Katrina Rivera: This used to be a wonderful store with lovely and helpful staff. The new staff is rude, lazy and unprofessional. Yujin will make you leave the store within two steps of walking in. I have been a long time customer of Johnny Was and after visiting the South Park location a couple of times, I have felt belittled and mistreated. She will lie to your face and then publicly shame you over her mistakes. The items at this store are not cheap and the company should know better to hire qualified employees that know how to treat their customers right. Honestly you are better off buying online than going into this store location— expect disappointment at best.
Lana Kleeberg: Ordered a pack of masks , over $40. Very thin, mostly solid velvet 2 ply, saggy and baggy and not even a nose bridge wire for fit. Next time I’ll order from Amazon and pay 1/4 of the price for much better quality and most importantly better fit and protection.

Their customer service was exceptional and went above and beyond...as in Leigh letting me try on her top for size before ordering! Karen was so helpful and we shared some laughs! Shelby Howell: The products are great but if you have to return an item ordered online, you are screwed. Every time I return an item, I have to beg for a refund or store credit. It should not be this difficult, especially at the price customers pay for the clothing.

Tamara Lynn: I'm a big fan of Free People, but most likely will not be coming back here again and will just shop online moving forward. The employees were not very helpful, the store was not busy when I came in and no one welcomed or approached me. Paying premium prices for some regular clothes should at least be felt in customer service.
Nicole: Free People has the worst online customer service. I have tried to order the same dress 3 times, the first time my order was canceled by the fraud department, but the company could not give me a reason on why. The second time I purchased the same dress and it went through (size small), however this dress was too big. I tried to go back and order the same dress in a smaller size (size xs) and purchased express shipping to have it here on time for engagement pics, the fraud department canceled my order again. No one from the company contacted me, just sent a cancellation email. When I called customer service they still had no reason on why and would not honor my purchase or shipping. I am extremely disappointed in a company that charges $130 for a dress and does not stand behind what they advertise.

JOSEPHINE: My husband and I came to South End for lunch. I walked into Free People while he did his own thing. Some background, most of my closet is filled with Free People. I love that Bohemian look, Free spirit. I’m quite familiar that Anthropologie is a sister company etc.I feel as if there may be some ageism going on here. Can’t say for sure. The employees didn’t seem very interested in offering help. In fact they said a big hello to a young woman that came in right behind me. I know South End is a younger crowd but please! I did notice a few more Google reviews that complained about the lack of good customer service. I hope they read these reviews and make some positive changes.
Prime Auto: Very overpriced
Madison Hendrix: Had the worst customer experience of my life here. I wandered around the store and was the only person shopping. Multiple times employees walked past me and never said a word, even as I let myself into a fitting room. On my way out someone said have a good night (the first interaction of the entire night) and before I could even say anything the girl yells back “NO? OK” wee Coming from someone who used to work in retail I will never be back.

Palazoloup: Great selection of brand name clothing and shoes.
Karen Myers: Overall quality in the store is a bit iffy but I found what I was looking for. I was most impressed by the quality of their sales staff whom each delivered excellence in customer service...can't remember the last time I was actually helpfully assisted in a retail setting--and, this was by 3 of their workers suggesting good hiring and training practices. Very impressive.
Tripp Swank: Inventory is mislabeled, they wanted to charge me 70$ separately for a shoe bag that is included with the shoes. I know it’s included with the shoes because I contacted the brand. Returned and purchased shoes and shoe bag for 1/3 the price online.
Robert White: The kept making mistakes where my payments were going to my account. So I had you cash later day and ended up spending $700 but they could. I don't know something about my credit card. And when I made the payment. They didn't fly for applied to my card. But I got it straightened out today but now I. Got a letter I thought they gave me a $500 credit increase but I didn't say, and no, we're something I'm not exactly sure. I've been doing business with you all we've been satisfied very happy.
Ibn Yahud: There were some cool things available, but still a little pricey for the offerings.Most annoying part was watching cashiers continuously forgetting to remove security tags .My cashier forgot to remove security tags from the previous customer's purchase and interrupted my transaction to deal with it...I didn't think to check my purchases for security tags, especially after she JUST caught herself forgetting, but lo and behold one of the shirts I wanted to use had an unremoved security tag. This is now an inconvenience and waste of my time and money.

We had two families that needed assistance with shoes and sizing and he was also the only associate there trying to help out and we appreciated the attention in the mix of all other customers that needed help too!

AJH AJH: I love the Dillards experience. Grew up going to the store with my mom. I say that to say I am giving 3 stars based on an employee in the women dress area. She’s been there a while because I’ve seen her in action and yesterday she tried me. Bottom line is her energy is off, she’s aggressive, combative at the register with guest, and quiet frankly not the person you want to chat with when your about to spend hundreds of dollars. She’s an older women….Dillards I can’t be the first to say something, so you know who this is.

Lakeisha Hill (Kitty): So, my original plan was to go to Concord Mills Mall (Coach Outlet)but, I ended up going to South Park Mall( I love this mall) to look for a Coach bag. I decided to walk into Dillard's because I didn't have any luck in Macy's on what I was looking for. So, I was in between buying a Coach or Michael Kors bag. I searched Coach bags but I need something that was going to POP for Spring. 🙂 They had a markdown on their bag today which was awesome. So, the hot pink bag stood out for me because I love pink. Originally it was $168 but, the steal was $100. So, then I got a mini wallet with originally was $76 but, the steal was $46. I had an amazing day & ended it with a cinnamon & sugar pretzel w/ a lemonade from Auntie Annie's. 🙂 Ladies, there's some awesome deals if you need any ideas for Mother's Day, birthdays or just for retail therapy. She also refused to give me my receipt back and I had four items total on the receipt. She told me I can leave and take the dresses back where I got them from. She tried to say they a spot on it and it was dark green and no spots plus the tag was on it. We never took it out of the bag. I can not return the other dresses because the manager kept my receipt.

Jaime Blocker: A few months ago we purchased my daughters prom dress from Windsor. Yesterday I was trying to get the wrinkles out and I ended up melting the dress 3 hours before my daughter needed to leave for prom. FULL ON PANIC MODE. I jumped in the car to see if they still had the dress. They had it but not in her size. Ty immediately felt my sadness, guilt and desperation. She immediately started going around the store finding every possible dress in my daughters size. All while reassuring me that we would leave with a dress and everything would be okay. Ty certainly went out of her way to help, calm and resolve my situation. My daughter ended up leaving there with a gorgeous gown, shoes and jewelry, all thanks to Ty! Thank you so much for being my savior. It really meant a lot!

Heather O'Donnell: I placed an online order to be shipped to this store on May 11th. I kept wondering the status of my order because it had yet to show I could pick it up. I emailed customer service and they told me it was at the store. I also had tried to order a bra I needed as soon as possible for store pick up, which I couldn't pick up due to the store being closed, so I ordered one off of Amazon. Been by the store twice during regular store hours to see it is closed. They have a sign up on the metal grate store temporarily closed. I really would love to pick up my order!

Courtney R.: Decent variety of clothes but definitely mostly stocked with larger sizes (24 & up) versus 18-22. My favorite associate is Brennan. She's extremely friendly and has an eye for fashion. She's helped me on several occasions!! The one time I went in and she was not there I definitely missed her; the associate I did get to "help" told me that there was nothing there for me and I should to go Target. I was appalled but shopped on my own there anyway. I appreciate that she opened the dressing room door for me though, despite making it seem as if I was bothering her. 🙃 Torrid needs more friendly associates like Brennan!

The friendly, talented stylists make me feel so welcome while I browse the best pieces from favorite designers from around the world...many exclusive to this store because of the great relationships the amazing buyers have with designers. Even designers love to shop here! The staff helps me find my best look and happily coordinates new pieces with other favorites already in my wardrobe to keep me updated and comfortable. I can always count on compliments if it comes from The Poole Shop!
Sarah Olin: Found Poole Shop about two years ago and became a fan for life. They have beautiful, unique merchandise and I get stopped by strangers every time I wear their clothes. The team is thoughtful and attentive and have gone out of their way with special orders and keeping me in mind for things I might enjoy. Best place to shop in CLT.
Christy Reitz: Went to return a defective skirt that has never been worn, and had a rip on the side. The manager said she wouldn’t take it back because it had been more than a week that it was purchased and it’s not their policy to accept merchandise after a week, even though it’s defective and a tailor said it could not be repaired. Most businesses thrive on customer service and to make sure that their customer is happy. NOT THIS PLACE. I do not recommend shopping here and I would spend my money elsewhere. The attitude of the store manager was dispassionate at best.

Jenny B: Super amazing staff. Wish I could remember the names of the staff that helped. All were so attentive and courteous. My 19 y/o daughter and I were looking around for a good solid pair of jeans, knowing Old Navy and cheaper denim rips easily and doesn't last. As soon as her and I tried on a pair here, we were immediately sold. The BEST fitting, most comfortable denim I've ever had. I have a little larger mid section, but have a hard time finding jeans that fit here, the band isn't too stiff or tight (back issues) and also don't have a lot of extra fabric I'm the legs or around the ankles, as my legs, while not tiny, are in much better shape. LOVE my jeans and will only be getting them from here from now on. Totally worth spending $60-100 bucks on them. I know.... May sound crazy. I've NEVER spent more than $35 or so. But after buying so many that never fit perfect or last, I indulged. Treat yo self day! 😁 Thank you, Torrid and staff here! WILL be back!!!!

The employees are always helpful and polite. They let you know about the deals and will help you save money on your purchases. They make you feel like you matter and focus on you. My wife became a VIP member and has saved a lot of money on the various deals and offers. Also, if you can't find what you're looking for in store, odds are you'll find it their online store. If you're looking for a plus sizw store to satisfy your fashion needs, Torrid is the store for you.
