andrea Vargas: if i could give 000 i would, this afternoon i drove for an hour just to get to this store, i was so excited to buy some glasses since last week i lost my favorites, when i entered the store i went directly to the shelf where the glasses were sun, a boy approached me "unfortunately I did not ask his name" I asked him the price of three that I liked and he looked at me from head to toe and said "they are very expensive and I will only give you the price if you are going to buy" I looked into his eyes and I just left, it made me feel very bad for belittling me, so I left and I was able to buy them in another store in the same mall, my complaint is, how is it possible for a seller to get carried away by appearances, he preferred to be rude and lose a good commission

His attention to detail is evident throughout the store, and he goes above and beyond to help customers with any issue. Another standout employee is Jontai, who handles everyone in the store with the same level of care and professionalism. If you're looking for a great experience with the Gucci brand, I highly recommend visiting this store!

Emory: This location has POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE response and followup. I had to contact Client Services several times to contact the store repeatedly for an item requested for purchase that was not responded to in days. Eventually gave up.When you go to the physical store, it's not any better. You have to wait outside in line for excessive amounts of time to spend your money, and even to browse only. This location is definitely not a reflection of the higher standards of treatment you receive at other US and non-US Gucci stores. Will not be dealing with this Charlotte location even though I live in Charlotte. Worth the headache to travel somewhere else if there's something you want or just choose another luxury label altogether!

Cory Lambert: This was my first - and last - experience with NM at Southpark Mall. I’ve been a native of Charlotte my entire life, and am well-aware that Southpark has always catered towards a financially-affluent consumer audience. Now in my adulthood, and with expendable income, I ventured into NM last week to purchase a Chanticalle foundation that I saw online. This is the only store in the area that sells it in-store and I needed to be color matched before spending $130 on makeup. The Chanticalle makeup counter consultant was pleasant and respectful. She even upsold me a $120 sunscreen/primer. I want to note that I told her I was apprehensive of the formula, as I have very oily skin and she assured me it would work and be light-weight enough for daily wear and to “just give it a try”. At no point did she mention a return policy or that I couldn’t bring it back to exchange it for store credit if her color-match was off (given they have fluorescent lighting in the store and it turned out to be much too orange in natural light). I tried it for two days and it was awful; I looked like an oil slick. I decided to return it, as I obviously cannot use it and do not want it. However, upon my entrance into the store today, I was met with looks of “she’s too poor to be here” - because I wasn’t wearing any up-scale brands like LV, etc. I was in tasteful (and expensive) black leggings and a t-shirt. I went directly to the Chanticalle counter and waited to be greeted by THREE different female consultants - all of whom made eye contact with me, acknowledging my presence, and literally walked off to avoid me. I finally was able to get someone at the Chanel counter to help, but she said that she needed to find the woman who completed the sale because “they can’t take makeup returns and it’s on her to handle it.” So rude, to both me and her coworker. I then had to walk to the other end of the cosmetics department to find this specific consultant, who greeted me with nothing but a cold “what do you want?” stare. She acted like she hadn’t just been told by her coworker that I needed to make a return with her. She then sighed in my face, and walked me to the register, and asked if I’d used the product. Well duh … it’s makeup. How can I know if it works for me if I don’t use it? She said their store policy is that can’t take back any item that “isn’t in re-sellable condition” (which is ridiculous, considering the inherent nature of cosmetics …) She then said that she would “do it this one time but in the future, they can’t do any more favors like this.” I was flabbergasted! Then she couldn’t even get the register to process my return for three tries. At the end, she literally just handed me my return receipt and walked off. Never in my life have I been treated with such prejudice at a store that I’M PAYING TO BE IN. I will never again come to NM, as it’s obvious they are cheap (because who in the world is re-selling used, returned “luxury” items??) and do not have the competency to train their staff that any customer has the capacity to be a sale - not just the ones that “look” rich.

Mussango Manga: Went there on the 25 of September, dealt with Kristin M and Alexis B per what the receipt said. The first person that talked to us was very rude, she had a very curt and short tone, it seemed as if we were not welcomed there or that she was having a bad day. She was near the jewelry section and when I asked a question about if I could get a certain necklace she had an attitude about it and only took it to the register, didn’t ask me if it was the right one or anything. After dealing with her then there was a woman by the wallets treated us the same way. Finally just having enough and went to the cashier to buy the things I was getting was about to get rung up the guy that was there but she insisted on ringing me up and made snide comments the whole process. It seemed like me buying things was basically stealing from the store. I love going to Kate Spade and have a lot of merchandise from them. I’ve never felt so disrespected. Hopefully this store fixes this because this doesn't seem like how they want to be represented.

As I was walking behind Zaina, the girl w the braids stopped me and told me to put on a mask. I’m giving my review a 5 star solely on the basis of Zaina. Honestly, if it wasn’t for her then I wouldn’t shop at KS again due to my experience.

I really liked a white leather tote. He told me that if I wear dark denim a lot, (which I do) that I probably wanted to stay away from white because the dye fades on the white leather. So honest and helpful! He even geared me toward a classic black purse when I told him I didn’t have time to swap out purses that often. My young son was with me and they were very welcoming to him as well. I paid with cash because my grandmother had given me bday money. I was a little embarrassed to be handing the lady at the register cash instead of a card. When I told her why I had cash she smiled and said, “what a sweet grandmother you have.” Would definitey shop there again!

The manager said she wouldn’t take it back because it had been more than a week that it was purchased and it’s not their policy to accept merchandise after a week, even though it’s defective and a tailor said it could not be repaired. Most businesses thrive on customer service and to make sure that their customer is happy. NOT THIS PLACE. I do not recommend shopping here and I would spend my money elsewhere. The attitude of the store manager was dispassionate at best.
