Well, first off they are curbside pick up only when every other store is open at limited capacity. Went online and it says curbside pick up is available. Upon arrival the manager stopped us rudely at the door and told us we were not allowed to come in and shop because it says curbside pick up only online which is clearly not communicated well. He rudely stated multiple times online curbside pick up only which after showing and telling him that’s not the case he said how about you follow us on social media to find that out which I shouldn’t have to. Customer service means everything nowadays so maybe you should Select your managers more carefully. Especially during these hard times and wanting to support small you lost a big sale that could’ve happened today.

It takes a lot of work to create something unique and the team at 704 does that so well, from cool designs to the the attention they pay to materials, delivery time, and in-store experience. Guadalupe Garcia: DO NOT GO TO THIS TARGET!!! I went to Target in Midtown today and had the worst retail experience I’ve ever had. I went to look for an outfit with my sister and my newborn baby. I was in line for a while in the fitting room, the lady seemed to be pretty nice to everyone. She assured the lady before me that she would put back her one item for her. As soon as I walk in she says “make sure you bring everything out with the tags attached.” I thought it was a bit odd since she did not say that to anyone else that went before me but whatever. I tried the stuff on, left the items I did not want on the return table, and took with me two things that I thought I might get. I ended up deciding against it so I put the items exactly where I got them from. She walked by, grabbed the item I just put back and mumbled something under her breath. I thought it was rude but I continued on with my shopping. I went back to try more stuff on and was in line behind two white women that were in their early twenties (all the people in line before me the first time were white as well). Those two women went into the handicapped/breast feeding room together. When it was my turn, I went into the same room with my sister and my baby. The associate, Helena, followed behind and opened the door. I asked if there was a problem. She said she needed to count my items because we could not have more than 8 at a time. I asked “are you checking with everyone else because this is the second time you say something to me, I was in line for a while and you did not say anything to any of the other women.” She proceeded to say “well I need to check the items because you two are in here” I told her “Oh since the other two women went in together, I didnt think it would be a problem” she said “well they were mother and daughter”… I’m not sure how she assumed that given that the girls literally looked the same age & she did not speak to them at all but ok. My sister then told her “we’re sisters” and she said “and both of you are trying stuff on?” we replied yes. I asked for her name and she closed the door. I started to try the stuff on and she literally opened the door again to tell me her name while I was changing. I told her “please don’t open the door without saying anything, I was taking my shirt off” she said “well there is a lock right there, you should be more careful,” i just said ok. We tried one thing on out of the six and decided to leave because we felt so discriminated against. The whole time were in there she kept making comments like “omg omg omg” and “just a few more hours.” We came out of the fitting room and put the stuff in the return counter and she said “you got my name right?” In a very condescending way. I asked for the manager and she said “I’ll bring her right here,” i told her no thank you and went to guest services. We were told there wasn’t a manager but brought us somebody that could help. I explained what happened and the associate very kindly apologized. My family & I go to this specific Target at least once a week but needless to say, we won’t be coming back. If I could give 0 reviews I would.

I usually shop at night, and it really is like the staff is intentionally are rude.I understand working in retail is exhausting, I used to work at a grocery store. Each time I go to the register I greet the cashier and usually get nothing back. Tonight I got these baskets that I thought were combined. She scanned it twice and I asked her, “Oh I thought those were together?” She said “I’m sure you did” and put the item in the bag without looking up.

If I didn't have my sleeping child in the car I would just come in and get it myself 10 minutes ago. While this is the worst a 5-10 minute wait isn't uncommon.

I work as a Night Manager at a Popular Uptown Marriott hotel. I did my shopping at Trader Joe's, and went to this Target for Cleaning supplies, and toiletries. I often refer guests to this Target.... but NEVER again!!! Sunday was my First time there, and My Last Time!!! Not one employee spoke to me or greeted me as I past by several of them. They were talking to each other which seemed to be their priority. I did my shopping, and got to the checkout...there was one cashier and the rest were all self checkouts!!! So this Target has employees that are not Customer Friendly, and They want you to ring up your own groceries and bag them..... ABSOLUTELY Not!!! I left my carriage with my groceries in it, and went to Publix. The Publix staff is always so Courteous ,and Customer Service Friendly!!! I work hard for my money, and where I spend my money matters. I will never spend it at this Target!!!

I tried to save time by purchasing online and picking it ip but they have the same line for returns, exchanges, and pick ups. Needless to say there is always a huge line and the staff at this line is rude. Left frustrated and next time will just order from Amazon.

No clothes there… and he walks away (no apology nothing).. 1) That was absolutely embarrassing and I don’t feel comfortable coming here anymore. You shouldn’t make paying customers ever feel this way. He did this in front of everyone by the way, didn’t pull us to the side, nothing. Completely embarrassed.

Last week I asked an associate and she explained that they were supposed to be resetting the aisle and “hadn’t got around to it”, so they haven’t unboxed and shelved the soap to be available for purchase. Eric Ransone: We've been shopping at the Target in the Rivergate shopping center in the Steele Creek area ever since we moved to the Carolinas almost 13 years ago. The close by convenience is great, but this store location is very well run too. Always very clean, organized, well maintained, and nearly everything is always in stock on the shelves. Very rarely are we not able to get something because it was out of stock, with the exception of during the peak of the COVID pandemic, which everyone was having trouble keeping items in stock. Prices are competitive with other places such as Walmart and such, but I'd rather pay a small amount more to shop at Target than to deal with Walmart chaos as well as the high probability of them not having something in stock, which happens alot at Walmart near me. Staff at Target is always friendly, knowledgeable, capable, and will always stop what they're doing to help, instead of quickly trying to get rid of you like at some places. Having a CVS Pharmacy, Starbucks, and Pizza Hut inside is a wonderful convenience too. Grocery shopping is good too. I prefer to grocery shop elsewhere but have done so here with no concerns. Outside the facilities are clean and well maintained as well, and there is plenty of parking that is well lit and safe. I've never had any concerns with my safety here at Amy time of the day and have no concerns with my wife coming here alone either. Overall a great place to shop that will provide a great shopping experience.

Employees say they are short staffed, yet when I walk around they are all chatting with one another. Today I walked in and quickly left. Will not be shopping here anymore.

More clothes on the floor than on hangers, and there was a line stretching halfway across the store from what seemed to be the only operating register. If you step foot in the electronics section you’ll be harassed about changing cell service plans, which is the quickest way to chase me out of a store.

Shandy Manigault: I frequent this particular Target weekly and I typically have an enjoyable shopping experience, however lately, and especially today, 2/5/23. The store looked a mess. The clothing section, in particular, looked as if it had been hit by an earthquake. Clothes were everywhere. Nothing was organized and in its place. I initially came in to exchange a size in jeans. I could not find my size due to the lack of organization in that section. I mentioned this to the store manager, Stephanie and she suggested I mention it to the GM. I called that number and no answer. This is highly embarrassing as a community store. I am so dissatisfied and disappointed in this store and hope you guys do better as far as leadership and hiring.
