Michelle Broome: If I could rate one star I would. I purchased a pair of shoes online and accidentally had wrong address for shipping when order was placed. As soon as I realized my mistake I called to try and change the address. It was only about 10 hours after placing my order and it was still being processed however I was told they can not change my address or cancel my order at this point! So I am just out $90 because my package is going to another address and they told me there is nothing they can do. I’ve never been more displeased with a company.
Shereen: Lisa is one of the most helpful, knowledgeable and friendly employees I’ve ever met. She spent a lot of time trying to find the right shoe in stock for me as if I was the only one in the store. And she actually seems to enjoy her job, a rarity these days.

Sharon Roach: I watched the manager stand and stare at my daughter as she shopped. I watched her give signals to another white employee to watch another black woman. This was blatant racial profiling and its awful! We put our shoes back and left the store immediately.
Yollied “Ms. Yollie”: I didn't find a thing. Actually when I entered the door the person came out from nowhere and started offering us help. I felt like she was watching us the entire time. So I opted out of buying anything from them.So unless you are Caucasian I don't recommend this place, because you will be watched.

Even better customer service than when I went gown shopping for my wedding dress.As soon as I walked in Jay greeted me and asked me what I needed assistance with. I brought it 2 shoes that I got from Rack Room that I needed to exchange. Jay did not waste any time and called the closest store that had my size and looked online to find my sizes too. He seamlessly fixed all my problems within a few minutes and I left a very satisfied customer. Thanks Jay! You deserve a raise.

Tiffany Tyson: The shoes to choose for comfort and cute. I have some white ones and I accidentally spilled some crab boil sauce on one shoe. ( the orange sauce full of oil) while in Florida. When I arrived back home days later, I put them in the washer and they came out perfect. I can wear them at work or with a flirty dress.. just perfect.. oh yea.. and dress them down.. just invest in a pair. The costume service at this location is good.. they aren't over bearing and they know what they are talking about.

Gavin Mcmanus: This place is so great, I have only been to Belk a few times in the past, but this location makes me want to come back again asap!! It has four floors and is by far their biggest location, if you like shopping come here, if you don’t like shopping, still come here. They even have a restaurant on their bottom floor! There are so many good deals, like 50% off everything (except select items) most of their items were on doorbuster so I couldn’t use my coupon, I got a spinner suitcase that is normally $149.99 for only 49.99, I got a super cute decorative pillow that is normally $50 for only $12, I got a really nice Baja hoodie that is normally $160 for only $47, they also had a sale on beach towels, buy ONE get TWO free!! I definitely will be back!

She’s been there a while because I’ve seen her in action and yesterday she tried me. Bottom line is her energy is off, she’s aggressive, combative at the register with guest, and quiet frankly not the person you want to chat with when your about to spend hundreds of dollars. She’s an older women….Dillards I can’t be the first to say something, so you know who this is.

I decided to walk into Dillard's because I didn't have any luck in Macy's on what I was looking for. So, I was in between buying a Coach or Michael Kors bag. I searched Coach bags but I need something that was going to POP for Spring. 🙂 They had a markdown on their bag today which was awesome. So, the hot pink bag stood out for me because I love pink. Originally it was $168 but, the steal was $100. So, then I got a mini wallet with originally was $76 but, the steal was $46. I had an amazing day & ended it with a cinnamon & sugar pretzel w/ a lemonade from Auntie Annie's. 🙂 Ladies, there's some awesome deals if you need any ideas for Mother's Day, birthdays or just for retail therapy.
