Milan Lockhart: I’ve been a fan of H&M for years and loved the brand, but this store is horrifically managed and is not worth the visit. This might be the only store in the country where the fitting rooms are closed in February of 2023 due to COVID, and where clothes that were literally never worn (couldn’t try them on first to make sure they fit as no fitting room) can’t be exchanged due to “looking worn”. Great way to permanently lose a long time customer.

Tia Williams: I’ve never been in a more disgusting dressing room. There was trash and dust all over the floor and the curtains had huge stains all over them. Stains were also on the floor, It was very obvious it had not been cleaned in a very long time. When I got to the cashier my encounter with Dominic was the only good experience I had in the store, he was very knowledgeable and should be considered for management to get this store back organized.

Edmundo Obando: They left a tag on my jacket. Now I have to drive back to an HM store to get it off. I tried to get H&M to comp me with 20% off the purchase, but they said the best they can do is 10% off an online purchase. I said that that was a terrible deal since that solution would be me just spending more money, and doesn’t compensate for the past purchase. Then the customer service rep Emily hung up on me.
Peggy Moore: I made a special trip to the store in South park mall and had to wait for an hour for the store to open after calling the corporate office. This was the only store that I was planning to visit while in this mall so my time was really waisted. I love their selection of clothes but I will go to another store that's farther away before I visit here again.

A Savage: Every time I come to this location they close early, it’s either 7 o’clock 730. It’s inconsistent. If you’re going to close early just close early every day I’m sure this is a violation of the contract that they have with this particular mall. They’re supposed to stay open until eight.

David Cruz: No assistance was provided in the fitting room. As the team just stood around being generally unhelpful and unproductive it seemed as if some patrons brought a Pacsun shopping bag into the dressing area and were possibly inserting unpaid merchandise there-in. There was a great selection of sizes and styles but the one item we wanted seemed to ring up at more than the ticketed price without any outlet discounts applied. Again the cashier was too unmotivated to offer to look into it so we passed on it. Better luck next door at Aeropostale where the team of two offered to take our items out of our hands and start a fitting room for us. They also helped us find sizes once we started trying things on. We walked out with 3 finds.

Melissa Toro: I came in the other night & was greeted by a warm face with Dominic (sp) & Ed who works the cashier & seems to be in a leadership position was also really helpful. I was even given a Spring discount on top of my purchase because Ed knew I was starting a new career. It may have been something that was already offered on top of my 50% off but it seemed really intentional & thoughtful. Don't let these two go ever, JCREW, & pay these men more please. They deserve it & work in a busy area where we all like our timeless styles. :)Clean store. Smaller & an outlet but perfect to grab something timeless on the go.

They thought it was easier to get rid of me instead of dealing with the real issues at hand. So if your looking for a job here, watch your back and keep your guard up.

ten dwilliams: J.Crew is a rare find store. For years, I overlooked because the marketing manican was so conservative which doesn't fit my personal flare and budget. However, I enjoy the location at South Park Mall area. Select items are must have. The team is courteous, warm, and friendly. Prices are super reasonable when on clearance. Chris Hickman: Went in to return a pair of shoes that just weren’t what I expected when I ordered. The guy in a plaid shirt, caramel cardigan and beard with mask took the box from me, scanned it asked for my email and said “your all set”. I went over to look for a blazer and to browse the new stuff and he never once acknowledged my existence. Now for the record EVERYTHING I was wearing was JCrew and yes I love the product! But despise the way I was received and treated. Assuming a key carrier or Manager of some kind that doesn’t realize that the reason he works and has the job is because of people like me purchasing. So in the future be a bit more friendly.
Kim Pham: I am in front of the store writing a review. I needed to do it because it needed to address this right away.I was only in the store for about 30 seconds, looking for a particular item. The lady (blonde, short and heavy) was in the middle of a conversation with her co-worker. I walked up to her & waited politely without saying anything, so I could let her finish the conversation. She "side-eyed" me and asked if she could help me with anything. I proceeded to show her the picture of what I was looking for, and she decided that they did not have the item in the store. The dismissive demeanor is unnecessary; then she added her "eyes roll" while I was walking away, signaling to her co-worker as if I am such a bother to her while she's at work.Lady, I am going to say this as kindly as possible. Your appearance is not already a bad look to the store; please try to make up for it with your customer service. If you want to engage in a conversation that is not bringing business to your employer, then have it outside of work on your own time. I am sure the company you are working for expect business, and you are doing everything else but that. If anything, you are taking away business with your lack of work ethic. Please excuse yourself; perhaps, the fast-food industry is more fitting for your standard.I wish you improvement in your career. .

Jennifer Luquire: I typically always find several items at a really decent price here, but what is up with the poor customer service? I walked into the store and had no fewer than 5 employees walk by me without a hello or greeting at all. Finally, a male employee said hello and asked if I needed any help about 10 minutes into my visit. While I appreciate not being bombarded with offers of help upon arrival, it wouldn’t be too much to offer a friendly “hello,” would it?
Chelsea Grove: Work at a restaurant in the area and stopped in to check out their selection. Definitely had some great deals BUT customer service was horrendous. Now I don’t usually shop at J crew. And I definitely don’t look like I shop at J crew but have been trying to find simple staples for my wardrobe at a decent price. Tried a few things on but wasn’t a great fit for my body type as I am curvy. The dressing rooms were dirty. And nobody assisted me (asked if I wanted different sizes, made suggestions, or even attempt to upsell) The girl working the register looked at me like I just called her mother a b*&$h. I mean I could almost tangibly feel her disdain. If your looking for somewhere to shop in Park Road shopping center I would definitely suggest the boutiques. Everyone was so nice at the other two shops I went to.

Melanie Wall: I am an avid shopper at Gap, BR, Old Navy & Athleta and will continue to shop there.HOWEVER, my word was questioned and disregarded when I returned an item that I had NOT worn in the SouthPark store. A gentleman (that I will call corporate with his register login to formally complain) took the item and removed the tags from the packet because I thought I’d be wearing them and that prompted me to confirm they had not been worn due to size but I pulled the tags. He opened them and found “stains” on the pants and I repeated that I had not worn them so even more of a reason to return. He then educated me on their return policy “unworn and unwashed”. I was quite offended and have been shopping the brand for over 10 years. At this point, I repeated my simple statement again and made it clear that I was very disappointed in his actions.I have worked in retail many times and even familiar with the generosity of their sister store, Athleta, that allows for wearing and ability to return (which I’ve never had to utilize) but it tells me that the brand is very customer friendly. This man was not.

Another time I tried to return something and was told because tags were off they would take an exchange. Came back a week later and was told they could not take an exchange because tags were off. Confusing.

Kasey Salfrank: A bit hard to find items. But none the less H&M has cute clothes. I went for office clothing and was able to find a few items and it didn’t break the bank. But definitely take your time in there because things are scattered all over the place and you have to search for items sometimes. I’m sure the employees try their best to keep it organized but people just place items wherever they want.
Skylar Williams: My Experience in this location came on 12-22-2022. My experience at H&M Northlake was that the staff was super friendly and very Helpful. I viewed a young man greeting all the customers and wanted to experience it myself. I then came back to this location on 12-24 and the store was sooo busy I was greeted by 4 staff members on different occasions and was assisted by employees Derrick and Aaron who went above and beyond to help me with my Christmas gifts for my Family. This is a one of a Kind location and I had to make this post to show others that great Customer service still exist!!!
She Lives In Purpose: My experience at H&M Northlake was Amazing!!! I found the ladies clothes to be at a great price and very fashionable. The Manager Derek was very helpful and also very polite. I will continue to go out of my way to shop at this location!!!
