Camden Gallery Apartments: what do users think?
cmarr: Although I didn’t end up choosing Camden Gallery due to cost and distance from my office, Natalie was such a huge help when I was touring and going through the search process. Thank you!
Madi Riggs: Kayla was amazing. Answered all our questions and was very personable!
Jackson Campbell: I just moved in, and to be in the heart of Southend here is really nice. Camden gallery is really nice and the management does a great job to keep things top notch
Reagan Werner: First of all, there is an emergency number to call if necessary and the people who answer are extremely kind and helpful.Second, the people in the leasing office are very friendly and try to be as accommodating as possible. With a job that has a lot of hours, it is not always easy to take care of an apartment, but they try to make it as easy as possible.Specifically, after trying to deal with an incident that felt out of my control, Jamie in the leasing office went out of her way to help resolve the issue and prevent anything like that from happening again. The last apartment I lived in had a leasing office that would not have cared at all or done a thing. It means a lot to have a person like that trying to look out for residents.
Jake Bischoff: Camden Gallery and its staff were fantastic. My leasing agent, Kayla, was a huge help in getting me setup, she made a seemingly intimidating process extremely easy! I love the location and the units were really nice and updated
Johnny Chun: Everything has been great since moving in! Kayla and others in the office are very accommodating and helpful as well!
Cassie Dockery: Unprofessional and rude owner, would not recommend this place.
Striking _: “Delivery Drivers like myself are forced to walk down long corridors delivering to 5+ different floors. 40-50 packages takes almost an hour when we’re forced to go to everyone’s door.Get a locker system or at least a package room and maybe my experience/ review will change. We have other stops to deliver to as well. More than you would think. “EDIT:^^^^ That was my original review I left.^^^^When I first started working at Amazon, I delivered to Camden quite often. One day, I learned that the manager at Camden reported me for “mishandling packages.” After Amazon looked into it, it turned out the manager mistaken me for another delivery driver and made a false report, and the report was deleted. That was their first mistake. After that incident, I left the Google Review. As you can see, the review is professional, and simply states my bad experience delivering packages to this location. One day shortly afterwards, the property manager approached me at Camden while I was working and asked me to take down the review. She did NOT address the issues I stated in the review, she just made it very clear that she did not like my review. She clearly did not care about my concerns, just the fact that my review reflected badly on her business.Today 11-2-22, she banned me from the property for simply leaving the above review. Also reported me to Amazon in attempt to get me fired. (Which did nothing because I did nothing)This was their second mistake. It was just very unprofessional on the property managers behalf who was very rude and disrespectful towards me today, I knew better than to give her a reaction, instead I come here.Hopefully you learned something from this. While you have the right to ban me from the property, I have the right to leave a Google review- which is, in fact, freedom of speech.
Brooke B: Do not live here. This is one of the most mismanaged apartments I have ever lived in and I regret renewing my lease here. We only had about a week to make our decision to renew our lease with their so called "deal" and we were out of town so we could not tour other places. The pressure of the decision caused us to re-sign. Management is terrible and they do not care about their residents. They charge you for "violations" and when you prove you were never in a violation, they refuse to refund those charges. They claimed we canceled our renter's insurance and charged us $75 and there was proof it was never canceled or lapsed, yet they still refused a refund. They deliberately stopped replying to my emails as well. My husband sent an email to them and replied within an hour and have completely stopped replying to me. They also charge us for two parking spots when we only have one car. Hallways and stairwells are rarely cleaned, elevators and parking gates are constantly broken, packages are stolen and they do nothing but put the blame on residents for not being home when things are delivered, communication is very poor from the office staff and never take complaints seriously, they simply do not care about the residents. Random people constantly get into the building and car break ins occur. For as much as the rent is, things should be taken care of and residents should be cared for. They have no idea who we are and don't care to. The only staff members who care are the maintenance members. They are so friendly and kind, always saying hello in the halls and very pleasant when they come to take care of something. No other staff members do the same. There are much better places out there and I suggest you look there instead. They just care about how much money they can get from everyone.EDIT: The response from the complex below is incredibly inaccurate. They have done absolutely nothing and their so called direct contact was not directed toward me, only to my husband, and when he replied to their email they did not have the decency to even spell my email correctly so I never received a response. Absolutely nothing has changed and they still took our money and ran. They are full of nonsense excuses and blame residents for their mismanagement. They continue to make us feel unsafe where we live and we still cannot park near our apartment floor because they leave the gate open and they do nothing to tow cars that do not belong, especially on game days. It is not our responsibility to call tow trucks, it is theirs.
Blake Giles: Have lived here for a few years now. It used to be the best in the area and well deserving of 5 star reviews, but recent reviews citing mismanagement are spot on unfortunately. Maintenance team is fantastic though!
Pooja Memula: This place is horrible. I lived here for 2 years and had so many maintenance issues that were never properly fixed. So disappointed that we got charged for a paint job upon leaving despite leaving the apartment in such a clean condition considering it was given to us in such an awful condition.
Sundeep Podila: Horrible apartment. DO NOT LIVE HERE.Issues I had:1. Apartment was filthy when we moved in2. AC and heat broke constantly and instead of replace it, just patched it over and over. One time they took over one week to fix it in the middle of winter. Water leaked all over the floorboards as well and they had to replace them multiple times.3. The apartment above us constantly had parties until 3-4 am and the only real response was to call the police.4. There is a man that stands next to the Camden Road entrance who is constantly smoking and cursing at residents. I let the apartment know but turns out he’s a resident so they said nothing they can do. Truly felt unsafe walking into our own “luxury” apartment. For the amount they charge, it’s shocking the amount of issues we had.Live here at your own risk
Kristen Gillis: My experience has been TERRIBLE living at Camden Gallery. Would not recommend this place to my worst enemy.
Tim Rossland: Great Staff, Amenities, and the best location you could ask for. You can walk, scooter, or ride the train to anywhere in Southend or Uptown. Also be sure to check sites like craigslist for lease takeovers- you can usually find apartments not listed on their website, and for even less than the current online rates- worked out great for me!
John Willingham: I would not rent here! My daughters rent went up $200 the first year and $400 this year. If you lease an apartment know you’re rent will go up crazy amounts every year and the staff is not responsive to calls or emails… for the increase in rent they should be improving amenities but no plans to do that…
Nikita K: The highlight of my time renting here was how friendly and helpful all the staff were. I don't usually leave reviews, but had to make an exception here because it felt like they all went above and beyond to make sure you have a pleasant time here. The building is at a great location, across from the light rail station and right next to several food options. The fitness center is clean, feels welcoming, and is among the nicest I've toured in the area. Despite working mostly from home and being a light sleeper, I wasn't bothered by the amount of noise here during my lease.I had a good time here and would recommend it to others. Included a pic of my balcony view.
Gemela Kidada Davis: Blaze Pizza!
B H: Highly recommend Camden Gallery apartments! The building quality, amenities, and location are great which is apparent on any tour. The staff are probably the best aspect. The entire team at the front office are always smiling, friendly, available, and ready to assist with anything. The maintenance crew are very helpful, and no service request lasts 24hrs. without completion. Camden is constantly & actively improving the facilities, even when they may have been fine as they were. I lived there for 1yr. in 2021, and the only reason I left is because I bought a home.
Justine Watson: I absolutely love living here! The building is always neat and the service is great! The best spot in the south end by far! The leasing office is always helpful and available and makes living there fun and easy! I recently resigned a lease to stay another 15 months and moved to an apartment in the building that’s how much I enjoy living there!
colleen parker: I loved living in my studio apartment at Camden Gallery apartments. It was so fun living there for 6 months after selling my home in the suburbs. The apartments are right in the heart of Southend and within walking distance of great restaurants and shopping. I had a great view of the light rail from the picture window in the living area…which made the small studio seem larger and more open. The rooftop lounge area was a great place to relax with friends. All the Camden staff were very professional, kind and helpful. It was a great place to live while waiting to get into my house.
Anna: Positive:Professionalism,Quality,Responsiveness,ValueI recently toured Camden Gallery and was extremely impressed with the complex as well as the friendliness of the leasing office staff, everyone was incredibly helpful. The units, as well as the amenities are very nice and the location is awesome.

The Collective Apartments: what do users think?
Laurisha F: The collective has been my home since a little after it was built some years ago. I have seen every management team and owner.I must say that Caleb, Basia & Noel are the best management team that I’ve seen here! Most teams in the past remained unplugged and distant, but they are friendly and if you have an issue and mention it to them, they quickly respond and work to resolve it.Caleb and his team are actively improving the collective and bringing what it means to be “the collective” back to these apartments by building community through events and communication. They are also cleaning up the messes of building mismanagement that were left behind due to the pandemic and the months that followed. In short:Pros:-Great building location-Great staff-Great events nearby-Recently improved building maintenanceCons:-Would love to see the gate fixed & parking deck cleaned with power wash-Like most apts, you can sometimes hear a neighbor through a wall or the ceiling
M Stitt: I have been living in this complex for 2.5 years and I love living here. Caleb and his team are so involve to ensure the residents have everything we need and displays high levels of customer services. Very professional people and I enjoy watching the recent changes to the complex. I have recommended 2 friends to apply to live here in 2 months. Thank you for the impeccable work you do in the office so we are safe residing here!#collectivenoda!
Alex Phan: All I can say is place seems nice just from looking at the photos. Been trying to tour the place for a couple weeks but had to reschedule several times due to them overbooking. Will update.
Janet Renee: This creative and unique apartment community was right up my alley. The leasing and property management team are great. I appreciate their transparency. Property management isn't easy. In the past I've helped relatives manage their multi-unit properties, so I know how challenging it can be. I chose the community due to it's creative vibe and amenities.I'm looking forward to using the coworking space, gym, courtyard grills, and soundproof music lounge. I'm not much of a pool person but they have a pool too. The community also has a fire pit and social and entertainment spaces. I do love making S'mores on a firepit so I foresee myself doing that in the fall. The property management team seem to be working hard and doing their best. I'm a new resident, so keep that in mind, but my experience has been pleasant thus far and I'm happy to call The Collective NoDa home.
Brooks Koenig: This is the worst place I have ever lived in. I was here for 3 years and everything has gone DOWN hill. The management is trash, and the complex smells like the trash it's ran by. This only gets a star because Basia is amazing and the only one there who is worth it. Do not trust the reviews as they're offering discounts to 5 star reviews.
Tris Pinkney: I have been a resident here at The Collective since February 2021 and from that time until now the complex has gone downhill. It used to be a beautiful community, well maintained one you would love to invite your friends over because it stayed so clean and properly maintained. Now you see trash everywhere, running out the barrels, the carpet in the hallway is so filthy and disgusting, the entry walkways are always nasty and the mailroom area, well you can forget about it. I have had so many packages lost or taken it is ridiculous and that is because the building isn’t secured properly. Let’s not talk about the garage gate that was suppose to be fixed what now two years ago and they are always waiting on a part. I can’t speak on maintenance as others have, because they have come through, so far. But it is ridiculous that we are in July now and the pool isn’t open, not that I would get in as filthy as the water looked last year because they didn’t maintain it. But this community was very gorgeous and should not have been that hard to maintain but I guess when you change owners and they are only concerned about money and not concerned about the quality of the property this what happens, UNFORTUNATELY.
jessica washington: I had a tour here today and the woman, at the front desk wouldn’t let us in. Didn’t even get to do the tour and I definitely don’t want to live anywhere where the people in the leasing office are so RUDE and mad to be at work. She lied and said she had a 945 tour and that was a LIE, because I called up there and she said she was available. Wouldn’t recommend this apartment to anyone.
Sav Brewer: Had an awesome tour from Basia, she was so warm and welcoming with answers to any of my questions. The apartment complex is cute and smells very clean. Can’t wait to sign a lease here!
Logan Schlueter: Property is amazing. The rooms are laid out very nicely and Tim did an amazing job showing me around and answering all my questions.
parisa farmoudeh: Great management and staff, specially Basia! She is very responsive whenever I raise an issue, and she tries to resolve it very fast.
Tre’Von: I recently had the opportunity to go on a tour of The Collective led by Caleb and I must say it was a fantastic experience. Caleb was incredibly knowledgeable and enthusiastic about showcasing the features and amenities of the complex.Right from the start, Caleb was punctual and greeted me with a warm smile. He took the time to understand my requirements and preferences, ensuring that the tour was tailored to my needs. His friendly and approachable demeanor made me feel comfortable throughout the entire process.
Kathryn Hite: We have lived at the collective since 2021 and I agree with the other comments of someone who has actually lived here it has gone very downhill. It is truly impossible to reach anyone. The phone service was ridiculous and just forget about a response to an email entirely. Our pool hasn’t officially been open at all this summer. Some of this I will give them credit for because of the never ending construction next door but even before that it wasn’t really properly maintained. The gym is never stocked with cleaning supplies and the gate to the garage has been open for 2 years. Yes, it’s getting fixed but so is everything else in our building for the past two years. Change needs to happen for the collective and fast. The reason I’m giving it two stars is because we absolutely love our apartment and floor plan. The location is amazing. I wish the rest of the building lived up to it.
Aubrey Nealey: The only reason this place has any good reviews is because they offer a discount to applicants/new residents for them. This place is trash and way overpriced for what it is worth. This is the only complex I know in the surrounding area that the pool is closed. It didn’t open until a few weeks into June and now it is closed again. When it was open, the water was too disgusting to get in anyway. The gate has been broken since before I sign my lease last year. The complex says they are going to “fix it” then does absolutely nothing. It should not take over a year to fix. Meanwhile people have had their cars get broken into, including my roommates. Of course the apartment did nothing. Literally live anywhere else.
Nic Cardenas: Had a property tour with the property manager Caleb Jenkins, and he was very helpful and a big part of my final decision to pick the collective.
Keymarie Payne: One of the best apartment complexes I’ve ever seen and my touring experience was amazing. Caleb is one of the best property managers to ever grace the collective and I am looking forward to staying out there. I loved everything.
Rachel: This complex has gone downhill recently. They’re never in the office when they’re open, there’s no direct number to call them, they no longer adhere to maintenance emergencies (it goes to a call center and they do not answer your request on the weekend). My AC went out last summer when it was almost 100° and I have a pet. They fixed it after the weekend. Every single phone call is routed to a call center now. You cannot call their office directly. They’ve not sent any emails telling us when the new gate will be installed, so people have been parking in the deck and taking up spaces residents pay good money for… extremely unhappy with how this place is being run lately. It was fantastic in 2020. And since I’ve been trying and trying to talk to someone in person about it but they’re never in the office, I guess I will complain here instead.Update: they seem to have done away with the call center thank goodness. Hoping the complex is turning back around the way it used to be, which was awesome.
Shaun Smith: I had a couple tours with Basia. She was amazing to work with. We looked at three different apartments in the NODA area and The Collective was by far the best option.Very clean, great amenities and an amazing staff at the leasing office. I would definitely recommend if you’re looking to live in NODA.
Lilly Price: I had a great experience with Basia! We toured a two bed and she was super helpful with questions and was extremely courteous! We signed a lease her because of how well the customer service is and the amenities are amazing!! If you're looking at touring, I highly recommend!! We can't wait to move in :)
zoe k: Basia is probably the kindest and most personable agent I’ve met! She was incredibly knowledgeable about the amenities, floor plans and the neighborhood! She was able to answer all of our questions right away. The apartment and building itself is absolutely gorgeous! Everything is kept clean, tidy and beautifully decorated. We are so excited to be apart of this community!!
Alexis Miller: Basia has been so wonderful to work with! She happily answered all my questions and made the pre-move in process so smooth for me. I am excited to call The Collective my home!
Summer Moore: We are relocating from MI to NC and Basia from The Collective has been super helpful. Always answers calls right away, answers all my questions and sent us virtual walk tours as we could not view in person. Application process was super easy and quick, only a couple hours to be approved. Will update once we move in :)

Camden Southline Apartments: what do users think?
Christian: I’m just here to say that my last apartment’s dish washer did not wash the dishes well and they just told me to pre-wash better. Camden Southline got me a new dishwasher within a few days when the original one stopped draining. It seems petty but a working dishwasher is a big deal. Thank you! Our maintenance team rocks!
John Stahlbusch: Great community. Best apartment and community I’ve moved to in years.
Alex Seabloom: Do NOT rent here. I've only been here for a few months and here's my experience so far:-Cars in the parking structure get broken into VERY frequently.-A $100 late fee for being 5 days late on rent (they don't give any warnings and will continue to charge you $100 PER DAY until you pay).-A false late fee charged to my account that "auditing should have caught" but conveniently did not.-"Amenities" that you're forced to pay for monthly along and additional fees (add about $125/month to the listed lease price to get your true monthly rent).-Leaks causing water damage to units.-The elevator was broken for nearly a month.-Fire alarms malfunctioning.-Third party rent payment that's basically one big ad (you can pay rent online but to set up auto-pay, you need to download an app).EDIT (for response from owner): Are the North Carolina regulations forcing you to charge five percent of rent for a late fee? And if it's a "one-time" late fee, why do you charge an additional 5% PER DAY until you receive payment? This seems predatory to me and I cannot imagine how someone struggling financially would be able to survive that.
Porter Goss: Lived here for almost 4 years and genuinely had not complaints. Everyone was always super helpful, the building was always clean, and I think Southline has the best pool/pool area in South End. I work in property management and I think this Camden team is doing an exceptional job.
Whitney Sansalone: Please google “Camden southline Charlotte crime”.Cons: place is getting broken into multiple times a month and management is doing absolutely diddly squat about keeping people and their belongings safe. All doors have been broken into and thief’s have stolen cars, bikes, and hundreds of packages. Management doesn’t even review tapes most of the time. They tell us to make sure not to leave valuables in our cars. Like no kidding. They need on site security. It’s been asked for soooo many times. Nothing. Yet rent has gone up 30% in the last year and 50% in 2 years.Personally, my car has been broken into, attempted bike theft (had a flat so they couldn’t ride it out), and had something stolen off a motorcycle. Also had our car that we pay for and is registered towed at OUR expense because the sticker came off the window (license plate is registered). Also we didn’t have a patio for 9 months because there was massive structural issues that needed fixing and they compensated us $50 a month which was basically an insult. The work got delayed multiple times, and “covid”.Pros: staff are all nice. Units are ok. Amenities are decent.Don’t waste your money here.Edit: I did reach out to camden management. More than 10 times. Nothing happened until the news feature.
Erynne Rasheed: Love the staff! The maintenance staff is so nice, respectful, and timely. The leading staff is so professional, knowledgeable, and helpful. The unit and amenities are better than others I had toured in the area too.
Tom Doyle: Garrett and the team are awesome and always friendly. Great property!!
Madison: Living here is amazing! I love the staff and they are very accommodating to my large german shepherd Milo and make me feel at home. I have not had a bad experience here! I accidentally hit the parking garage gate with my car causing some property damage and they were so understanding about it. I recommend living here so much. They really care about their residents!
Whitney Kerlin: Positive:Professionalism,Quality,ResponsivenessLiving at Camden Southline has been such a positive experience! The facility is well kept & the maintenance team is quick to respond to service requests. The leasing office also puts together frequent events on site for residents to shop local businesses. Great place to live!
Adam Caplinger: Positive:ValueOutstanding experience!
Sarah Richardson: I have only been a part of the Southline community for a week, but I can't imagine living anywhere else in South End. Natalie Case was incredibly responsive throughout my apartment search - answering both calls + emails within a couple of hours. When it came time to tour Southline, Natalie had found a unit that accommodated both my wants and needs. Again, huge shoutout to Natalie for making my move to Charlotte as smooth and painless as possible!
John Maurer: On a whim, I decided to stop by Camden Southline on a Saturday afternoon with little expectation of getting anything other than a cursory look around the ground level. I walked in the office and apologized for the unannounced drop-in, but Natalie Case was very happy to help. She gave me a property tour, explained all of the benefits, and was super nice and friendly. It was like hanging out with a friend. Not only did I get the unit I was looking for, but the staff was very helpful and courteous throughout the process. When I expressed interest in a storage unit and wanted to see it, another staff member was more than happy to show me the storage unit I was interested in.I have been a resident at Camden Southline for 2 months and could not be happier with my decision. All of the staff are very helpful, nice, and eager to make sure everything is going well. If I just happen to pop in the office to say hi, I am treated like a friend they are happy to see.
Brittney: Positive:Professionalism,ResponsivenessVery quiet and clean community, I’m glad I went with Camden Southline. Move in was easy and the apartment was clean and move-in ready. With gated entry into the building and garage, I feel very safe living here. Brittany was very professional and very friendly, she also helped me with the numerous questions I had!
Hayden Richards: Critical:Professionalism
Rachel Braun: I lived in Camden Southline in 2016 as a recent college grad who just moved to Charlotte, and I am so happy to have returned back "home" to Southline in 2021 as a young professional -- now with a dog! I had a 2 week window to get all of my ducks in a row to move in to my new apartment, and Brittany was so helpful every step of the way. My pup and I love our spacious and quiet apartment, the large dog park, and the amazing proximity/location to everything in Southend. Would recommend Camden Southline to anyone who wants a safe, clean, and friendly place to live!
Samantha Shaffer: I moved to Camden Southline during COVID and everyone was beyond accommodating. I've lived in two other Southend apartments and this location is by far my favorite - you're right next to Publix and on the rail trail but still have privacy since its on the South Blvd side of the trail. Despite COVID, I have been able to safely use the amenities (gym, dog park, pool, party room) which I'm very thankful for.
Rochelle Metzger: I've enjoyed living at Camden Southline. The building is in a great location and has nice amenities. Mackenzie, Brittany and the leasing office staff are great. They take the time to get to know residents and are super helpful if and when an issue arises. They also like to plan activities, small events and contests to keep residents happy and engaged. I would definitely recommend Camden Southline.
Mike Kelly: In my two years at the building, I have had only positive experiences with everyone who runs this community. Everyone is friendly and kind and always very responsive. I wanted to take a minute and give a special shoutout to Mackenzie who has been helping me navigate my lease renewal options. She has been so helpful and responsive and gave me all of the information that I was looking for. Really appreciate it!
S F: I currently live in a Camden sister property (and have loved it but unhappy in my apartment due to construction on a lot next door), so I know what I get with Camden.. I was pleasantly surprised touring Southline today when I was met at the door with a familiar face! A former employee at the sister property now works at Southline! I think it’s a good sign when I see property staff 1) being promoted, and 2) staying “in the family.” Brittany was wonderful, detail-oriented, AND served me direct answers to ALL my direct questions. This is what I have come to love about Camden. Service is really what sets a property a step above the others. Of course, Camden has all the other bell and whistles you’d expect from a luxury property, but the service is truly what makes a Camden property a Camden property. Thanks to Brittany for a fantastic tour!
Sarah Hill: We've lived at Camden Southline for about six months now, and we LOVE IT here. We were nervous about coming from a house to living in a new city, and in a smaller apartment, but the management team at Southline made our transition FLAWLESS. Mackenzie was our leasing agent and she was incredibly helpful in answering our questions, even outside of business hours. Mackenzie gave us multiple tours on various days, even close to closing times because she knew we got caught in traffic and were driving 1.5 hours to see the place. Our labradoodle Maui, loves it here too. The dog park and proximity to the rail trail have become a part of our everyday routines. The maintenance team has an incredibly fast response time. Rodney has responded to many of my maintenance requests and always gets them completed as quickly and efficiently as possible. We toured 15 complexes in the south Charlotte area, and I cannot put enough emphasis on "You get what you pay for." Southline is a little pricy, but the residents are mostly respectful young professionals, and I will continue to recommend this apartment complex over and over again.
Cameran Bellamy: I’ve lived at Camden Southline for over a year now and I can honestly say it’s the best apartment I’ve ever experienced. I hardly ever hear neighbors, maintenance is fast, and the office staff is truly amazing. I would say the customer service is what sets Camden apart from anywhere else and it’s worth it just for the amazing leasing office team, especially Mackenzie! Mackenzie is kind and always helpful. She responds quickly to emails and obviously cares so much about the residents.

Spectrum South End Apartments: what do users think?
Asia Hill: I loved Spectrum South End! The location is convenient, the staff is communicative, and the residents are fairly quiet. They have great events for residents on a consistent basis, and food trucks stop by pretty regularly. It's a great location for anyone that wants to experience one of the fastest growing neighborhoods in Charlotte! (The growth does come with traffic and construction though!)
Gigi Issa: Spectrum Southend Apartments exceeded my expectations in every way. With its exceptional amenities, including a great dog park, two pools, a good gym, and an array of amazing perks, it provided an extraordinary living experience. The dog park was spacious and well-maintained, allowing my furry friend to play freely. The two pools offered a refreshing retreat with a clean and inviting atmosphere. The on-site gym was well-equipped, making it convenient to maintain an active lifestyle.Additionally, the friendly staff, regular community events, and perks like package delivery services and 24-hour security created an stress-free and enjoyable living environment.Spectrum Southend Apartments truly stands out as a remarkable place to call home, offering outstanding amenities and exceptional perks.

The spacious and well-maintained apartments feature sleek aesthetics and large windows that provide beautiful views of the area. The friendly and professional staff go above and beyond to ensure a pleasant stay. With secure access systems and on-site management, residents can feel safe and secure. While parking can be limited during peak times, it's a minor inconvenience compared to the numerous positive aspects of the property. Overall, Spectrum South End Apartments is highly recommended for anyone seeking an unforgettable experience in Charlotte.
Andrew Kaylor: Overall: wouldn’t recommend spectrum to friends or family. It might be good for someone directly out of college looking to stay with the college vibe. Noisy, unsafe, dirty is what I’ll remember the spectrum as.The good: location is right in south end on the rail trail. Many bars and restaurants within walking distance. The actual units are updated, good appliances, fixtures, bathrooms etc. leasing office ladies are nice and there to answers any questions. Having 2 pools and a gym is convenient. The bad: we had over $2000 of items stolen directly from the building. There is zero security for the building and we felt very unsafe. Bikes were locked in the parking garage and people came with bolt cutters and cut our lock within a week of living there. Then as we were moving out our chairs were stolen out of the uhaul while we were going back up to get more items(under 5 minutes in broad daylight). Packages are left wherever and people can come and go into the building to take whatever they want. We complained that there should be a better system and were told that it’s just a part of apartment living. You don’t need a key fob to get anywhere in the building (doors always propped open) or parking garage, and there’s only a couple cameras for the whole complex. Multiple people we know that live there have gotten things stolen out of their cars also. I know this is south end and people like to party but the noise level of the other residents was crazy. We party just as much as the next guy, but I’m talking about weekday nights 2am people coming home yelling in the hallways and slamming doors. People above us would stomp around and blast music having no care that they have neighbors. You can also hear through the walls/doors/vents so there’s limited privacy. Residents just leave trash in hallways/staircases, staircases are so gross with hair and trash everywhere it reminds me of a frat house in college. There’s also a bunch of construction traffic with the new buildings going up. Nothing spectrum can do about some of these things. It just sucks when you live there and deal with it.Hoping this helps someone looking at new places to live. I wish I knew all of this before we signed our lease!
Parker Owen: Ashley was super helpful walking me around the complex. She showed me everything I needed to see and was very informative. I would absolutely recommend coming to Spectrum South End to tour! Thank you, Ashley!
Jenna DelSignore: Pay the extra money and choose anywhere else in south end. It is not worth the outdated apartments and terrible customer service. One example being my apartment flooded after the pipes two floors above mine burst. After the leak stopped I was never contacted. I had to beg them to come ensure everything was dry, mold would not grow, that the lights and electronics were safe to use, etc. The ceiling was still water damaged when I left despite being “repainted”.
Albert Anderson: Love the new Lessing office look! One of the many new upgrades.
Michael-Galo Gutierrez: Spectrum Southend does an outstanding job maintaining and upgrading their amenities and features! Can’t say enough great things about the residents and staff. Not to mention the impeccable location it has right in South End
Ellie Birnbaum: All of the leasing agents were super friendly and helpful during the entire process!
Maria Quigley: Jamie was so helpful with all of my many many questions prior to signing our lease. When we toured in person, the leasing office staff was very friendly in showing us around!
Morgan Hill: Wow Wow and Wow!!! Let me just say, this property is Absolutely Beautiful!!! The moment you walk in you get this very fresh welcomed feeling! The BEST part was meeting the Leasing Manager, Jamie! She was absolutely amazing!! She answered every question I had (which I asked a LOT of questions lol) she was so sweet and took her time with me, I didn’t feel rushed and that I loved!!! The apartments are So Beautiful!! I love the hardwood floors, also I love how spacious they are! I love how big the gym is!! I will definitely be getting some good workouts done in there! The patio outside, another wow!! So peaceful! The pool, love that too!! Can’t wait to take a swim!! So a Big Thank you to Jamie for giving me this wonderful experience!! You should definitely come check out the Spectrum South End Apartments! You won’t regret it!😊
Gregory Raynor: Everything from the staff to the amenities here are awesome. Great work!
Daniela Mackay: Great place to live! The location is walking distance to many things. The pool is nice and relaxing. The gym is fully stocked and has just what I need. Plus the staff is amazing! I recommend living here!
Brittany Janofski: Great place to be! Location is convenient for young, socially-minded people in CLT with comforts to make you feel right at home! Fantastic management that gets things taken care of and makes you feel care for!
William Crawford: Honestly one of the best apartment living experiences I've had in a while being that I have relocated alot for work. Amazing new front office makeover I got the experience to walk into. beautiful smiles from the leasing office crew! Ashley, Cherrelle, Madison, and Jamie rock I got to meet them and they made my decision to live at spectrum so easy. Many things to do in the area, pet friendly, and amazing atmosphere 10 out of 10.Thanks so much spectrum.
Jessica Black: Great staff & location!
Nor Hoot: Jamie was very helpful and fantastic to deal with! Definitely would recommend!
Matt Burke: I had a wonderful experience living at Spectrum South End Apartments. The management team, including Charrelle, Madi, and Jamie, were incredibly helpful and always available when I needed assistance. They were friendly, professional, and went above and beyond to address any concerns or questions I had. The apartment complex itself was fantastic, with modern amenities and well-maintained grounds. I highly recommend Spectrum South End Apartments for anyone looking for a comfortable and well-managed living community.
Chris: Spectrum apartments are the best! Not only do they have a great living spaces, but the leasing staff and community as a whole make you feel right at home (S/o to Jamie and Madi in the leasing office 🙌🏽) if you’re looking for an apartment in the South End area, this is the one.
Robert Hamilton: I recently had the pleasure of staying at this apartment, and I cannot express enough how wonderful my experience was. From the moment I stepped foot into the unit, I knew I had found my dream home away from home. Every aspect of my stay exceeded my expectations, and I am delighted to share my glowing review.
Ritam Bhattacharjee: Spectrum South End Apartments exceeded my expectations during my recent visit. The modern design, spacious apartments with high-end finishes, and a range of amenities including a well-equipped fitness center and stunning rooftop terrace made it an exceptional experience. The location in the vibrant South End neighborhood adds to its appeal, making it an ideal choice for anyone seeking a stylish and convenient living environment. I highly recommend Spectrum South End Apartments for its exceptional quality of living.

Amaze @ NoDa Apartments in Charlotte: what do users think?
Hannah Toke: My experience living at Amaze @ Noda has been incredibly pleasant. The leasing consultants as well as the manager are very friendly and responsive, and I love my community. Very clean, easy access/no issues/no noisy neighbors, fam friendly, and close (across the tracks) walking distance to great locations to eat at, drink, see music, etc. The pool and entertainment area is great too. Just very nice and easy experience. Would def recommend.
karen wallace: The Amaze! is definitely Amazing! Everyone is so friendly!
Brandon McKoy: Nice community, really enjoyed the amenities, the floor plan was pretty nice, lots of natural lighting which is great for plant lovers. Thoroughly considering leasing with this community.
Virginia Dellinger: Michael was amazing while giving us a tour of the apartment complex. He provided clear explanations of everything and has went above and beyond for any questions we have had.
Alley Neyman: Aidan did an amazing job showing me around this wonderful complex. He was very patient and knowledgeable when answering any questions I had.
Sandra Snider: NEVER enough guest parking, and NEVER any sanitizing wipes in the gym.
Shafantae Desinord: Please do not apply for this complex if I could give it -0 stars I would. They will take your application money and deposit, and then wait a week to let you know if you have been approved or denied. Aidan Baxter has no real experience working in leasing management, and as a result of not reading the handbook manuals for the position that he is in, he has no adequate information to offer future residents. I called the office several times with no one answering, but when I called from a private number they answered. Please be advised that if your application is still in the process of being approved within 48 hours of submission they will attempt to keep the processing fee. PLEASE DO NOT RENT HERE THEY ARE MONEY HUNGRY AND INCOMPETENT.
Maria Lipscomb: 2nd year .. still a great place to Live. New Management staff. Great views and location. Convenient to Uptown Charlotte and dining areas.
Cedric Davis: Wonderful experience so far. Great pool area with a fire pit and grills nearby, nice gym, and a friendly and helpful property management and maintenance staff. The only negative is the limited parking spaces close to the building I live in.
Jason Wolfe: Location is in a decent spot. The community manager is amazing. The leasing consultant and assistant manager always seem to be in a mood or unable to help. But I will say I am not un happy living here. I absolutely love the community. I do have one complaint that is minor. Parking is not and issue for residents or guest. I would recommend friends to live here and have friends who have chosen to live here.
Sarah H: New management has been so helpful and welcoming.
Thomas Emery: While there are any more young persons living in the apartments, the resident population is quite diverse in age, ethnicity, background, marriage/children, pet cats vs pet dogs, etc. I believe this diversity is one of Amaze's strongest assets. The neighborhood will be welcoming a few new neighboring apartments so I am curious to see what challenges that brings.. (keep your eye out for rent specials when one of them new apartments next door open up!P. S. Under no circumstances should you look into units 1111, 1211, or 1311 as these corner pool facing units do not see ANY direct sunlight during the day whether winter solstice or summer makes no difference. If you like the layout of this unit style look for one on the opposite side of courtyard or in the second building.
Bibi Small: Amaze is a great place to live. Michael in the office is helpful when I have questions and I love that the office organize resident events.
Nicole F Smith: This development is stellar, amiable, attractive and earnest leasing agent, stunning architecture and building layout, friendly neighbors. I am jealous that my best friend will have an opportunity to reside here while I can only visit.
Kyle Hassan: I am a resident of 6 months now and I have to say I have loved living here so far. Not only is the living space very nice, new, clean, and enjoyable, but the staff and maintenance are some of the best in the business. Michael has helped me get expedited work done in the case of emergencies and is very helpful overall when dealing with any issue. Darwin is very nice and knowledge about his job. And Melike always greets me with a smile and is willing to go out of his way to help with anything he can. Great staff and lovely property. Would recommend.
Dennis Burgess: This property is beautiful and in a great location! The new management is wonderful and always helpful.
Jessica Ronald: I like living here. Family and friends are impressed! Apartments are new and I love the resident events. I smile on my way home.
Mario: Here for a few months now and I love it. Parking is great. Location is nice - restaurants and nightlife only a block away - with uptown being only minutes away. Price is good compared to other places I looked at. So far, my apartment is issue free with helpful staff in the office.
Kristen Leagan: Toured this amazing community with Kayla, she was so great! We were looking for a 3 bedroom apartment for our growing family but unfortunately there were none available. They do have 2 bedrooms available if you’re looking, just didn’t fit our size needs.
Amy Graves: My experience at Amaze NODA couldn't be better. I moved in two months ago and everything is great - the move-in process, my apartment is beautiful, the office staff and maintenance are so friendly and I love that I'm able to live THIS close to all of the great things NoDa offers without having to pay more. I've encouraged a few friends to move here too!
Dre Strong: Horrible place denied because of credit and the credit score that they use was considered a good score. Also will refund your money after a month. Also the guy that works there is very rude. It’s just a waste of money and time got approved at nicer places with no issue.

Camden Touchstone Apartments: what do users think?
Maria: Erin was kind and helpful and took the time to show me around and went out of her Way to make me stay w the Camden Community. She is also Working hard to make sure everything is move in ready. Thank you Erin.
Steve Minnich: I have lived in Camden touchstone for 20 years and absolutely love it . The maintenance people are wonderful and always on top of any issue. I recently needed help with an issue and Erin Dunn from our leasing office absolutely went up and above to help in clearing up the problem.
Andrew Hathaway: So often it’s easy to find things to complain about a property management group, but not this one. Neighborhood is always clean and the landscaping well kept. I’ve never had a bad interaction with anyone working in the office in my 9 months living here. The main maintenance guy, Anthony, does everything you could ask from him whether it’s fixing something, communicating how long it might take to fix, or just being friendly passing by during the day. And the move in process was incredibly easy and fast with Craig. No ignored calls or dumb questions with him. This place is lucky to have both of them and the rest of the staff currently in place.Other positives:Car wash/vacuum area is always convenient and helpfulTons of places to walk to, including a trail, and small shopping area close by. Not to mention it feels very safe. The landscaping is beautiful, they do a great job of spacing the apartments and including a ton of plants, trees, etc.All the neighbors I’ve interacted with have been kind.Office sends emails about any community maintenance updates, never leaving you in the dark about what’s going on (example water shut off or pool updates)The only real negative thing Id have to say about the place:While not terrible, the price of the apartments is a bit high, albeit, you do get what you pay for. One change I would want is the ability to not have to pay for cable.
Arlene Jones: Good service. Finally, follow up customer service was provided. Every apartment service in charlotte should do the same. It will say a lot about the property.
Cris Osborne: Excellent job by Anthony. The maintenance team here always gets it done!
Lalith: -- be careful --move-out charges are horrible. They will charge you lots of money .I paid almost 5000 $ (Lease Cancellation (2700$) + Cleaning Fee + Carpet replacement etc..)
marcy F: Since they change staff, it's been very difficult getting someone on the phone. It's a large community and during power outage and no heating system work, they have no back up plans for the community and no communication at all. I'm very disappointed. Waited over 25 mins to speak with someone without success.
emmanuel kwaku boateng: Nice and quiet place for the family
Samantha Amaya: Positive:Professionalism,Quality,Responsiveness,ValueI’m updating this review, Camden is a great place to live we’ve been living here for nearly two years its been overall a positive experience. I love the maintenance team they are always responsive and try their best to solve whatever issues we have, the community is quiet, it is clean, and we haven’t had many issues
kourtney: I am currently a resident at Camden Touchstone, and I can truly say that my experience here since June has been wonderful thus far! All of the staff here are also friendly and very helpful, and my neighbors are also great. I want to mention Craig the property manager specifically in this review. Yesterday, I received a heavy package from Amazon that they left on the first floor of my apartment building instead of bringing it upstairs and leaving it in front of my door. There was no way that I would have been able to carry it alone, so I called Craig and asked if anyone was available to help me bring it to the third floor. Craig was right on it and came over himself to help me carry the package up three flights of stairs! He had a great attitude about it and was very pleasant as usual. I am so thankful for his willingness to go above and beyond to help me out. Thank you!
Andrey Andrianov: I thank the management of Camden and the maintenance in the person of Anthony, for the quality job! This is not a new complex, but how quickly the maintenance responds to our requests makes us forget about it!
Taylor Foy: Really quiet. Super nice pool and very friendly staff
Pancho Villa: they only rob people
Kay V.: The office team (Karleen & Craig) here is AWESOME!!! They respond very quickly to any questions and issues, and genuinely care about their residents! They really make this a community in how they reach out and interact with us. The maintenance team here is also first-rate and very quick and efficient in responding to requests. Add to all the above, the beauty and peace of this location, surrounded by the woods, with shady sidewalks for walking. It's just a great place to be!
Rose diaz: From the moment we drove in and saw how well kept and beautiful it is here we knew this was home. Moving in was so easy and stress free. All the staff is amazing and so helpful. My husband and I really enjoying living here. The location is well hidden and beautiful but also close to everything. We got really lucky when picking Camden touchstone!
Donna Daggett: Kudos to the Maintenance Team! James initiated getting my apartment re-carpeted in a timely manner. It got done quickly and professionally. James and Kenny are a great team and whenever there is a situation that needs attention, they look into it immediately and take an interest in getting it done and done right. They truly care about the residents. Thanks!!!!
thelma lamptey: The teams here stays on top on the fixes needed. James and jaylan helped me fast with my repair.
Rodrigo: Critical:Quality,Value
Jessica Rogers: From the moment I first walked in the office I was blown away by this community and the staff! Craig gave me a wonderful tour and answered any questions I had! The apartments are so clean and cozy and the location of the community is incredibly safe! I’m so excited to call this place my home!
Magaly Fernandez: Canden Touchstone Apartment is a great place to live! The staff is helpful and very informative. A family friendly environment!
Nicholas Hinson: I’ve been living here 5 years and have never had any major issues that were not quickly fixed. In the middle of Ballantyne but also has a secluded feeling. Maintenance crew is friendly and efficient. Can’t recommend this complex enough.
