Harmony Wallender: - BEWARE -They won’t exchange or refund even for faulty products.My friend and I went to this store 4 days ago. The staff was very nice, great saleswomen. I ended up not buying anything because the prices were rather high in my opinion, but my friends both purchased something.One friend got a cute sweater, she wore it today and we realized that their was a hole along the seam. We called to see if we could get an exchange for a sweater without a hole and they told me their policy: no exchanges or returns- no exceptions.Now, I respect this policy in most cases - but they clearly sold my friend a poorly made garment. And I feel especially bad because I was the one who wanted to go here. Oh well!Do yourself a favor and go somewhere that will actually stand behind their products, at least if it turns out they are put together poorly.

Kim Perry: A go-to store for me in Charlotte. I highly recommend checking out! Lil and the store associates do a great job of suggesting pieces / pulling things for you that end up looking great (and that maybe I wouldn't have pulled for myself). A must-visit store for beautiful dresses especially -- both every day and for occasions. Always popping in for something! Also, they have great jewelry. Love this boutique!

Knowing that this is a small business I understand that certain processes and procedures need to be in place in order to keep afloat. Hope this reaches future buyers to pay attention to return policies. The store is really cute and they carry great products. Glad we could work this out and look forward to shopping here again.Buyer beware. You only have 24 hours to return and 14 days for a store credit. After that you’ll get a “sorry my hands are tied”. I’m so disappointed I spent so much money in this store and needed to return one of the dresses that didn’t fit right. Went in 20 days after purchasing and the girl pointed to their small plaque that had a return policy on it…….. 14 days for store credit and any time after that “their hands are tied” is an absolute joke. I’ll make sure instead of having friendly conversations with employees I’ll look down for a small return policy plaques moving forward.

Anita Bancroft: Compared to other Monkee’s locations, the Charlotte store is very disappointing. It is a small store with very limited inventory. I would have thought that their Charlotte store would have a larger selection of clothing, shoes, and accessories since it is in a larger city. It would be nice if this location offered designer handbags and accessories like other locations as well, but they do not. The lack of diversity among staff and in marketing is disappointing, leaving many customers feeling excluded.

tulsi priya v: I like loft, their clothes and deals are really nice, especially this store. However, they had rude customer service. The lady was not patient enough to listen to what I was asking. I’m not sure why she is working there if she is not willing to treat customers nicely. I’m very disappointed by the way she treated me.
