Neiman Marcus: what do users think?
sybil luvuno: Spectacular
Jasmine David: Incredible selection of luxury brands that will make any fashion enthusiast's heart skip a beat. From Fendi to Tom Ford to Golden Goose, their range is unparalleled. The quality of their products is top-notch, and the shopping experience is nothing short of luxurious. If you're looking for a high-end shopping destination with a wide array of designer options, Nordstrom Charlotte is the place to go. Prepare to be amazed by their collection!
TrelleBlazers International Hairport Salon: Sam is a fragrance GOD. He made my experience so pleasurable
Alisa R: Wynne from Maison Francis Kurkdjian Paris was an absolute angel! She went above and beyond to help me out. Took the time and was patient with my want. Will definitely be back to her next time I need a new perfume
Bayou Vixen: Absolutely adore the Neiman's experience each and every time I visit this luxury store across the country. Thank you NM ❤️‼️
Anderson Matos: The purchases made online do not arrive on time and they do not verify the merchandise before sending it to the customers, a very good store but they have neglected online purchases.
Sandra: Had placed an Online Order 3 days ago but never received an e-mail or text that it was ready for pick up. Quick to deduct my $ however.Try to file a complain but the Sales Associate preferred to act as if it was my mistake. Costumer Service my rear, to expensive for a blunder like that. SHAME
Debra Simmons: The best
Don Fant: Great selection
Cory Lambert: This was my first - and last - experience with NM at Southpark Mall. I’ve been a native of Charlotte my entire life, and am well-aware that Southpark has always catered towards a financially-affluent consumer audience. Now in my adulthood, and with expendable income, I ventured into NM last week to purchase a Chanticalle foundation that I saw online. This is the only store in the area that sells it in-store and I needed to be color matched before spending $130 on makeup. The Chanticalle makeup counter consultant was pleasant and respectful. She even upsold me a $120 sunscreen/primer. I want to note that I told her I was apprehensive of the formula, as I have very oily skin and she assured me it would work and be light-weight enough for daily wear and to “just give it a try”. At no point did she mention a return policy or that I couldn’t bring it back to exchange it for store credit if her color-match was off (given they have fluorescent lighting in the store and it turned out to be much too orange in natural light). I tried it for two days and it was awful; I looked like an oil slick. I decided to return it, as I obviously cannot use it and do not want it. However, upon my entrance into the store today, I was met with looks of “she’s too poor to be here” - because I wasn’t wearing any up-scale brands like LV, etc. I was in tasteful (and expensive) black leggings and a t-shirt. I went directly to the Chanticalle counter and waited to be greeted by THREE different female consultants - all of whom made eye contact with me, acknowledging my presence, and literally walked off to avoid me. I finally was able to get someone at the Chanel counter to help, but she said that she needed to find the woman who completed the sale because “they can’t take makeup returns and it’s on her to handle it.” So rude, to both me and her coworker. I then had to walk to the other end of the cosmetics department to find this specific consultant, who greeted me with nothing but a cold “what do you want?” stare. She acted like she hadn’t just been told by her coworker that I needed to make a return with her. She then sighed in my face, and walked me to the register, and asked if I’d used the product. Well duh … it’s makeup. How can I know if it works for me if I don’t use it? She said their store policy is that can’t take back any item that “isn’t in re-sellable condition” (which is ridiculous, considering the inherent nature of cosmetics …) She then said that she would “do it this one time but in the future, they can’t do any more favors like this.” I was flabbergasted! Then she couldn’t even get the register to process my return for three tries. At the end, she literally just handed me my return receipt and walked off. Never in my life have I been treated with such prejudice at a store that I’M PAYING TO BE IN. I will never again come to NM, as it’s obvious they are cheap (because who in the world is re-selling used, returned “luxury” items??) and do not have the competency to train their staff that any customer has the capacity to be a sale - not just the ones that “look” rich.
Alexus Ghansah (Kitty): Racist place. Didn’t get any help from anyone in this store. I most definitely put my money elsewhere. Thank you :)
susanna stratmann: They keep up with fashion trends so I don’t have to. Found a couple items that are on my wish list.
Lonzo Smith: Welcoming, I always visit when I'm in Charlotte
C Ackerman: Great staff
Anna S: Had an unpleasant experience in a cosmetics department, with a sales woman in a green wrap acting annoyed, while I was trying to make my choice. Sales people are people too, but if you don't want to help why approach a customer in the first place. Plenty of great sales associates at NM but too many snobby ones makes one not want to go back.
Natalie B: Rude customer service... They think they bad and bougie
Patti S.: I always find exactly what I'm looking for at Neiman Marcus. The employees are super helpful and friendly.
Alexandr R: my shopping experience was perfect. Thanks to Anastasia Laney for the wonderful offer and professional work. you are the best seller
Ali Zreik: Very high end Neiman Marcus, alot of selections of big brands, their high fashion had a very large selections separate from what you would see in the Louis Vuttion and Chanel, Burberry etc. Stores they already have in the mall
Rock Master: Nice but pricey
Carlos Carrillo: 👍👍

Julie's Boutique: what do users think?
MJ: My mom and I came across this boutique after having lunch. At first we thought it was super cute, the prices were reasonable and the clothes had a southern, Charleston vibe. My mom tried on a pair of shorts and I was trying to convince her to buy them, so she asked the sales associate if she had any tops she recommended to go with the shorts. The sales associate was an older lady and told my mom the tops for "their age group were in the back". She proceeded to take her to a single row of button down shirts... My mom did not think that comment was necessary and I think she could've worn any blouse in the store, fun floral blouses aren't only for girls in their 20s. I ended up convincing her to buy the shorts and I bought a blazer. We later found out the shorts were extremely low quality, she would've been better off getting a pair at Old Navy or Walmart for better quality than these. After one wear there were snags and pulls all over and she didn't even wear jewelry or something that would've been catching on the shorts. Then after one wash on delicate the hem literally unraveled on one of the legs. I told her for $50 she should reach out to the store and show them photos to return for store credit. They literally offered her a $10 gift card and tried to say they couldn't afford to give her any more store credit because they were a small business (they also have numerous locations through NC & SC). My mom and I are both small business owners and thought this was completely unacceptable. She wasn't even asking for a cash refund, she just wanted store credit to try to find something that was better quality... We would have been returning customers if they had handled this situation correctly, even with the rude sales associate. However, since they don't know that it's best to honor a bad product with good customer service they will be getting a bad review rather than returning customers. Don't waste your money here.
Sandi Hengle: I've been shopping at this Julie's since 1978 when I was 15. I am now 60 and shop twice a year in Spring and fall for new wardrobes. Beth, the salesperson was so nice! The only thing is this time when I walked in all the clothes seemed geared to a much, much younger store like 20 somethings for the first time than the base clientele. Please don't forget the base customers. I asked for the buyer but she was out of town.
Marina Mars: Don’t waste your money or time here. The owner is incredibly rude breathing down your neck and following you around the entire time you are shopping. Not a relaxing shopping atmosphere at all! And once you’re in the fitting room if you’re not an XS/S they make you feel like you’re obese and tell you they don’t carry your size I’m a true medium btw. They won’t even allow you to try and zip anything they feel isn’t going to fit you. I don’t typically leave reviews for boutiques but with this place I felt that I had to because I can honestly say I’ve never been treated this way at any shop before and I will never be back.
Brooke N: it’s safe to say that I am totally over Julie’s boutique. I moved away from the Charlotte area but continued shopping with them online for a bit. However over the past couple of years the variety of clothes has significantly declined while the prices have significantly increased. The majority of clothes are super tight or would only look good on a size 2 who is 5’8. All their models look the same and there is NO diversity of colors, shapes, and sizes represented on top of the fact that their clothes do not work for anyone a size 6 or larger. asking $50 for a T-shirt dress is also just unreasonable, it appears Julie’s is choosing to hand select a certain customer they want to appeal to. if you look at other competitor boutiques online such as Mint Julep, Pink Lilly, or Bella Ella you will find great sales, a variety of models, and a larger variety of clothes for all sizes. Julies has COMPLETELY missed the mark in 2022.
Andrea White: I love their clothes but have stopped shopping here for the most part for two reasons: 1) they have raised their prices exponentially & you can find a lot of the same brands at TJ Maxx for way cheaper. And 2) the lack of diversity in the models they use on their website & Instagram is disheartening. Not all of your customers are skinny, white and blonde.
Allison Blanchard: I have been shopping at Julie’s since I was about 14 years old (I am 22 now) and have loved their clothing for as long as I can remember, which is why I am giving the two stars instead of one. I am from the Gastonia area and love that location but when I am looking for something specific I go to the Park Road location as the store is bigger and has a larger selection. I try to give the Park Road location another chance every time but am consistently let down, so today will be my last visit. Each time I walk into the store I am never greeted nor helped in any sort of way, but as I continue shopping I notice the employees are going above and beyond for other customers that look different than me. I accumulated around 10 items, yet nobody noticed and never asked if I wanted to start a fitting room. I started my own fitting room, tried on all the clothes, hung them back up on the return rack myself and left the store without a single employee acknowledging me. This location specifically gives me such bad vibes and mean girl energy, making me feel unwanted in their store and for that reason I will not be returning and taking my business to other boutiques in the area.
Johanna Kingson: Very cute clothes.
Lauren Zinser: My fav store ever. The workers are incredible, so many cute options, prices are AWESOME
Amy K: I will no longer be shopping at Julie’s stores. I was in two locations recently (Park Road, Gastonia) and both times I was constantly followed around the store by several associates as if I were going to steal (or had stolen) something. I’ve spent a ton of money at these stores and do not appreciate being made to feel this uncomfortable. They seem to be very paranoid about stealing. At the Gastonia store, I was trying on a shoe when I noticed several people literally swarming around me and I found myself getting extremely anxious and just hurrying up to get out of there. Then when I left and got in my car, I saw someone standing at the door watching me, even as I was driving away. I have no idea why they were doing this; I was completely minding my own business. I am disgusted at being treated this away after supporting their business. I shop at many other boutiques in Charlotte and have not been followed around at any other place. They also behave in a very snooty manner. Extremely disappointing on every level (except the actual clothes—I do like their inventory but it’s not worth being treated like this). They actually make me feel BAD (like, horrible) while shopping there. My business will go to boutiques that do not treat people this way.
beamy d: A lot of cheaper warehousey clothing. A lot of one size fits all items. Not for me.
Brittney Baldwin: This has been my favorite shop since moving to Charlotte. The ladies in the shop are always so helpful and accommodating. I left tonight with lots of goodies for my weekend getaway. I always recommend this location. It’s simply fabulous.
Brenna McConnell: My absolute favorite store, not only are the clothes so great, the staff is even better. Donna is a superstar!
Ty Mattox: My wife absolutely loves Julie's. It's my go-to place to buy her clothes. The girls who work there are always so helpful and pick out the best things for her.
Amy Burns: The customer service was atrocious. The lady with brown hair in particular was extremely rude and unhelpful and rushed us out of the store.
Corey June: I wanted to like this boutique but my experience every time I have come here has not been welcoming or pleasant. For some reason whenever I come into the store I am never greeted and am often ignored. I have had women come in after me who the employees will greet and go above and beyond for. I thought I would step in this boutique once more to see if anything had changed and I was still ignored as well as looked up and down. It seems that this boutique only caters to a specific type of woman and isn’t very inclusive.
Megan Little: This store has the worst customer service I have ever experienced. I went into the store recently and was not greeted or helped in any sort of way. The girls working there are rude and they pick and choose who they want to help. These kind of girls are the reason young girls feel bad about themselves. I have gone in multiple times experiencing the same type of situation. I don’t suggest shopping there when you can find the same clothes in any other boutique.
Lauren Strickland: Julies is by far my favorite place to shop in Charlotte! They have the biggest selection and are always so sweet. They have sales all the time that make it impossible not to leave with something! I love the girls that work there and bring anyone who visits over to check it out. Can’t go wrong!
Chastity Tipton: Such a cute boutique! Great selection of clothes. Both of the ladies that were working were friendly. Not bad prices- will definitely be coming back
Alex Veng: Donna the manager helped out my wife and found her a few skirts that look great on her. It was a fun shopping experience!
Abbey Moshier: I have given Julie’s on Park Road a chance multiple times and everytime I regret it. The manager of this location is so rude. She only welcomes and talks to customers she thinks fit the mold of the boutique. I have always felt unwelcome and out of place. Worst customer experience I’ve ever had - multiple times!!!
Clara Eggleston: Julies boutique is my FAVORITE place to shop. They have the cutest clothes and tons of variety. Julie’s also has great sales- last time I went they had 60% off almost half the store. I would recommend shopping here versus any other boutique in park road shopping center/South Park area.
