help regardless of race. Maybe that way you will have better reviews. This was the Chico’s in Stonecrest.

Tamra M: Went to Anthropologie today to return an item I purchased at a promotional price. The woman at the register said it was a final sale and that final sale items are nonreturnable.I was already well aware of Anthro's new, stringent return policy after being burned by it when they started implementing it in August. As a result, I have been more than careful to never buy a 'final sale' item ever again (which, per their policy, refers to any sale item that is further discounted, aka "sale-on-sale").Clearly, this was not the case with the item I was attempting to return -- for I had double and triple checked that it was not a final sale when I purchased it. Still this sales woman was adamant.So, either Anthropologie sneakily changed their policy again or this employee was horribly confused. Whatever the case, Anthropologie's once terrific return policy has become arbitrary and subject to interpretation by whomever happens to behind the register.

Harale Hariharale: Walked in 30 minutes before closing. I wanted to try 2 pairs of denim, nothing more. Within 5 minutes, without exaggeration, 3 people told me to hurry up and try my 2 pairs of denim because "we are locking up the fitting rooms". Mind you, it's a big store and this all happened while I'm ALREADY MAKING MY WAY TOWARDS THE FITTING ROOM.I am in retail myself and trust me, I never push the limit to stay there till closing. In fact I always try to leave 15-20 minutes before closing, because I know there's a closing procedure involved. But I don't know where do they get the idea that they can harass and rush people 30 minutes before closing. I walked away and it was still 20 till.but I will no longer shop there. As it has become so unpleasant.

When I went there was a lot of boxes everywhere, I assumed they were doing a major restock. Note, that this store currently closes at 7pm even when the mall closes at 8/9pm.

I have never been so pleased with the service Ms Bunny has she has given me 8-10 years minus COVID,makes you feel so confident glamorous works with you one on one. I told her would come every FEBRUARY after taxes. I went this pass Sunday feeling down.......When I arrived She remembered me&that made my DAY, still gave me the best service as the first day we meet!!! Director of Administrations: Gift wrap department (representative Faye) has the ABSOLUTELY WORST customer service I have ever witnessed. I purchased two items for my mate and needed them gift wrapped. There was one gentleman sitting in the waiting area waiting for his items to be wrapped. I proceeded to the counter and immediately with much aggressiveness she looked at me, rolled her eyes and implied that it would be a thirty minute wait. No problem, I waited. When it was my turn she asked me which wrap did I want and walked away. I informed her of such when she came back as if I was holding her up and she replied that she may not have enough paper but she would try. Before I could choose another option she snatched my bags and said it would be $18.00 plus tax. She walked to the wrapping area, completely ignoring me preceding to wrap my items. I took a sit in the waiting area in hopes of management possibly walking through but no luck. Once Faye finished, she put my items on the counter, informed me of my amount with no eye contact and tried bagging my items up before I could see the finished work. Ladies and gentlemen, it looked horrible. I’m not sure if she was just ready to go or what but it looked and if she wrapped them with her eyes closed. I tried fixing at least the bow myself and she was like, it’s gonna get smashed anyway once I buy it in the bag ma’am so you can fix it once you take it out and then proceeded to ring me up. By now her patience and my patience are not where they need to be and before I say or do anything I know I shouldn’t, I payed for the items and left. She is a short African American lady with a short curly bad wig and eyebrows that are in need of much assistance and much customer service training. She certainly is making the gift wrapping department look horrible.
M D: They make you feel uncomfortable with prices over the top when you can find the same items in Macy's for less. You can't use a bank card to pay your bill.
