Lanier Hasty: I would not normally write a review, bad or good but I am so upset with Fabletics. I placed an order with them on Oct 31st, 2022 for 2 pair of leggings. They were on sale for $15.99 a piece. I made my payment through, PayPal. Today, I got a message from PayPal that they had paid Fabletics $54.99. I quickly logged on to look at my PayPal account to see what was going on. Not only had they charged my card $54.99 on Dec 13th, 2022, they had charged it for $54.95 on Nov 12th, 2022 as well! I was freaking out thinking someone was using my PayPal account. I immediately filed a dispute claim with PayPal and later got an email from them saying that my dispute was settled and that nothing was wrong with my account. I then called customer service at Fabletics to find out what was going on and to my utter shock when I bought those 2 pair of leggings in November, I also evidently signed up for Fabletics monthly membership! I tried in vain to tell the gentleman on the phone that I NEVER signed up for any membership. When he asked me what I wanted him to do, I told him I wanted a refund of $109.90! He then said, "why don't you go on the website and buy some things on there since you have a membership!" I work for a non-profit veterinary hospital. I barely make enough money to care for my kids. $109.90 is a lot of money to me, especially at Christmas. I must have told him at least 6 times to CANCEL MY MEMBERSHIP. He told me that it would be cancelled but I would not be getting a refund. I am just sick that I would be so stupid as to sign up for something that I had no clue I was signing up for. I feel so ashamed of myself. I hope this review helps others not to make the same mistake I did.

Ms. PBD (Perfectly Flawed): I want to first state this review is for customer service via the phone. I am unable to speak on the store but from the reviews I am not sure it would be any better. I noticed on my pay pal account that I was charged. You know it $49.95 after I completed the skip month. I called in and was advised that it did not process. What? I have the confirmation showing it did process, moving on. I stated that I just made a large purchase and I don't want to be charged another $50 and thy correct it since they can see it did not process properly. The representative stated that she cannot but I can use it as a credit to another purchase. HELLLO! I don't need a credit I need my funds. I stated well since you will not refund me the membership fee I already skipped. Cancel the membership and refund me money period please. Of course in script, I was advised that my membership would be cancelled and I would receive a full refund. I requested the supervisor thinking is this a prank? You will not refund because of a system glitch but you will for cancelling the membership. The supervisor is just as oblivious as the customer service rep. I explain that I wanted the membership but my hand was forced. Her response, well your membership has been cancelled and you will be refunded your money in 7 to 10 business days. I was so over it and the poor service received these days I said whatever send the refund please. And now I will be monitoring for a refund to my pay pal. I will give everyone a tip make your purchases through pay pal you have a better chance of protecting yourself at least you will get a notification if a purchase is made.

Scott: Stay away from this place. Anybody who gives it more than one star is nuts. They charge us 50 bucks a month and then when we’re finally ready to order, they charge all sorts of extra taxes. Quality products is below average. It’s a total scam.

Valerie Pinnock: First time Athleta experience here : my visit was honestly magical. I’m greeted at the door by a polite and enthusiastic lady that informed me of their sales available. I entered the shop to find mannequins modeling clothing in a variety of sizes. I can already tell this is a body positive place. And the extended sizes are not an effort to hide your body; they are actually super cute pieces that you’ll want to rock in public, as well as during your workout. I wandered the store and found myself touching everything. The fabrics are so incredibly soft. If Athleta could start making linens and bedspreads I will completely support the mission. Unlike other recent shopping experiences, Athleta has their fitting rooms open. I should add, I’ve been incredibly cautious with Covid and felt completely safe. Everything I tried on was a great fit, and I discovered that almost (if not all) of the pants had POCKETS! This is a huge deal as a female that has been deprived of real pockets in clothing. My only negative observation was that the prices were more than I would typically spend, however, for around $130 I received adorable yoga pants with pockets, a super cute tank, two face masks that match my outfit, hand sanitizer, a self esteem boost, smiles all around, and possibly new friends with every employee that I came in contact with. Absolutely no regrets. Thank you Athleta for being an absolute ray of sunshine.

I find this a bit odd and wonder if there was a different reason that she wouldn't actually sell the shoe to us.

Ashley Jones: Today I was in the fitting room trying on some clothes when a man came in to pick up packages. (Not sure why they let a man in the women's changing room to begin with.) I already felt uncomfortable. Just as I bent over to pull up my jeans the fitting room clerk opened the curtain to see if the packages he was there to pick up where in my room. Needless to say they were not and the man and that women saw everything from an angle less than desirable. It was very humiliating and embarrassing. Not impressed with the customer service on this day.

I recommended your product and brand to a friend just starting her journey to fitness and you royally screwed up. Your hand held scanner did not work (has happened to me so many times in gap related stores) and she ended up charging on a different credit card at the register per an assoc recommendation. When her charge statements came in both cards were charged with same amounts and of course no receipt had been issued with the "non-functioning" hand held. Your web service and the store itself would not refund the duplicate charges even though she had proof that both charge cards were charged for the exact same items (over $400) worth at the same time!!!! Come on Athleta - you can do better. I will NEVER purchase from you again and will recommend everyone at my gym also stop shopping with you or at least to be extremely careful in any purchase - you do not stand by your mistakes and customers do not matter.

Courtney Reisig: Once again, so happy with this store! Their products are so high quality but WITHOUT the OVERLY high prices of some other athletic stores (cough cough LuluLemon). Their Pranayama wrap is probably the best thing they have ever made! So comfy and cozy and perfect for so many different temperature ranges. I also love that most of their leggings have the side pockets now. It's so nice to have a pocket that actually fits things we carry like phones etc. As far as the store goes, I am always blown away by the kind people that work here. They are so helpful in finding what I need and in getting me the right pieces for my workouts and lifestyle. Thank you for the great service and wonderful conversation!
