We enter the store and start looking around. The cashier comes from around the counter and pretends to "dust" while keeping her eyes on my partner. I noticed this, got her attention and we immediately left. That was my first ever experience of such a thing first hand. (Racism, prejudice, stereotypes) will never go away. She had no reason to think we'd steal other than us just being black. I was angered by the whole experience.

Sandy Snyder: Do NOT go here!!! They ROBBED ME $70! I came here 10/04/21, in the evening, to shop for some lingerie. Because of COVID, the fitting rooms were closed. I was hesitant to buy anything without trying it on first, but I was assured I could return the items within 30 days as long as I have the original receipt (A lady with very short hair told me this). So I bought 2 similar pieces, knowing I'd likely only keep the one that fit/looks best on me. I tried them on that night when I got home and knew immediately which one I would return. I almost returned it 10/06/21, but I had a conflict and a busy week in general. I was thankful to have 30 days to return it. Just 6 days after my purchase, on 10/10/21, I had time to return it. It was a different lady helping me, and she had to call the manager to walk her through how to do a return. Well apparently, they have a 3 day policy, not 30 days, even though I was assured "30 days" multiple times from the original staff member. I was furious as I came so close to returning it just 2 days later. Heck, I could have returned it the same night if I knew their true return policy. I WAS LIED TO! I wish I got the "30 days" lie in writing or on video. The manager never offers to talk to me on the phone. They hang up, so I ask the lady to call the manager back and ask if I could perhaps get store credit instead of money back. (I was lied to after all!) She calls the manager back and then relays to me that I could only get store credit if I returned it within 3 days because ... get this ... THEY DON'T DO MONEY BACK! So not only did the original lady lie about 30 days, but she also lied about me getting my money back. UNBELIEVABLE. These employees are either LYING or NOT TRAINED to the store's actual return policies. I WILL NEVER GO BACK! This store doesn't deserve your business.

Karol: I like the visual communication of Bictoria Secrets. I'm only going to talk about soap creams and perfumes, which is what I usually buy. Be prepared to spend more than necessary because they always have some crazy promotions that nobody understands but actually force you to buy more, for example one product is worth $27 two for $34.90 something like that. This last time I went to the store I just wanted a moisturizing body cream and nothing else, I ended up leaving with four products. Congratulations to the brand's sales strategy team, they managed to make me buy more than I needed.

Steven: The manager is a colorist. I walked in me being (AA) she was already startled & appalled for me to be in such a place. She then followed me and my boyfriend who is also (AA) & Mind you the store is filled with customers that don't look like us. She proceeds to ask the only (AA) in there "Do you need help with something?" I politely said "no" & then she proceeds to stand there less then 5 feet away watching until I finally picked something. If I didn't have a gift card they would have never gotten my money. I don't play fire with fire but she was surely about to get burned. Keep it cute, Karen!

Amber Pitts: We came this past Thursday, Veterans Day 11/11. I checked out the store but didn't see anything I wanted until I stumbled upon the clearance racks. I saw several different leggings options (exactly what I was looking for). I saw a nice pink color (mauve-ish, and sorted through to find my size. There were plenty to choose from on the clearance racks. On top of the racks, they show the original price, along with the new price of 60% discounted. I was super happy to find a pair on clearance, in my size, in a color I liked! I took them up to the register to check out. The associate rings them up, and it only took $11 off, bringing them to ~$30 some dollars. On clearance, they should have been closer to $19-$20. I asked if that was the discounted price and she let me know it was. I asked her why the 60% didn't come off and she told me they were full price, not clearance. I then let her know that I got them off the clearance rack, and that there were quite a few of the same ones on that rack. She then replied that she could give me 40% off but sternly said 60% off was not an option. I told her I wasn't going to purchase since they were on the clearance racks but would not be 60% off. I left the store empty handed. Be aware that they have options on the clearance rack, MORE than one of an item, but they will not guarantee that they are on sale. I assume the store is very disorganized since an item with plenty of options on a certain rack, isn't in fact supposed to be there and the associates will not honor the placement of items they have put on their racks. Poor service, not-so friendly associates, disorganized store = no going back. Warning for everyone else who likes to shop here.

Sharon Nichols: The window says limit 100 persons in store due to covid...there were13 customers in this store, with at least half that many employees; with two of them halting/guarding people at the doors. Girl said letting in as many as they could aid n sanitize after. There was no sanitizing going on. Felt rushed as they kept checking on. And it was the ONLY store in the entire outlet of 99 stores that was limiting customers.
Michael R: I wanted to thank American eagle for saving g me several hundred dollars today due to there terrible service. After all the marketing and work the company does to get a customer to purchase their merchandise poor execution at the register is completely unacceptable. Several cashiers just decided to wonder off leaving me waiting to check out. After the first one left to take a casual stroll to the back of the store, another one did the same thing both returning in two minutes to help the third cashier fold clothes for a customer being rung up. When a fourth employee meandered to the register and just started talking to the rest of the cashiers I just dumped what I had in the box by the line and walked out. I was in the premium outlets at around 1pm 1/1/21 watch the tapes if you would like to train your staff on how to not do business.

Sylvie Brockman: This was my first time visiting this store after I was afraid to just order online without trying anything on. I did not feel welcomed, when I asked for suggestion the sales associates were rude and not helpful at all! I could hear them arguing at the counter as well. The one young girl at the register was nice, but the rest should not be working with customers at all! I had a very negative vibe being there and definitely will not be back. Shopping for bras and underwear is very intimate and can be frustrating for a woman. I will go back to Victoria’s secret where the sales people are always very helpful and nice.

She walked us to a fitting room and shortly after fitted my cousin and I comfortably. Made us feel great, brought us options and was helpful. Sara Uicker: I love the Soma Products because I cannot use anything but wire bras. This last experience @ Stonecrest however, has left me questioning my continued patronage of Soma. After my online order was "mistakenly" cancelled I called the store and asked what had happened. They said it was just a mistake but since they were about to do inventory they were no longer accepting online orders. Not only that but when they cancelled my order there is now a hold on the card before the money returns to my account. So, I obviously then had to pay a second time in store when I did go to pickup my order. I just had nothing but issues with what should have been a pretty simple transaction. Coupled with the rude girl at the counter when I picked up my order just a genuinely bad experience in every facet.

I am a frequent customer of Soma and stopped by on my way to an appointment. I arrived a little before 10am, I tried to open the door at 9:57 and it was locked. I didn’t knock, and no employee was in site (which is totally fine). No problem, I patiently waited and read on my phone until the store was ready to open. A little after 10 a store associate came and unlocked the door, she flung that door open so aggressively and she gave me a look that could kill as if I annoyed her for being there. She didn’t say a word, turned right back around and let the door close in my face as she angrily walked off. I was so annoyed by her behavior that I turned right back around and got in my car. There’s no way I’m going to enter or spend my money at a store where the employees make you feel so unwelcome.
T G: Sales lady made my 14 years daughter feels so uncomfortable after trying to give life lesson. Therapy and get her breasts reduced because she was top heavy. Me as a mother working on her self esteem, Kelly ( sale person) knocked me back 5 steps. Consoling my baby girl as well drive home and inside I wanted to physically hurt this woman. The cashier who was new was pleasant. She smiled and was very nice. Meanwhile Kelly ( black woman who measured me and my daughter) should be band from the store so she can sit home with her 5 children that she so graciously stated. FYI: I am a black mother, a single mother that promotes positivity into my kids. I was very unsatisfied and will never go back to that store. Corporate needs to handle her before another parent takes it I to their own hands.
Louise Pratt: I recently was with a friend and she told me that I was wearing the wrong bra size. I was embarrassed by this so I wanted to go to a place that would help me get fitted. Kelly measured me and gave me a couple bras to try on. She told me the differences between the lines. This is an excellent place to go for a good bra. No pressure to buy anything either, although I ended up buying 2 and very happy with them. Kelly was very helpful and she even saved me 20% by signing up for an email.

Shelby Freeman: Best customer service experience of my life!!!! I live out of town and came here to get a few new bras after weeks of back and neck pain. I've been wrongly sized in bras for years, and these women spent an hour making sure I tried on all different types of bras, sized me properly, and made sure that I was 100% happy with what I was getting! I HIGHLY recommend and will travel to go back to this location. Super great ladies with loads of patience and eager to help!

Mike Williams: Don't order online from this place!! In fact don't buy from this place!! Really no stars! Soma was no help at all when I had an order shipped to a business address and it was delivered on a Saturday. Because the business was closed, the package went to a pick-up location. Over the phone, I was told I have to go pick it up myself. The whole point of having it delivered was because I don't have time to go get it at the store. They wouldn't even credit the extra I paid for express shipping.
