Greg Marino: Came to the mall today specifically to return an item. Checked ahead of time and the google listing shows that they close at 9pm. Get to the store at 7:50pm and we are turned away as they are closing at 8:00pm. Told them that we only wanted to return a pair of boots and they told us that the registers were already turned off however there were still customers shopping inside. Honestly just poor customer service. We woulda been in and out before they closed.

AJH AJH: I love the Dillards experience. Grew up going to the store with my mom. I say that to say I am giving 3 stars based on an employee in the women dress area. She’s been there a while because I’ve seen her in action and yesterday she tried me. Bottom line is her energy is off, she’s aggressive, combative at the register with guest, and quiet frankly not the person you want to chat with when your about to spend hundreds of dollars. She’s an older women….Dillards I can’t be the first to say something, so you know who this is.

Lakeisha Hill (Kitty): So, my original plan was to go to Concord Mills Mall (Coach Outlet)but, I ended up going to South Park Mall( I love this mall) to look for a Coach bag. I decided to walk into Dillard's because I didn't have any luck in Macy's on what I was looking for. So, I was in between buying a Coach or Michael Kors bag. I searched Coach bags but I need something that was going to POP for Spring. 🙂 They had a markdown on their bag today which was awesome. So, the hot pink bag stood out for me because I love pink. Originally it was $168 but, the steal was $100. So, then I got a mini wallet with originally was $76 but, the steal was $46. I had an amazing day & ended it with a cinnamon & sugar pretzel w/ a lemonade from Auntie Annie's. 🙂 Ladies, there's some awesome deals if you need any ideas for Mother's Day, birthdays or just for retail therapy. Plus they still have 2 cashiers at the front. . This is amazing for a Sunday afternoon.They have two cashiers, one floating around in the back. And they extended the customer waiting area to hide the waiting customers!!! Kind of funny!! 4 empty registers !!

It may have been something that was already offered on top of my 50% off but it seemed really intentional & thoughtful. Don't let these two go ever, JCREW, & pay these men more please. ten dwilliams: J.Crew is a rare find store. For years, I overlooked because the marketing manican was so conservative which doesn't fit my personal flare and budget. However, I enjoy the location at South Park Mall area. Select items are must have. The team is courteous, warm, and friendly. Prices are super reasonable when on clearance. Chris Hickman: Went in to return a pair of shoes that just weren’t what I expected when I ordered. The guy in a plaid shirt, caramel cardigan and beard with mask took the box from me, scanned it asked for my email and said “your all set”. I went over to look for a blazer and to browse the new stuff and he never once acknowledged my existence. Now for the record EVERYTHING I was wearing was JCrew and yes I love the product! But despise the way I was received and treated. Assuming a key carrier or Manager of some kind that doesn’t realize that the reason he works and has the job is because of people like me purchasing. So in the future be a bit more friendly.

The lady (blonde, short and heavy) was in the middle of a conversation with her co-worker. I walked up to her & waited politely without saying anything, so I could let her finish the conversation. She "side-eyed" me and asked if she could help me with anything. I proceeded to show her the picture of what I was looking for, and she decided that they did not have the item in the store. The dismissive demeanor is unnecessary; then she added her "eyes roll" while I was walking away, signaling to her co-worker as if I am such a bother to her while she's at work.Lady, I am going to say this as kindly as possible. Your appearance is not already a bad look to the store; please try to make up for it with your customer service. If you want to engage in a conversation that is not bringing business to your employer, then have it outside of work on your own time. I am sure the company you are working for expect business, and you are doing everything else but that. If anything, you are taking away business with your lack of work ethic. Please excuse yourself; perhaps, the fast-food industry is more fitting for your standard.I wish you improvement in your career. .

I viewed a young man greeting all the customers and wanted to experience it myself. I then came back to this location on 12-24 and the store was sooo busy I was greeted by 4 staff members on different occasions and was assisted by employees Derrick and Aaron who went above and beyond to help me with my Christmas gifts for my Family. This is a one of a Kind location and I had to make this post to show others that great Customer service still exist!!!
She Lives In Purpose: My experience at H&M Northlake was Amazing!!! I found the ladies clothes to be at a great price and very fashionable. The Manager Derek was very helpful and also very polite. I will continue to go out of my way to shop at this location!!!

P L: So I made the mistake of going to the Kohls near rivergate. The cashier tried to get me to sign up for a kohl's credit card. After I repeatedly refused (6x) she tried to trick me into signing up by not clearing the screen where you have to put in information that would sign you up. She also gave me misleading information about this. I then informed her that stating misleading information to get someone to sign up for credit is fraud. Only then would she clear the screen to allow me to pay without signing up. The manager was watching all this so I'm assuming this is common practice. My real concern is I can see that an elderly or otherwise comprised person would be tricked into signing up. Beware!

The Zedd Hotel: Great store but terrible customer service except for the fabulous lady with the red hair, they followed us around and watched us like hawks as if we were shoplifting. Completely unprofessional and unacceptable. There is a need for better policy preventing that kind of customer abuse from happening. One of the employees almost took our cart and pretended to pick up a shirt after we said something. Retrain your freaking staff like are you freaking serious right now? I'm not impressed. We still bought from your store but I'll definitely be hitting up corporate over this. Like ok, we look rough, we work night shifts and we're tired. SMH

Milan Lockhart: I’ve been a fan of H&M for years and loved the brand, but this store is horrifically managed and is not worth the visit. This might be the only store in the country where the fitting rooms are closed in February of 2023 due to COVID, and where clothes that were literally never worn (couldn’t try them on first to make sure they fit as no fitting room) can’t be exchanged due to “looking worn”. Great way to permanently lose a long time customer.

Tia Williams: I’ve never been in a more disgusting dressing room. There was trash and dust all over the floor and the curtains had huge stains all over them. Stains were also on the floor, It was very obvious it had not been cleaned in a very long time. When I got to the cashier my encounter with Dominic was the only good experience I had in the store, he was very knowledgeable and should be considered for management to get this store back organized.

Edmundo Obando: They left a tag on my jacket. Now I have to drive back to an HM store to get it off. I tried to get H&M to comp me with 20% off the purchase, but they said the best they can do is 10% off an online purchase. I said that that was a terrible deal since that solution would be me just spending more money, and doesn’t compensate for the past purchase. Then the customer service rep Emily hung up on me.
Peggy Moore: I made a special trip to the store in South park mall and had to wait for an hour for the store to open after calling the corporate office. This was the only store that I was planning to visit while in this mall so my time was really waisted. I love their selection of clothes but I will go to another store that's farther away before I visit here again.

Sam Pender: Never went to a well organized H & M store, always clothes on the floor and price or size not posted, in this case, a pile of shoes that were getting sorted but blocked an aisle. Friendly cashier and an associate asked if needed anything, and well lit.
