Well, first off they are curbside pick up only when every other store is open at limited capacity. Went online and it says curbside pick up is available. Upon arrival the manager stopped us rudely at the door and told us we were not allowed to come in and shop because it says curbside pick up only online which is clearly not communicated well. He rudely stated multiple times online curbside pick up only which after showing and telling him that’s not the case he said how about you follow us on social media to find that out which I shouldn’t have to. Customer service means everything nowadays so maybe you should Select your managers more carefully. Especially during these hard times and wanting to support small you lost a big sale that could’ve happened today.

It takes a lot of work to create something unique and the team at 704 does that so well, from cool designs to the the attention they pay to materials, delivery time, and in-store experience. If you’re not on their weekly mailing list, get on it. The section they include on Charlotte history Chris contributes reveals things I don’t think I’d have learned otherwise.

I will be calling the news to do something about this as this is unnecessary actions from a MANAGER THAT IS MANAGING A STORE.. I will also call corporate for Ross and give this complaints so they will know how much money Ross is loosing because of this so call manager..

No big deal if something happened and they were understaffed or something. What really got to me was the employee that taped this on the window in my face and basically gave me a “f” off attitude when I tried to ask a question. I wish she had a name tag so I could identify her. If Express corporate sees this review, it is August 19th, 2022 shortly after 7:00pm ET. Maybe you can see who was working and address this.

Daisy Flower: Ross is a great place to find deal if you don't mind digging around. The merchandise seems to change from store to store, perhaps catering to the demographics of the shoppers. This particular location is a little dirty and often picked over to the point of empty shelves. There is also a shortage of cashiers. I understand employees are hard to come by now, but I've seen them walk away from registers instead of helping. I've left potential purchases behind because of the wait to check out. I've also been interested at looking at jewelry which is inside a case but was unable to find someone to open it. These things lead to the three-star review, yet I continue to frequent the store. The employees are personable, polite and light hearted. I've also come across some great finds, it's always hot over miss at any Ross.

There was a customer that said something which I'm no sure what it was and he replay "see people, exactly like this is how you do it" but no in a good way, she was being rude to the lady, I need to mention this, the lady was white and next customer was a black lady who he told no to worry and took her shopping cart back to it place. Yes, he treats different white and Hispanic customer that black customers. I'm no sure if he was under any medication or something else, the way he was acting was gross. Oh, no mention the music, rap music, dirty vocabulary! Very nasty experience.This store is close to my job, it's the reason why I have stopped there, I have seen the other guy, store manager I believe he is, he is nice and respectful to EVERY customer, no matter if white, black or Latino. There is a couple of good nice employees but most of them are so rude to most customers but the black ones, YES, most of the employees are being racism.Infront of me was a lady paying for her stuff and after she pay she clock out, I have been working for retail before, I know you are no supposed to be shopping during your working hours, i see now why time it's no enough to organize and clean the store, employees spend time doing personal shopping.Just because it's a Ross store, don't hired any random weird guy just to fill up positions, he wasn't even doing nothing but making customers uncomfortable.
